Amazing place to have lunch and enjoy cozy corner restaurant. Food was incredibly delicious and very very fresh ingredients.
Restaurant itself is super clean and welcoming. Everything is well done and you enjoy the service you pay for. Parking is hard to find but pay Parking was $2 for 2 hours, not bad!

Great food great service! I had the calabrese pizza and it was amazing, overall high quality and affordable! The owner is also very friendly and down to earth like all of the staff. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good food in Vancouver.

Staff told me to wait for few minutes When I went to collect the order and it was extended to 10more minutes and he was not at all feeling guilty and he was so rude

Dogs can go inside but delivery drivers have to wait outside. It's 10 degree, waiting for 20+ mins so far.

I called last night and a owner answered (Alex) and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I asked for separate bills and I was told no, you can look at the itemized bill when it comes, could you put the persons name on box so we know who’s is who’s, NO open the box and you can see what pizza it is, can you give me a new menu as ours is old, NO, we don’t have paper menus, can you then give me the prices, NO you can figure it out when the bill comes. I told him I want to be able to have the cash ready when the driver comes so he gave me prices without tax but wasn’t happy about it. He was very nasty and he really didn’t care. Our bill came to $203.00 so this wasn’t cheap and then the tip. I must say our delivery lady was marvellous and very friendly. We looked after her but this is the last time. We have been ordering from this redo for over 12 years but not anymore. Thank you Alex

I ordered large order from here and lasagna was part of it and they supposed to give u garlic bread with that but when the ordered showed up there was no garlic on the bread it was plain butter we paid 19 dollars for lasagna why would u cheap out like that i wouldn't order from here ever again super cheap people

My favourite place for pizza! Delicious food. Super friendly staff and fantastic value. Meatlovers with pineapple is my go too!
Olympia kits is the best restaurant in Vancouver.

The service was really good. My favorite was the Dip Plate with the Hummus and Spicy Feta Dip beating out the Tzatziki. Overall the food was decent except the Sangria which was very sub par. Portions are large as you'd expect with a Greek restaurant which leaves you very full. Personally I thought the prices were slightly high.

Wonderfulness! We have tried Pizza before and now tried Lasagna. This place worth driving miles away. That's enough to describe how we feeling about it.

Would definitely recommend this place. We were three and ordered two pizzas and a calamari. All three were perfect and very tasty. Besides the quality, the portion was also great. A place that you would not like to miss, especially for their pizza. The waitress was also very nice, friendly and welcoming. Took good care of us and made us feel very welcomed. We also enjoyed our time and meal.

Unfortunately we had a very unfulfilled experience at this restaurant for take out today. The food quality use to be much better a few years ago. We ordered the lamb souvlaki and it tasted like beef and the beef was dried out. The beef dolmades tasted like the beef or grape leaves were going rotten. We called and spoke to management to politely express our concerns but no one seemed to care. It was a $100 lunch gone to waste. We could have had way higher quality and tastier food at the nearby East is East. So disappointing.

Love this place. Good and service are both great. It's small cozy place with character and has excellent Greek food.

Always nice to come back onto Oly’s for dinner. We had Spanikopita, calomari and pizza. The round table bread was dry, day or two old, but every was good otherwise.

Good service kept water glasses full etc. Food was ok not outstanding. Was disappointed in my calamari was sort of tastless. It had been years since i eaten it but was not as good as i remember.

Awful pizza. Awful calamari. Greek salad was great. Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Had to ask what kind of meat it was? They said pepperoni. But it looked and tasted like a low grade bologna with canned pineapple on a tasteless crust. Calamari was just as tasteless. Service fairly awful too. My suggestion if you have to come here.greek salad and a glass of wine. Then call it a day.

