Olive Fertility Centre Surrey

My husband and I have done multiple rounds of iui treatment with olive, both at the surrey and Vancouver branches and everyone is always so friendly and informative! Kind and respectful of the sensitive nature of the procedures! Thank you for always being awesome!

Their team of nurses is awesome. I will recommend this clinic. Thanks to this clinic am now 7 weeks pregnant at the age of 41.

We have been waiting for a while to get the consoltaion from doctor until today 10/10/2023, but because of half an hour power outage they canceled our appointment and was asking to schedule for 24/10/2023.
Terrible customer service. They just said we are sorry which is not working for us!

Thank you so much to Dr. Shaun Tregoning and the nurses of Olive Fertility Centre Surrey for their unending support/love since the beginning of our journey last November 2022.

I just bought what Dr. Tregoning adviced me, the vitamins/supplements that helped me a lot eventhough I only bought the generics one.
Within 5months of taking, God answered our prayer.

Actually I was diagnosed with PCOS last Jan 2020 and today I am now 9weeks pregnant

Don't lose hope, just do your best to have a healthy lifestyle, don't forget to pray and surely God will give you the desires of your heart

Olive team is sooo good, they reply so quick and specially Dr. Hitkari, he is very kind, understanding, good listener, very knowledgeable and down to earth human being, I always feel like I’m talking with my best friend. He is the best doctor in the whole world.

Everyone at Olive is wonderful. They are all easy to talk to, friendly and caring. Our Fertility doctor is Doctor Tregoning and we are so thankful to have him as our doctor! My husband and I are blessed to have our son through IVF with PGT-A testing. We are currently working with Olive and Dr. Tregoning again as we were lucky enough to have two healthy embryos from our first round of IVF. So thankful for everyone at Olive Fertility! Thanks to them, we have our son (and hopefully, our frozen little embryo will make us a family of 4)

It was a struggle to get in, but once in things moved fast, which is appreciated as things can be time sensitive.

Total disappointment Surrey Clinic and staff give you wrong syringes and inaccessible in person or by phone

The doctor and nurses are patient and professional. We got baby there and the baby are two months.

From the receptionists up to the doctors, they are all warm and welcoming and are the most amazing group of professionals. The nurses make you feel like a part of the family because its like they are always happy to see you. They are very patient and helpful. I appreciate every single one of them. The experience was top tier.

The amazing staff make you feel welcome and at ease and truely felt like family. They answered all my questions and trust me I was a pain from either email to phone calls
My journey to be a mom isn't over but having the backing of the staff from the front desk ladys to the blood guy this is the place to be.

I was there for a HyCoSy and everyone there was very kind and lovely. The place is really clean and quiet. The staff really cares about your comfort and wellness. I recommend that place for sure!

I highly recommend you try a different clinic. I don't want to bash anyone but my experience has been traumatizing. Please try a different clinic.

Dr Tregoning and his nurses are amazing, always prompt with returning calls and answering questions. The reception team is warm and welcoming. They have made navigating this difficult journey so much easier.

They were very helpful throughout the process of IVF. They were understanding and I couldn't have got pregnant without them. It was hard to go through because of Co-Vid 19 as my partner couldn't participate very much, however I do not hold it against them as this rule was in place for everyone.

I would give this clinic a zero rating if that was option. I wasted a full year, a full fertile year at this clinic. I did 4 IUI cycles and only 1 insemination due to the lack of communication from the clinic and their poor judgment, poor planning and timing. Each cycle I was out of the loop and left in the dark. Each appointment I was rushed and shoved out the door leaving more flustered than when I came in. When I was able to ask questions I received short hasty answers as if it was a nuisance that I was asking. I was once shamed for not knowing or understanding the process (I DID NOT GO TO MEDICAL SCHOOL It is the doctor and nurses job to help you understand this process) At one ultrasound (on a Monday) to check my follicles, the DR said to come back on Friday for another scan and possible insemination for IUI. I advised that I would probably ovulate before then and he said no I would not. Come Friday my eggs had dropped and I had already ovulated as I ADVISED THEM would happen. That is just one example of poor time management. Too often I had appointments booked and they would call me and confirm a complete different date from what my online portal said. I only spoke to my Dr here once. I never felt assured or good about my appointments, instead always left more confused and flustered than when I came in. I switched clinics finally after the one IUI that actually was done and when they called to tell me I was not pregnant they tried to force IVF on to me in the same call. TERRIBLE, let your patients process the awful news first. We all know that the fertility industry is a business but wow Olive will really treat you like a revolving door of money and a customer NOT a patient. I switched to PCRM and had a completely different experience. PCRM actually explains the process and takes care of you, you get what you pay for and more. At PCRM I actually get to have a discussion with my DR. So glad I did not go ahead with IVF at Olive. I had put Olive behind me but after hearing more stories from other people about their frustrations with this clinic I felt it important to leave a review for people considering going here. What a waste of a good fertile year and emotions and all the unnecessary hormones on my body with this place I wish I could get that year back. I think Olive needs to do a serious re-evaluation of their clinic, staff, doctors, and protocols/procedures. Remember, you are a customer here not a patient.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Olive Fertility. My main clinic was Surrey but did go to Vancouver for a couple appointments. Both clinics were great along with all the Dr's, nurses and front desk staff that I came in contact with. I have to send a big thank you to Dr. Tregoning who was my doctor. He was extremely professional and very informative. He made me feel comfortable through such an emotional and stressful time and really listened to my concerns and addressed them. The nurses at the clinic were absolutely amazing, very supportive and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Tregoning and his nursing team.

Worst experience ever! I am still in shock and in complete disbelief. There is zero customer service and patient care. Zero follow up. No proper explanation or options given. They are quick to take your money and give you false hope. I would never in a million years recommend Olive. I have come to learn that there are other companies available and have heard many good things about Genesis.

Billings and details of treatment are not explained by nurses/practitioners prior to starting, as a client i feel misinformed and not notified prior to. This is frustrating when you suddenly see a bill that you did not expect.
