Very bad customer service. Talks very fast and not accurate. Didn't give me right address to pick up my stuff.

Donna is absolutely wonderful! She is so helpful and professional. Will definitely come back here because of our excellent service.

Love Coquitlam Store! Great Staff/Managers, great customer service, friendly, very helpful. Deal with returns expediently and if there an issue {usually me forgetting receipt etc! } they deal with that as quickly and efficiently as possible. Never had an issue and always shop here.
Also, membership is great {no cost} and many benefits. Sometimes items/deals are only available online ~ can always check which stores have stock and put on hold for pick~up if it's not just online. I have done this a few times at Coquitlam and it's great! Options for pick up available at all stores with stock ~ they will hold with name and pick if fast and easy.
Any items I have bought online {of which there have been Many! } are easily returnable either in~store or free shipping back to warehouse.
Love their clothing and prices are great {especially sale time! }

Can't find better sales pricing than at the clearance racks at this location. Friendly staff and clean store. Connected to Gap store. Love that they have the price checker scanners located throughout the store. Deals, deals and more deals! Well organized and always a fun shopping experience

Not convinced with the Sale Priced Items. It seems that the price was jacked up before the discounted price.

The worst store manager I have ever come across. Extremely rude behaviour. District Manager needs to look into hiring someone who isn’t abusing their hiring decision making abilities. Extremely unprofessional. Pravintha S needs help going through networking and not blaming people for knowing who they are before she picks up the phone to call someone for opportunities provided by Old navy not by her self owned business

Had a terrible experience with a manager (name started with a P i believe). She showed lots of attitude during our interaction towards not only me but the employees as well. Will not be shopping at this location in the future.

Came here after receiving a horrible service at their Queensborough location where the Manager was making up her own store return policy that you need a proof of purchase without a receipt when you need to exchange something and there's no way around it even if it cleary says on their website that you can. However, at the Pinetree location they treat you more with respect and they don't make up their own return policy and doesn't give you a hard time with exchanges or returns without a receipt.

Nice selection but I don’t like that the staff or security guard hover while I browse.
Store doesn’t carry a range of sizes but the app has all sizes (I can never find a small or medium anything here, and it’s hard to find pants with a 28 or 30 inch waist at this store).

November 2022: I no longer saw a men’s shoe section (I wanted something cheap for the office).

Tired of never finding tops or sweaters that aren't cropped. Adult women deserve clothes that make them comfortable, it's not just about bigger sizes - give me an entire garment!

Worst experience today at the store on Pinetree Way. The cashier/store manager didn't treat me with any respect. She is so unprofessional. People you hire as store manger should have better judement and behavior when it comes to treating customers. I would not pay people who are ruining my brand and reputation. BTW, all the other staff members I encounterd today are so friendly, except this Store Manager!

Old Navy is great and I love their jeans. Unfortunately they didn't have my size this trip but I did find a great pair of overalls!

Poor customer service and made a 10 minute transaction into 30 min ordeal. They refused to honour an online sale and suggested I order curb side pick up to get the deal. After completing the online order and ready to take my items home. An employee had put back the clothing onto to the floor. Also, the system glitched and the manager had to call head office and made me wait after I paid for the items. I feel like the situation could have been handled a lot better.

Staff are helpful but the store inventory is quite lacking with never the right sizing available. The super cash promos are confusing and not much of an incentive.

Disappointed with the customer service at this location. Spent about 20 minutes shopping around for what I was looking for and trying things on, and when I got to the register was told the item I had chosen had the wrong tag. I was understanding, but the manager only repeated that she didn’t understand how that happened. No effort was made to honour the tag price or turn the situation around. The tag price was about $7, and the so-called correct price was $40, so I left empty handed.

Very friendly service! Fair selection of things compared to what's offered online. Lots of stuff on sale, typically the larger sizes have the most selection.

Huge selection of clothes, massive clearance section. The only thing is that the staff seem a bit troubled to help or ask if you need help.

Kinda small but always clean and have a great variety of clothes! Always been checked out pretty quick, which is great. Can always find someone to ask questions too.

Ample parking, spacious and relaxing shopping. Good choices. Some non-sales items are a bit pricy for what they are. Wait for sales.

Not much selections, other Old navy stores looks much better in term of stock and sales, looks like went down the last few months, will not waste my time anymore there

The store manager, Aashu, is the most helpful, most professional, nicest sales rep I have come across. He literally went above and beyond (helped me over the phone for 20 minutes after the store had already clothes). This is my first experience at this store and it has been the most awesome experience too. Amazing how one person can make the biggest difference. Thank you Aashu:)

Was looking for jeggings they didn't have my size but they do get them in all the time, there is a sale going on!

Super Cash can not be combined but when your paing 10 dollars for 70 dollar Jeans. Kaah-ching babeh went I go out npw I look like their display mannequins mask and all. Another spend hundreds to save a buck. My logic is killing me

I bought a bunch of 3XL shirts to replace my 3XL shirts I bought last year that wore out. Turns out the new 3XL is actually more like a 2XL or smaller.

Huge store.lots of stock.friendly staff. Too bad all the clothes there are made from child slave labour.

The staff at Old Navy are very helpful and friendly. They offer customers big shopping bags to carry their items in and when you try on clothes they don't count everything you're trying on. This gave me a feeling of trust which enhanced my shopping experience.
