Best fertility clinic in BC. They care about you as a person and understands your struggles. I actually quickly switched to olive from another clinic after having a very bad experience. The staff at olive from the nurses to doctors to pharmacists and technicians are all amazing and very caring. And this comes from someone who works at one of the busiest hospitals in lower mainland. I’m glad I chose olive for my journey and I 100% recommend them. Thank you to Dr Nakhuda and his team.

Dr. Cho is a gem! She provided an extremely informative presentation and displayed immeasurable patience and knowledge-answering all my fertility concerns while giving me the space and time to ask her any questions. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

So thankful for the incredible team at Olive Fertility. After years of multiple failed egg donation transfers (at a different clinic) I truly felt completing our family wasn’t possible. Dr Taylor and her team are amazing and because of them we have a beautiful baby girl. The level of care is outstanding and worth the travel from calgary. Thank you again Dr Taylor!

Amazing staff and great bedside manner. My partner made a mistake and took her trigger shot too early and a team from Olive came into work early at 6am to do an egg retrieval so that our cycle wouldn’t get cancelled. So thankful for this team.

I've been there a few times and it's all been really great. My two egg retrievals were almost painless and I loved the nurses, they are all so kind. It's a pretty comfy set up in their recovery area too.

Our experience has been amazing we got our first miracle 2.5 years old now girl, and we just implanted our second miracle and took a pregnancy test today for it was positive! We are over the moon beyond excited to be growing our family Highly recommended IVF for PCOS! - Kim & Doug Wilson

I am very encouraging by Dr Nakuda, he was paying attention to my cycle, he is very warm and very welcoming, so intelligence and experienced, when we interacting with him, he is so down- to- earth, Approachable, so easy to talk to, he gave us comfort, people don't like to take on challenging situations, but Dr Nakuda he didn't even blink, he was very confident, he never doubted, and that's I think kept my spirits high, he never gives me up, he was paying attention to my cycle, he does alomost all the ultrasound for me, he called me to tell my procedure when he is off work, he is famous, he helped my frineds, my friends of friends to be prenant, he can solve all the difficulties, i highly recommend him to the pepole who needs to do the ivf, we are obviously indebted to Dr Nakuda's team and the clinic's entire staff, Thank you for Loretta Chan doing the translate all the time, Thank you for her patience, Thank you for Shirly, Anna, Ireana in the Accounting Departime, they always care about me and encouraged me. I don’t usually leave reviews but I really appreciated them when I was selecting a fertility clinic, so here we are!

I will always be grateful to Olive and the incredible team of doctors (especially my main Dr. — Dr. Tallon) for helping me become a mother. While the wait was long to become a patient, I felt well taken care of and confident in my medical team and reassured that they had an innovative in-house lab to ensure the highest level of care when handling my precious embryos.

Before becoming a patient, I was worried I would “feel like a number” and not a patient, as some have expressed. As I was adjusting to what the fertility process was like, I did feel this way at first. The clinic is big and they have a lot of patients. But then I realized that they’re helping SO many people become parents, and that’s a really beautiful thing. They operate like a well oiled machine because they HAVE to in order to make sure every patient is taken care of. The most important thing was that my treatment was thoughtfully done, and I had very hands on care at the times that it mattered.

My little IVF babe is 6 months old now and I love her so much. Will always, always be grateful to Dr. Tallon and Olive. Can’t recommend this clinic enough.

When I changed Dr's and saw Dr. Taylor, she took the time to listen to me and I didnt feel like just a number. I had a great experience! I would highly recommend Olive.

I really appreciate all the attention that I had on my HYCOSY procedure. I was super nervous, and scare and honestly I was expecting the worst! But all the staff since the nice lady in the finance department (who gave to my husband and me a lovely words wishing us the best for our fertility journey), the nurse and of course Dr. Charles who is super professional and kindly explained the procedure to me. The procedure was fast and I felt nothing! Thank you so much Olive Fertility Centre!

Olive is super prompt in response. They know their stuff. You are more than just a patient. The nurses are incredibly sweet and kind. Always taking time to reassure you and explain each process throughly.

Dr. Zhang stands out as the Best doctors though my fertility journey so far. She provides with pertinent suggestions and expert guidance. She is super kind and respectful. The nursing team is really nice and helpful. Dr. Zhang team at Olive takes good care of me. I hope to get the best result though my journey here. The team deserves nothing short of exceptional feedback.

Good service, they can explain complicated things in easy language. Love this clinic, and will definitely give a recommendation for them if somebody needs it.

Olive has been great with us on our fertility journey. They have been very professional in their demeanor, very thorough with their screening process and compassionate with any concerns we have had along the way. Diva is a great coordinator and answers very quickly on emails! Dr. Bedaiwy is a great doctor who really cares about the outcomes of his patients, his nursing team was kind and patient answering any questions we had as well.

The only thing I would say is that it is hard to get a hold of someone when you call however if you leave a message they always call back same day!

The nurses are super friendly and very helpful! I usually go to the one in Surrey as it’s closer for me but Vancouver is awesome as well!

My wife and I Kelly would just like to thank Olive Fertility Centre with the amazing staff and doctors that helped us conceive our baby girl *Rini who was born this March.there is no words to describe the joy we have finally "getting one" after so many years of trying and trying. To anyone reading this.it is hard and sometimes you want to give up but if you want it enough do keep trying as much as you possibly can!

Paid $30,000 and didn’t have a positive result. This business is merely based on profit. Everything sounds promising in the first initial appointment but afterwards the bombard you with negative results. Every procedure from the start of the journey was with a different doctor, different nurses. Impossible to reach anyone unless you leave a voicemail and they will get back to you based on priority.
Very robotic system. Pay, do the procedures, wait for result either yes it worked or no sorry. Did not feel any empathy or compassion. Very impersonal.
My heart goes out to anyone struggling with infertility and having to go through this process, it seems the options in Vancouver are limited. Wish it was covered by msp at least.

So far, I have a very positive experience with Olive Fertility Clinic. Specially with Dr. Hitkari’s Patient Coordinator, Julija. She is very responsive and very helpful. She actually helped me booked my HSG at UBC when I told her I couldn’t get any available slots at other hospitals I have been calling. I really I appreciate it immensely that she took time to look and call for other hospitals to get a spot. Thank you.
