Old Navy

We have been here couple of time. Sometimes deal are great and I recommend you take a look for a tip deal. Quality of clothes are also nice. Staffs are helpful and kind.

I went with my sister who is from out of town. We weren’t greeted when we arrived and the store was a mess (both easy to not give a second thought. It could’ve been a long day and recovering a store with less staff would be difficult)
There wasn’t much stock available. Many sizes not available. I did find a few things and I was buying some things for my sister. I had a coupon that I presented to the cashier. She said she didn’t need to see it because it’s all the same. I checked and the qualifying items would’ve had an additional $30 off my bill. When I called to inquire, they told me I had to take everything back in, to refund it and ring it back up. My sister lives 10 hours away and had already left. No one seemed helpful or nice. I’m not impressed with this store.

Well organized store, but store hours are nearly impossible to see from your vehicle because the numbers are the same colour as the background and the sales reps are not very enthusiastic. Very bland and "meh" service

Yeah, no reason to dislike this place, but no reason to go out of your way for. Unless you need cheap jeans, and I've found their tee shirts pretty good.

Some great deals, some things overpriced for the quality. Sizing can be a little weird just like anywhere. Kids jeans have adjustable elastic inside which is awesome!

Prices are ok. I really liked my finds but fitting rooms were messy and crazy. Should have more attention there i think. Otherwise my visit was good.

Staff is awesome! Great service. Made the poor manager take the last small size for my wife off the mannequin they just put up. They were happy to help. Great store and staff.

Hm. No military discount while other Old Navys (including Ontario + Vancouver) have the discount.

The staff is friendly, the store is clean, they are patient with my kids. I enjoy shopping at Old Navy.

I find some things in here to be a little bit overpriced but you can usually find what you're looking for. Sometimes it's a little hard to find a staff member but once you do they're really helpful.
