Cashier (seems Indian) had no sense in understanding the difference between above and under. A Jean was clearly labelled as under $9.99. But when I go to the counter and cashier said no it says $9.99 and above. Then i think May be I am wrong. So I just wet to double check, but it said $9.99 and under. But she gave me very weird look. Please if you don’t like your job just quit but do not spoil your customer’s day.

Horrible service from the Manager, I think her name is Ramia, Asian (might be Filipino) with long black hair. I was doing an online return and I was asking her a question where she totally ignored me, pretending she didn’t hear me. Only giving this store a 2 stars because of the cashier Amanda. She’s super nice and friendly compared to the manager.

The manager looks like she hates her job, she’s frowning the whole time I’m in the store. She also didn’t even apologize to me or whatsoever.

I like the fit of Old Navy's slim fit shirts for myself as someone with an athletic build. Sale prices are great and sales are on often throughout the year.

Loved the store. Staff were friendly and have assisted and ready to help all the time. Deals were good though.

Today I went to this location for the first time and had awesome experience. Kritika was very helpful and gave us excellent service. She told me about current deals, helped me in selection and find right sizes I needed. I recommend everyone to visit this location for good variety and excellent service

Horrible service! Went to do a straight exchange for a bigger size without a receipt since I lost my gift receipt but the Manager I think her name is Kanishka. I cant remember but for sure her name starts with a "K", brown skin and a little bit on the heavier side was making up her own store return policy. She was adamant that I can't do an exchange without a proof of purchase but it clearly says on their websites that "Gifts returned without gift receipt (invoice) will receive a merchandise certificate in the amount of the current selling price. " I'm not even doing a refund, I am merely doing an exchange for a different size.

The District Manager of this location should retrain their Manages since it seems like they need more training on customer service and they need to read or know their Store Return Policy.

Had so much fun shopping on Black Friday in the clearance sections. Went a little crazy but it was awesome. Super cute children's clothes!

What a rip off! I bought the joggers 2.5 years ago for $34.99 and the sane joggers were on clearance for $44.99 after 2 years. I mean who does the management here?

Big spacious store, lots of sizes and stock available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Inexpensive and easy fashion fixes.

Was followed around the whole time, one staff member even stared me down standing directly beside me. I normally don’t post reviews or complain about customer service. Being treated like I’m going to steal everything is degrading. Will never shop here again.

The store has a lot of variety when it comes to the options however this store location in particular has rude staff members. I have been to the airport outlets and the staff there is very friendly but I will not return to his location because of he unfriendly and rude staff especially the Managers.

Myself and my mother went to the Old Navy at Queensborough landing at about 4pm on Saturday October 3rd 2020. We stopped to look at the shower/bath supplies on a shelf to the left of the checkout counter when facing the shelf (checkout counter is to the right). There was a small gap where we were standing to look at the items on the shelf. Three times members of the staff, including the male Manager, walked through that gap to get between the checkout counter and one side of the store (mens/boys clothing). The issue is that the gap did not allow for any kind of physical distancing and the staff, especially the Manager, should have been well aware of that and therefore taken another way to get to/from where they needed to go instead of passing by customers several times where only inches between the two parties (even if the alternative route was longer and less convenient). Physical distancing is not a part time thing. I don't know if I can necessarily place full blame on the staff as the male Manager did the same thing and was clearly not setting an example for his staff. The male Manager and staff are clearly not educated (or don't care) on how to operate the store while maintaining physical distancing from each other and customers. In addition, the male Manager has zero customer service skills and is rude/aggressive/confrontational. I felt very unsafe in the store and ended up dropping my items and leaving as a result as well I will never be back.

It was 20 minutes to closing when I arrived. The staff was awesome to accommodate til 5 minutes to closing I line up to check out. I had 2 transactions: an online return and purchase from the store. The clerk was having trouble reconciling the barcode with the receipt and what's in the system.

Then the manager looking over says, "ugh, we wont be able to go home early! "

But the clerks still tried their best and finished the transaction. I'm glad the clerks were awesome in customer service, the manager was not. He was not helpful at all and he was making me see that he was closing and fixing up.
I do understand that it is closing, but I am a paying customer with valid transactions. I hope that nobody gets treated like that by a manager, no less.
