Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Absolutely Terrible experience yesterday. Had to ask 4 times for our bread to come out and they even tried ripping my son off from his gift card that he got as a Christmas gift, I’m quite appalled and have been coming here for over 15 years and after yesterday we won’t be back. Go to the one in Bellingham where they are kind and it’s half the price

A true insult to Italian food. Server was great and friendly. I’m baffled as to how they get away with calling this ‘fine’ Italian food. Never again

I was kept waiting at my table, with my 4 y/o son, for 15 min before any server even approached me. A couple was served their food and had been eating for a few min, and they sat down AFTER me. When I finally did order my food, it took another 15 min to arrive. Normally it takes only a few, as all I wanted was soup and bread sticks. Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had. My hair could have been on fire, and no employee would have approached me.

I've been there few weeks ago with my boyfriend first time. Everything was sooo fine. I've never been in restaurants like this

Price has gone up, quality gone down. Marinara sauce too salty, Fried foods were over cooked. I will not be going back.

Good environment, friendly service, but the food have a lot of space to be improving, but if you do not care the quality of the food, than might be a good restaurant for you

This place is perfect is you want to have a Italian meal, many options for vegetarians. The staff is very nice as well, and pricing is also reasonable. We got free refills on all our drinks. I would recommend being prepared for an hour long wait time during lunch and dinner. Love this place

Ordered, table was clean, server was kind and very attentative. Salad and breadsticks were good. The entrees weren’t at all good. The Alfredo sauce was starting to separate on both and tasted like it was sitting for far too long. The “Tour of Italy” was the same. Alfredo was off, pasta looked dry and like it sat for too long before coming out, portions were tiny and the chicken parm was over cooked to the point of dry and crunchy. Manager tried to offer dessert but we wanted nothing from the kitchen at that point. They gave a small discount after their manager tried to deny that it is different at other locations twice. Not a location to come back to sadly. Used to be great but it isn’t what it was and is nothing like its American sister stores.

They let you stand in a line for 10 minutes to tell you there is a 2 hour wait. Seems like a big waste of time. A good restaurant would not waste your time like that. There was a staff member standing by the door who could have informed people of that.

Darcy at the bar was excellent. Very fast, hard working, always on the move making sure we had what we needed. We never had to ask him for anything because he was already asking us if there was anything we needed.

They have very good service. Unlimited salad, soup, bread and refill fountain drink are comforting especially for family with kids.
