I absolutely love coming here to purchase things for my cat. The staff are super friendly and know how to ask if you'd like assistance without being pushy, and if you say you're good, they'll leave you be, or if you do need help the staff will help in every way they can. One of the best things about Oly's is that if you're like me and have a picky pet who is super particular about their food, there is a return policy on pet food so if you pet doesn't like it you can bring it back and they'll help you pick out a different food to try, plus there's normally samples at the front if you're looking to change brands but don't want to commit to a full-size bag. Prices are always super fair, I can definitely recommend coming here!

This is our go to store, but yesterday I went there for a few items and to purchase yet another brush for our puppy because we can’t seem to find the right one that works for her hair type. Instead of just selling me another brush, I received some really helpful advise. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate a business that cares about their customers and doesn’t just sell you something you don’t really need!

Oly's pet store was good. They have better prices on some things than other pet stores. For example, I had bought a "Kong" chew toy at Bosley's the same day, then I went to Oly's and found the exact same one for almost $4 less. They aren't the biggest store, so they don't have as big of a selection on some things as some other bigger pet stores, but I found that their pet toy selection is better than some of the bigger pet stores, especially for smaller dogs. The sales girl wasn't as helpful as sales people are at some of the other pet stores. I wasn't greeted, and did have to actually ask for help, despite having been in the store for several minutes, but it could've just been an off day, or maybe the sales girl that's was there was new. Their prices on pet toys was better than most other pet stores I've been to, though.

Best place. They are soooo helpful mandates go beyond what you ask. So knowledgeable. They love their animals here! And very holistic.

They remember the food my dog eats and they have a great selection of quality dog and cat food. Friendly and helpful staff. They have food, treats and toys for all animals I've ever had. Not the cheapest place to shop but the quality is worth what you pay. It's NOT so expensive that it's unaffordable. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable when my cat was getting older and having digestive problems. I've always had good service here and I've never heard of any complaints from others so I highly recommend them.

I expect more to this store found that not enough products to choose from.set up more for little dogs.
