In these times when personal health care is so hard to come by, I was introduced to Dr. Manampuram at the Olive Tree Clinic and was fortunate enough to become a patient in his office.
In the time since, we have established an excellent rapport and I feel he sincerely, is there to provide excellent health care and takes time to know me and my health needs.
The staff in his office have always been helpful, friendly and and accommodating dealing with busy schedules, both theirs and mine.

I've been coming to this clinic for more than a year now and Dr. Manampuram has always been a truly exceptional doctor. After struggling with my mental health for so long and not having a family doctor to go to, Dr. M was able to help me get diagnosed with my anxiety and depression right away. Additionally, he connected me to other professionals who were able to help me and offered me easily accessible services. I highly recommend seeing Dr. M and the clinic as everyone there is so incredibly kind and compassionate. These people always have their clients' best interests in mind, and whether there is a problem that is medical or psychological, they will make every effort to resolve it.

All staff, (incl Dr M AND the front line) are professional, kind, and incredibly super sensitive to our family health needs. We are so fortunate to have this group as our health team. I am a senior and Dr Manampuran is the best family doctor in my lifetime. Think about this In a country where there is dire need for Doctors and support staff these individuals truly lead by example in excellence, caring and being there for us.

Dr. Manampurnam is knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. He listens carefully, and presents information in a logical and caring manner. The front desk people are welcoming and the office is very clean, the location is great, and the reception area is large, with an open concept. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Manampurnam.

Don't go there especially for walk in. They first trick you by taking ur card details and charging and thn make you to sit for long waiting hours in the clinic room. And will attend you when their regular patients are done. Better go to emergency!

By far one of the most smooth walk in clinics I've been to. The doctors are great, always make sure to give you the time you deserve and address your concerns. The MOA's at the reception are very pleasant and helpful. No matter how busy they are, they try their best to be helpful. My go-to clinic and I always recommend it to people when they're looking for a clinic. Thanks Olive Tree Medical team!

My family and I have been patients Olive Tree Medical Clinic for 7 years. Our experience with our doctor (Dr. Manampuram). Administrative staff, and receptionist have been very good. Booking can be made by phone and I've never had a problem booking an appointment within a few days of my call. If required and I'm willing to work within their schedule, I've been able to get an appointment that day or the following day. Dr. Manampuram has a wonderful bedside manor. He always greets you with a warm smile and addresses your concerns with seriousness.

This doctor has been serving us since before it was Olive Tree Medical Clinic and we have nothing but good to say about him. He is extremely professional and yet caring. I recommend this clinic to all!

Both my wife and I think very highly of Dr M and his staff. Dr M is a caring, knowledgeable and empathetic family doctor, and his staff are always friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. Dr M is definitely a "team member" and we are grateful for his sensitivity and professional involvement in maintaining our health.
We think he would be great to work with and hope he is joined by associates soon who can share the load in this busy clinic.

Dr. Manampuran is such a great doctor. I have been seeing him for about 5 years now and he's always been personable and listens to my concerns. I like the fact that his clinic has a female doctor to see for my female needs as I'm more comfortable with that. With such a shortage of doctor clinics in Abbotsford, I'm so happy to have Dr. Manampuran as my family doctor.

This "walk in" clinic doesnt offer walk ins the staff are very rude they deserve zero stars.

I appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the office staff, and the doctor, Dr. M, made me feel at ease and heard. I felt taken care of and understood next steps when I left. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the offices. Recommend.

I found Dr. MANANPURAM to be a great Dr. He made a genuine effort to be acquainted with my medical file. I was able to schedule an first appointment in a timely way and I count myself fortunate to be his patient.

Dr Fernando was great. And it's also great to live close to a walk-in clinic if you need it. However, the reception is not so great. They ask you at the desk what the problem is, which is sort of embarrassing.
Then, they either forgot me, or didn't call me up in order because they didn't think my problem was bad enough.
In most walk-in clinics, it's first come first serve, which is the whole point of showing up extra early.
Also, when Dr Fernando wrote me a prescription, there was something unclear about it. When I phoned to ask, the lady at the reception was going to get the answer and give me a call back. I never heard. So I am assuming that I know how he wanted me to take my prescription but I don't think I'll have enough to do until I see my family doctor.