Fantastic! As the saying goes, “a pictures can say a 1000 words” my pictures fill the 3000 word quota.
Service was fast, effecient and very freindly, which made us feel welcome and proud, that we were bringing out-of-town visitors who were impressed by these qualities.
We were four, and two ordered the Calamari dinner - perfect in every way! Portion size, lightly battered, tender, tons of flavour with the right amount of seasoning.
The Ribs were slow roasted and nicely seasoned too. Just salt and pepper and some light seasoning to enhance the tender pork meat. Anyone who expects sauce will be greatly disappointed, but they should know that this is how the Greeks do their ribs, unlike Southern USA versions where a BBQ sauce is applied before or after the roasting.
These three dishes came with lemon baked potatoes, that were velvety smooth with the distinctive lemon overtones baked in olive oil - yum!
And finally the Olympia Pizza (House Special). A beautiful full and fluffy crust, with generous fresh toppings inclusive of shrimp in nearly every bite.
We all walked away full, VERY full! I can hardly wait to come back.

I’ve been going to Olympia since 2007 when the food was great, portions were good and the servers were the best. However, after visiting today one of your blonde server with a very long hair seems very unattentive, never filled my water, got my order wrong and proceeded with an attitude like we were wrong- because of this was she scared to approach us and ask our how meal was during? Or filled up our water? Clearly the restaurant wasn’t even busy today and your two servers are just standing in the back of the counters chilling, eating and touching her hair… she should be tieing her hair back completely when she’s serving. Please teach them how to serve customers with manner and this restaurant has gone downhill with the SLOWEST service ever…!
Can’t brag about how this restaurant is good anymore and will never come back.

Nice patio. Food is well crafted but service is lacking. Pizza is worth a shot if you're looking for something different.

In my opinion the best place for pizza in Vancouver. The pizza is baked to perfection so the crust isn't doughy but crisp and crunchy even with toppings covering it. They serve all other Greek foods too. Bon Appetite.

Nice place in Kitsilano. We ordered prawn souvlaki and arni psito. They were both great, the meat was well cooked and delicious in arni psito. However, everything was very greasy, which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

Love it this place is great to dine in or take out. Pasta is great and pizza is great too. Traditionally Greek style crust and sauce approach.

Best Greek style pizza, and still the Kitsilano original. Hot, gooey and thicker crust than the Italian but still a great pizza. Service was excellent and Olympia remains a must go to destination.

If you do appetizers, bring more than one person with you. My date and I had the calamari which was SUPERB-O! But one order filled us both up and we hardly made a dent in our entrees!

The pizza was amazing even though I couldn't finish it!

I've spent several months in Greece and I can't remember having lamb chops as succulent and delicious as I had at Olympia in Kits. In fact everything is very authentic and the portions are very generous. Service was great, too! I will be going back every time I crave an outstanding Greek feast.

Service isn’t the friendliest. The food is okay. I’ll most likely to go elsewhere whenever I’m craving greek food.

This is my first time at Olympia, the service was absolutely amazing, my server Tina was very pleasant & attentive! The food was delicious! The spinach pie was super tasty & the tomato feta pizza was to die for! I will definitely be back for this mouth watering food!

We like ordering from Olympia. Today wasn't the best order placed. After a rough day, we called in around 9 pm and ordered 3 items for a treat: baked ravioli, lamb soulakia and 1 side order of pilaf rice.
The ravioli was cheesy and full to the brim. The lamb was yummy but the rice in the container was lacking. For $25, it was less than 1/2 full. One of the potatoes was harder than others.didn't taste the freshest.
Our side order of pilaf rice for $7 was less than 2/3 full. Rice was also not fluffy when warm and definitely not fresh. We have ordered all of these menu items many times.it feels like your kitchen ran out of rice tonight because our order was end of night and it became an afterthought. We expect the same quality even if our order is at the end of day. Shame bc the rice is our favourite.

I called in my order on a busy wet night and was told it may be up to an hour which I was OK with - The perfectly cooked tasty melty hot pizza arrived in roughly 35 minutes. That was unexpected but the best part was the pizza.
I would wait 2 hours for such good food = Highly recommended.

