Wonderful experience! I was visiting Victoria from out of town last month and I had been through nearly two dozen optometry offices before finding Ollie Quinn; the amazing manager assisted me with matching my contact lenses on short notice and was absolutely delightful. It's a great location, and great staff. Highly recommended!

I just want to echo the pervasive sentiment that the staff at Ollie Quinn are simplest the best. I was in Victoria for a conference about a month ago and forgot to bring contact solution. As I bust through the door asking if they sell any, they just handed me a new bottle free of charge, no strings attached. Ollie, next time I'm in town, I'm paying you a proper visit (pun intended) to see all the amazing glasses you have to offer!

I've had my glasses for a couple months now, they are extremely comfortable the lenses are great quality, they look great and through the whole process the staff were really helpful and friendly (I even had them help me choose the best looking ones between a couple frames) the turn around between when I got them fitted and pick up was only a few days and the price was unbeatable, I highly recommend them and will be buying again soon!

About 2 weeks ago I visited the Ollie Quinn store and was helped by two amazing individuals - Sam and Emmi. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and flexible with finding a solution for me. The experience was so positive it made my entire week! This type of support really made me value the money I had invested in my sunglasses and I am so satisfied with the entire experience. Please give these two the biggest shout-out!

Really love this place. The employees are so lovely and helpful! Also, the prices are insane. I got a pair of frames plus lenses for $345. Most stores sell JUST the frames for that much.

Seriously had the time of my life getting new glasses from here. Sam helped me out when I was in a pinch and took the time to fit the new frames to my weird head twice. TWICE! Absolute legend. LASIK be damned. Never shopping anywhere else.

So friendly and so so helpful with my glasses needs. Hands down the best adjustment I’ve had for my glasses. I was almost convinced I would need a new pair, but Emmi saved the day.

I have once again been blown away by the courteous staff at the Victoria Ollie and Quinn location. I have always found them to be friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I had originally found a pair of frames at an alternative store, but decided to stick with O&Q based on my previous experiences- I’m so happy I did. My glasses came very quickly, and the folks have been super helpful in ensuring they fit just right. They even went above and beyond when I had a little “oopsie! ”. 10/10 recommend Ollie and Quinn for unparalleled customer service, price point, and quality of product!

My family, in total, has 3 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunnies from this location and we’re SO HAPPY with the quality, durability & style of everything! Emmi, Sam, and the rest of the team have provided incredible customer service; they go above and beyond to ensure we each get the perfect pair with the perfect lens AND a super comfortable shopping experience. It’s a beautiful, bright, friendly & clean store where I feel safe browsing (excellent pandemic hygiene practices). I wish I could give 6 stars. My first and definitely not my last time being their. Super friendly people and had me walking out of their shop an excellent set of glasses that cost me about 1/2 of what I would have paid at some of the big chain shops.

I had such a wonderful experience, the staff is so polite and respectful and helped me choose frames that look AMAZING! As someone that hasn't purchased glasses in a long time, I really appreciate how easy they make it for a newbie. I would happily recommend this shop to anyone.

I had such a great experience at the Victoria location. The Doctor was informative and reasuring. Emmi was so kind and made me feel super comfortable about trying on several (LOTS) of pairs and helping me narrow it down. I can be very indecisive and I ove my new glasses so much!

Greatest team and the highest amount of positive energy a store can have. Not my first time in there and definitely not last. The team were very caring for me and also the optometrist was great. The booking, ordering, selecting were are seamless and they have a great selection of glasses. Turn around time is pretty quick too.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful as I tried on a bunch of different glasses because I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. Came back for an adjustment and had great service and suggestions for my first pair. Strongly recommend!

I picked up my new glasses today and I am THRILLED with them. They fit perfectly with no adjustment and they feel great. Usually I have to suffer through a couple of weeks of eye strain and headaches in order to get my eyes to adjust but I have been wearing these for only a couple hours and I am already used to them. Thank you so much to Jane and the staff at the Pandora location. You guys rock!

If you need new glasses get them here! The sales associate that assisted me was incredibly helpful. I would be trying on a pair I felt meh about and then within seconds they would be back with an even better pair of glasses that still had the same look as the ones I was drawn to! They weren’t pushy with sales (which is uncommon in my experiences purchasing glasses), and were extremely pleasant! I will definitely be back here for my next pair of glasses:)

I have purchased three pair of glasses so far - I’ll be back for another couple of pair. The glasses are very affordable and the selection is great. The staff are the best thing about Ollie Quinn - friendly, knowledgeable and such a joy to deal with. They really do ensure you leave with the glasses most suited to you and they make you want to keep coming back!

