Ola Puppy Dog Grooming

Absolutely amazing. I have had so many problems finding someone that could take my pups without drugging them for Anxiety and Olga and her team did a great job. My dogs are 7 and we have always had problems from having to bring them back 3 separate times to finish them or your dog is to freakish or to knotted and the list goes on but not Olga she finished both dogs in 2.5 hours and they look amazing by the end both dogs didn’t have their mussels on and no medication had to be given. I can’t say enough but thank goodness I finally found somewhere I can take my pups to get their knots and teeth nails everything done and a very reasonable price. Thank you

Brought in my matted and shaggy golden doodle for her first groom. The team here took really good care of her and made her first experience a good one. All of the mats were removed and she looked like a million bucks when we picked her back up.
Appreciated the extra time and attention the team gave. Would recommend!

I have left two messages. It's weird because I usually get a call back within a day. I did not notice how messed up my dogs groom was until I got home. I tipped well, too.
I was calling to see if they could give me a partial refund, or a credit. As they only take cash and debit. It's a payment hard to dispute.

I have been to this grooming shop now 4 times. They are not calling me back probably because they know they messed up my dogs face.

My dog is 4, and his groom has never looked like this.

Perfect grooming each time, not a hair out of place. My labradoodle has wavy curls hair and it was always challenge to other groomers in the past. Olga is an expert groomer for all breeds and also a dog/cat lover with TLC. Highly and strongly recommend to other pet lovers.

Warning to all. This place has new Owners. Dawn is not there. Dawn and her team were amazing BUT we found out the hard way a couple of days ago that Ola Puppy has new owners. We moved but were making the half hour drive to Ola because my dog.now 18.was used to Dawn and traumatized when we tried a groomer closer to our new home. We also got a new puppy who needs grooms and had a couple of great experiences with Dawn. Sadly a couple of days ago when my husband showed up with our dog.the new owner didnt even know what our dog was in for. She asked "full groom? ". That is what we booked for weeks ago so Ya. We had been going here for years. We never got the usual call that she would be done soon so after 3 hours went by. An hour after that poor thing still wasnt done. Dawn always did her quickly because our little dog gets stressed. Then this time she comes out.looking horrible. All uneven. So terrible. It didnt even look like they were done. Then they tried to fix her and made it worse. They said they could try again and my daughter and husband just said No because poor thing was shaking! I wish I known before that Dawn was leaving and wouldnt be there so we could have saved our old girl the trauma. Needless to say we cancelled our upcoming appt for other dog. This is NOT the OlaPuppy you know and love anymore. I strongly suggest finding a new groomer!

I have taken my dog to Olga now for a year - she is the best groomer! He is a rescue with behavioural issues and no other groomer was able to handle him. She is wonderful with my boy and he always has the best haircut. She is quick and her prices are fair. Would recommend her to anyone! Thank, Olga!

Olga treats our dog like she’s her own! I wouldn’t trust anyone like I do her. Minnie always looks so cute when we pick her up and she’s always is happy. When we drop her off for her grooming she isn’t scared, she’s excited to see Olga. It’s been 2 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We have been getting our dog groomed here for more than a year and it’s the best place for grooming at a reasonable price. Our dog loves to go here and always comes out with a happy face.

Amazed! My (very) curly haired boy had an experience at another groomers where they left his ears and tail really long and he developed severe matting due to his active outdoor lifestyle. Alexis listened to my requests, gave me advice and fully informed me about what had to be done. She worked puppy magic and my guy was a super happy pup at the end.which he never was with other groomers.

We will definitely be regulars at Ola and look forward to working with Alexis for the future. I'm so happy.

I love taking my Pomeranian here for his grooming. I was out of the province for seven months and no other groomer was able to do a good enough job like they do at Ola puppy dog grooming.nicest lady and staff working there! I even got my partner to bring his dog to them. They are amazing!

Our first visit today, a nice greeting and our pup was fine going with Dawn. She examined the dog and explained everything that is involved with the grooming including the bathing, trimming and the cost. So happy with the professional grooming services that Dawn and her team did on our dog.