I've ordered from Olympia Pizza Kits for a number of years and used to be my favourite Greek restaurant - a staple for us. Yesterday we ordered and were extremely disappointed. The humus had no garlic and had a weird sour after taste that was disgusting. The texture was too runny. The dolmathes had no lemon sauce and were dry. My Greek Ribs were extremely bland and this used be my favourite dish I'd reorder all the time. The potatoes were also very bland, along with the rice. The Greek Salad, I couldn't tell what I was eating if I didn't see it - tomatoes very watery and bland, along with cucumbers and hardly any dressing and seasoning. I came once for lunch earlier and it was off as well. I thought it was a one-time thing, but it is not. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

I have been visiting this place since 2007. I'm not sure what happened, management changed or something, but the pizza got way, way better than it used to be. Great job, keep it up!

Loved this place in my undergrad and 12 years later it's still awesome. Great pizza but the Greek food is out of this world. The Arni Psito (roast lamb shoulder) is so fall apart tender and delicious and the portions are huge. Go eat here.

I have been going to this place for 20 years and it has been phenomenal.
However in last year all you can taste is garlic.
Kept going back in hope it has been one time thing but sadly no.
Last night picked up calamari and they ended up in garbage.

VERY GROSE! The pizza was all one bland color hard crust, and luke warm. Not what l was expecting at all. The basic ham and pineapple reached a new low. Wasted 30 bucks, never again ordering from there, did l say LUKE WARM!

Olympia pizza used to be amazing but they are no longer. For decades they were a kits staple. You have to use an online ordering service now that does not recognize any address. You can only order from a very limited topping selection and less than half of their in house items are available. The owners should ditch this stupid system that is single handedly sinkng their business. Until I can call and speak with them to place my order, I will not be back.

We've ordered a ton from Olympia, we love their food but since COVID, have ordered take-out and unfortunately think there could be room for improvement. It's tasty but quite pricey for what you get. And for some reason their kits location is WAY more expensive than their downtown location (e.g. $16 vs. $22 for the same meal). Once we ordered 2 greek dishes and one didn't come with rice pilaf and another time we asked for no feta on ONE of the greek salads we ordered and they didn't put feta on ANY of them which was a disappointment.

Been coming here off & on for 25 years, dine in, take out, happy hour it's always GOOD, the owners are lovely people & care about the food they prepare & serve in the community.
Lee & Alex & their staff will always take care of their customers.the happy hour M-F 3-5pm great selection, awesome food & affordably priced, I recommend it.

I ordered the Shrimp Souvlaki, it was amazing. Wonderful Greek salad, and tzatziki. Definitely will have their food again!

Very friendly greeting when we arrived. We did not have reservations and the restaurant was busy so we were very fortunate to get a table for four.
The tables were socially distant all servers wore masks so we felt very safe. Tables were cleaned and disinfected when people left.

Our server Tina was excellent and friendly. We had prawn souvlaki and keftedes dinner both were excellent. Delicious tzatziki. Our friends ordered the saganaki to start which should have been served sizzling and it was not but was very tasty.
It is no wonder Olympia Pizza is a kitsilano icon for 52 years.
I would highly recommend it and it is now my go to for greek food.

Good food, always great service. Prices are reasonable. I've been ordering food here many times. It's not close to where I live so I really stock up when I go on all of my favorites. The food is very authentic well-made and fresh Greek food that tastes like family cooking. I only wish I were closer.

Management is always very friendly, I usually buy a few containers of extra dip with the souvlaki with the misguided thought that they'll last me a few days and I eat it all almost immediately. Their desserts are also wonderful! Try it!

We live in Victoria and whenever we are in Vancouver we always have lunch at Olympia. Never disappointed as the food is always fresh and well priced. Great staff as well.

Excellent food from Olympia Pizza!
We had the famous, house salad, chicken souvlaki (delicious) and pizza - half white pizza half basil pesto. So good! Nice vibe! Followed all the COVID guidelines and we loved our experience!

We'll definitely be back!

