Check in at night, had to ask for soap and toilet paper, then notice no towels, all the taps were loose. Did even try to shower that night, was afraid they might charge for the missing towels

We had originally booked for 4 nights but our brakes on the car started giving problems and had to be replaced so we had to cancel the next 3 nights as we needed to go get our car fixed in kelowna. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and reimbursed us for the 3 nights we paid for. Very good customer service. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a reasonable price for your stay in vernon.

I would give them a zero rating if it were an option. Very few good options in this town but anything is better than here

The rooms ok but nothing to brag about. The service kinda sucks. You get nickle and dimed on pretty much everything. But the prices are decent. The patio is gorgeous and every room has a private balcony. It's easy to find and on 2 main drags with a great kids playground a very short walk away.

Too much "nightlife" some people staying here are trouble. Adults who keep to themselves will be fine.
