Old Country Laundry

First time here. Won't be back. Wouldn't give us our coins for the machines until we picked them and filled them. When one kept spitting our coins back out - it was our fault even though it happened to them too when they tried to do it. Got scolded because their machine made some noise so we were wrecking them and were chastised because the washer doors didn't close properly- because we were trying to not slam the doors too hard. This will be a big "no thank you" from us.

If I could leave a zero star that's what this place would get. The older lady (owner) is very rude, ignorant towards customers. Will take my business elsewhere.

Long time customer, mixed review. I would like to say more, but I do not want to be banned for giving a bad review.

Ronnie and Uni are what makes this place and community fantastic and I can't say enough good things about them and the business!

This place is great. They did a wonderful job cleaning my king sized, down filled duvet. Very nice owners.

Great job on cleaning and folding laundry for all 7 of us from our vacation.

Washed a giant blanket which our home washer couldn't handle. $9.00.not cheap but it did a great job.

I haven't been here in a few years. I noticed that it is much brighter within the building and met the new owner. She is very helpful and was very kind and polite. There is a good selection of machines for heavy weight loads and space to sort and fold clothes. I felt welcome and comfortable during my visit.

The new people are friendly but you can sure tell when they're having a bad day, if there was another laundry mat to go to that was closer, I would go to it.they get mad if you don't do your laundry right the way they do it.they stand there and watch you put your laundry in like a hawk.no respect in that sense.just a heads up

I am 63 yrs old & have been doing laundry for a long time. I don't need someone hovering over me telling me how to do my laundry. I also gave a loonie & asked for 4 quarters as my laundry was not quite dry OMG the cold stare I got like I was trying to steal all her quarters. I will not be returning

This laundromat is probably one of the most decent best laundromats in BC why because there's actual rules on everything in there so that customers don't come in and break machines and do whatever they want it is also very spotless and clean no dust I really like the rules that they have made at their place of business Ronnie and uni are very nice kind people

I am coming to this place for a very long time. But the new owner has too many restrictions. Why do they force me to put towels in different washing machines for the extra money it happens every time I come to the washcloth. No laundry place told their customer to put towels separately.

Ronnie an yoony are the best, very kind an helpful. Nice clean location. Very pleased with the experience, will come back again.