Update: Got a call from Kayla, and she told me everything I needed to know about my prescription.
It is definitely great customer service when a business is eager to right a mistake. Thank you so much!

I am very thankful that my husband and I were able to get into this clinic. Dr M takes very good care of us! I know that there have been issues with reception and the phone system, but those seemed to be getting ironed out. They are quick to respond when I need an Rx sent to my pharmacy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.after my family doctor retired a few years ago, i was referred to dr manupurem.i rely on my doctor for mainly mental health needs, like medication and resources.two years ago i filled out a diagnosis form when i turned 19, was told by dr manupurem it would take up to a year or two to hear back about results/ resources.never got a call back or check in from him, so i decided to go to foundry youth clinic instead because the doctors are more responsive and far more helpful and personal.a year ago i went back to olive tree seeking help for my skin condition, (would never go back for mental health help again) and tried seeing a different doctor this time, the female one who’s name i forgot.she barely looked at me or asked questions about my condition, didn’t even look at my skin condition just recommended me a drugstore quick fix that caused my skin to flare up even worse.not blaming every doctor for trying to help and mistakes happen, but these doctors don’t care.they don’t ask enough questions, they just want to get you in and out as soon as possible.they don’t do follow ups.not to mention the receptionists are rude which makes trying to book an appointment to see your doctor feel like a chore.im surprised this place has even 3 stars.forever sad that my kind family doctor retired and i got shafted to a clinic with doctors that don’t care to help.

I was able to snag a walk in app last min on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist was very sweet and the doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I’m grateful for their care and customer service

I was the second person in line and they made me last, and they kept telling me that the doctor was coming They didn’t even tell the doctor that I was there. So they’re very bad service. Im never coming back.

Amazing staff & Doctors. Limited walk in & family practice. They are just wonderful. Trying so hard to help everyone but our stupid government doesn't give them or medical staff enough support. I trust them with my families life.

I've been meaning to post about Dr. Manampuram for a long while now. He's been my doctor for several years, and I know how fortunate I am to have a doctor, but I'm doubly-fortunate because he has been wonderfully attentive, intuitive, supportive, and accurate in his care and diagnoses. I'll admit, he can be blunt, and he has even hurt my feelings before, but it's his job to give the hard truths sometimes, and it's up to me as to how I handle his observations (especially regarding my gaining weight during the pandemic). However, once I got past my own ego, it was easy to see just how lucky I was to have a doctor that remembers not just my medical histories but also the little things that add personal touches to his care: hobbies, relationships, fears, and ambitions. He always makes me feel like I've had help from a friend, and that's a rare gift indeed.

My son sees Dr. M and he is very caring and really good with kids. The clinic is so busy with patients yet he takes the time to listen. We highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Matthew is one of the nicest and humble doctors you would meet. We are pleased by his calm demeanour, his ability to articulate things clearly for the benefit of his patients. He genuinely cares for his patients. The clinic has undergone recent renovations and is very spacious and new - Navdeep B.

I'm so thankful I've finally found a caring, kind, up to date doctor as my previous one had retired. Having to find another doctor you can trust is a very stressful and hard situation, but Dr M made me very at ease from the start. Dr M had made the time to see me in person even though he is very busy and sought after. He made the time to actually listen to my complicated history and did a super thorough evaluation. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and kind, even though they are very busy. Thank you for your great service and friendly atmosphere!

I've been a patient of Dr Manampuram for a few years since he opened his practice here. I work in health care and have nothing but great things to say. He is funny and personable and has been there the few times that I've needed him. The office has been nicely renovated since first opening and looks great now!

Caring doctor (Kim Arora). However, Administration staff very unorganized. Numerous times office staff did not fax prescriptions to pharmacy. Often unavailable by phone for follow ups (e.g lost prescriptions, doctors notes and specialist files). This office is in grave need of office staff training. Further, this office may consider training with up to date technology such as email or online booking (especially if they are planning to not have receptionist that can answer phone calls). Still waiting to reach someone for a much needed medication prescribed from doctorArora in an appointment 4 days ago!