The only alternative to buying glasses online for closer to the actual value of the bits of plastic/metal to put on your face. Options start under $200. Staff is friendly. You can get your benefits submitted in-store and not pay a dollar if you have the coverage. Lots of unisex options.

I have been buying glasses more two decades now and have usually found it to be a stressful experience—over-priced frames; harried or ill-trained staff; poor customer service follow-up. But now I’ve discovered Ollie Quinn here at home in Victoria and it was the most wonderful experience, start to finish! First, the store is a beautiful space, full of light, and many—but not TOO many—choices of frames. Then there are the attentive—but not aggressive—staff, who really LISTEN to what you say you’re looking for, and help narrow the search in record time. Next, there’s the price point, which is really reasonable considering the quality of the frames—refreshing in an industry that is notorious for its dubious pricing practices. (I was quoted four times the price for similar glasses at a respected optical store up the road!) and finally, there’s the outstanding post-purchase customer service: when I went to pick up my glasses, the woman fitting them felt the lenses were a little loose in the frames (something I would not have noticed immediately). So she apologized profusely and arranged to have them replaced in quick fashion! All in all, a great place to buy glasses. No need to wander all over town looking for the best style and price, especially during a pandemic. You will find what you’re looking for right here!

Customer service was exactly what you want when choosing glasses - they gave recommendations on what I should try and gave their honest opinions. I ended up buying sunglasses that were different from what I normally end up with and was super happy to have done so thanks to their help. Such a good experience that I ended up going back to Ollie Quinn to update my prescription glasses after 10 years of avoiding it.

Fabulous customer service! From the moment I entered the store, the staff warmly greeted me and made me feel right at home. They clearly explained Covid 19 protocols and made it simple and safe to follow the guidelines. They expressed a genuine interest in meeting my client needs. Their frames and glasses were fashionable and excellent in quality. I was able to see an optometrist during one of my visits and he provided me with a new prescription. He was friendly and very current in his training and expertise. Upon receiving my new glasses, I was stunned by the colours and clarity I had been missing with my old set of glasses. As you can imagine, I was thrilled! It is rare to have such a great connection but I was so impressed with the staff, inventory and results.

Update: I changed from 1 star to 4 stars because my only option was to get a new pair of sunglasses. I once again was very impressed with the level of customer service of the staff in store. The new pair I got are very cute, I just hope they last!

The staff in store is very friendly and helpful. However, I had a problem with the quality of the sunglasses I purchased. In store, they were adjusting the pair and the screw was stripped and came out, causing the arm to come off. So I ordered a different, brand new pair and within one week the same issue happened. I was away at the time so purchased a new pair from a well known store that stands behind their products. When I returned I spoke with the manager in store, and with the manager above her and the company was in no way willing to give a refund for their faulty product. Very disappointed in this company. Also to note, they give no indication at time of purchase of their refund policy, or even issue a receipt.

Glasses came one month late due to shipping errors made by the Ollie Quinn team; had to follow up many times to get answers; glasses don't fit well and need to go in again to get it adjusted.

Incredibly happy with my purchase. I ordered both glasses and sunglasses and both are absolutely perfect. And at a great price!

I was a Vancouver customer and needed to order new contact lenses in Victoria. It was as easy as sending off an email and they quickly responded and placed the order. When the contacts arrived later than expected I was heading out of town and the manager drove to the store when it was closed. She met me before I headed off to the airport. Incredible service.

Sarah (the optician) is fantastic! All the people at Ollie Quinn are helpful but i wanted to write a review regarding my experience with Sarah. Over the last two days, she patiently listened to my concerns and adjusted my frames and nose pieces, until i felt they were finally comfortable on my face. For someone switching over from contact lenses to glasses, its a big transition to make and i so appreciated how graceful she was with handling me and my frustrations. Also, lovely selection of glasses in a nice spacious store and best price for eye examination in the city. Thank you Pandora Ollie Quinn staff!

The glasses are funky and inexpensive but the quality is quite low. The arms of my glasses are two different lengths and I’ve had to bring them back twice to be refitted. They bend easily and the lenses are poor quality as well.

Also, they may seem local but they are designed and assembled in China.

That being said, they’re great as a back-up pair or if you like to have a couple of different styles.

Murdoch was absolutely amazing at the Pandora St Victoria BC location. He was patient, responsive, accommodating and top notch professional in all of our exchanges. Fab experience with thanks to Murdoch!