Last Wednesday (Oct. 7th 2020), mom and I decided to order some appies at this restaurant and sit on the patio. We ordered the dolmathes, saganaki, and calamari. The calamari was inedible. It was cold, overcooked and like chewing rubber. It seemed like old left over prefried calamari that the chef decided to use instead of throw it away and make a fresh batch. The waitress took it off the bill. However, the pita bread, which came with the appies was also cold and dried out. It also seemed like stale pretoasted pita. It was like biting into a very stale crouton. The dolmathes were mediocre and the sagnaki could have been fried longer. A big disspointment and downer of the day. There was only one other customer dining there which gives no excuse for the chef to be so careless with food quality. Clearly he is a lazy person who doesn't put any love into the food. This is my first and last time I will ever go to this place. A HUGE waste of money and time.

Food is as good as it is always has been, this has never changed. Service is just below okay, servers aren't rude or impolite they are all just to young/inexperienced.

Been eating here for 30 years. The hardest thing is trying to decide between the Chicken Sovolatki or the Lasagna Olympia. The best way to describe it is deep flavour.

I ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza to split with one other person. Absolutely delicious. Pizza arrived in ~20 minutes. The chicken was juicy and flavourful. The green peppers were still crunchy, the cheese melted. The BBQ sauce was present but not overpowering. To top it off, good service. Easy recommendation.

Best pizza and Greek in town. The atmosphere inside and outside is nice, great neighborhood, love this place. Clean, friendly, affordable.

I really wanted to like this place. I love Greek people, their generosity of spirit, their kindly nature and their contribution to mankind. I love Greek food, the language and these particular restauranteurs are as organic as they come - always humane and friendly.

But, the food, for the price, just unfortunately doesn't cut the muster when compared to the likes of Minerva's in Kerrisdale. The price is the same, but the attention to detail is lacking.

I had two dishes - the lamb chops and the Greek ribs. Both were close to $30. The Greek salad is perhaps the only thing done right. The garlic toast that came with the chops was too hard, and perhaps done with stale bread. It crumbled into nothing when eaten and had been done in a broiler that was too hot such that all the butter crisped up the bread throughout.

The pita bread was the pre-made thin kind, so that when it was heated up, it too became rock hard and more of a cracker than a bread.

The "Greek-style" full slab of ribs is babyback ribs that are small and lean. A side or back ribs would be more suitable for the grill and less expensive while having more flavour. These were probably pre-boiled to soften them up then grilled out of the fridge. And they tasted like that. Dry and with very little on them, and way too underseasoned, so that essentially they tasted like reheated pork with nothing on it.

The lamb chops were a better effort, but again, not great. They had been in a marinade, which is good, but they were then subsequently not evenly grilled such that the wetter parts of the meat clearly had a stronger flavour than the more cooked ones, but reminded you that the softer parts were kind of raw.

I have no doubt that mom and dad who started the restaurant and even their kids made food that was great. This food, however, was not it. And that's too bad. I still love Greek people.

Our family fav for family-run Greek food. Generous portions, always great food and friendly service.

Not a fan of their pizza or lasagna. Pizza claims to have premium mozzarella but is gooey. Lasagna is nothing special either, has a weird cinnamon flavour to it and is just sloppy sauce and noodles. Ordered the calamari hoping to have a better experience, thin and leathery.
On the other hand my partner loves this place, only because it reminds her of her childhood. Hard pass.

Phenomenal food, with good choices for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. Good portion sizes, and down to earth service.

Nice place, lots of people who are obviously fans. Pizza was great, souvlaki was good. Great place for families. Im giving it 4 stars because the souvlaki was good, but if you are wanting fabulous or amazing. Its not that. So let's just say a good choice for a good pizza or Greek food.

We went there two days ago. The food was good (pizza and chicken souvlaki) and big portions. However, the only server that was working that day was very unfriendly. Even when we paid and left she didn't even say a work. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. She barely talked to us during the whole meal. We even noticed it wasn't personal and she was like that with everyone at the restaurant.
