Incredible interior and amazing coffee quality. If you are a fan of brunch or wanting to take your SO or the person you tryna rizz on a date - this is a great place to be.

Staffs are real nice and the space itself is cozy.

I’ve been to this place twice for brunch and once for dinner and each time the food was absolutely amazing. All the workers are kind and attentive. Would highly recommend! It’s my new go to place for good food and to meet with friends in Coquitlam.

We didn't feel the warmth of a welcoming atmosphere. Lack of communication for ordering.

Regarding the food, it was just average. The restaurant should seriously consider addressing the service.

On & Off is one of my favorite brunch spots.
I absolutely love the brunch menu and the ambiance. Avocado Toast and Croffles are a must-try!
However, as much as I love this place, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the customer service. I've been to On & Off multiple times, and I must admit that the service is a bit hit or miss. There have been a couple instances when our server didn’t have a nice and welcoming attitude.
Also, if you're planning to visit for a weekend brunch, make sure to reserve a table a few days in advance as it tends to get quite busy.

Decent vegetarian/vegan options. Food was refined. You can tell they put lots of thought and attention to each menu item. Service was professional and attentive. And of course the view was the cherry on top. Thank you

Super aesthetic, love the decor, food is incredible love the apple and brie Sammy on the croissant. Sunset mimosa is delish.

Tried the classic breakfast, was pleasantly surprised. Fluffy eggs, good sausage, and particularly the bread is very buttery (feels like a croissant).

We ordered the BC Mushroom pasta and found a long hair in it! And they didn’t compensate for it, they made a “fresh” one but took the old one in the kitchen. They gave us tiramisu for free but it's only because it’s my birthday and restaurants usually do the free dessert for that but nothing from the incident. They also did not serve us water at all during our whole meal! What a shame. And when it was time to go they had to take our leftover food back to the kitchen to pack it for us which was a little uncomfortable because now we have trust issues on how sanitary the kitchen is, the food that I ordered was clean and tasting good so props to that the vibes was also good at the restaurant but they can use some improvement with sanitation and service.

Nice atmosphere: spacious, lots of natural light and soft music. Nice staff as well; we were seated right away. The presentation of the plates and the taste were excellent. Will come back and visit them for dinner again

Coffee was good and fairly reasonable for the price ($4.75 for flat white +0.75 for oat milk). Tried the Prawn & Avocado Benny ($23). Benny itself was a bit messy to eat but overall the flavours were good. The potatoes were rather lacking - they weren't crispy but rather a quick fried boiled potato, overall they taste basic and the skin was a bit tough.

For the price I felt like it wasn't worth it, as it seemed a bit pricey for what I got. Was a bit more upscale for the area with the decor and prices of the food. Overall it was decent but for the price and quantity, I probably wouldn't go again - lot better tasting brunch options in the area for more affordable prices.

It’s kinda hidden place but very nice and lovely brunch place to go.
We had egg Benedict and sandwich and coffee. They make pretty good coffee. I really enjoyed time being here with my friend.

The atmosphere and interior were excellent and fancier than any other brunch places.
Servers were kind as well. Problems were that distance of tables are too narrow, most importantly, compare to its quality of silverwares and atmosphere, taste of foods are just mediocre but meals price were significantly pricy.

We loved our meals! Coquitlam needs more restaurants that offer better dining options than generic chain dining.
My wife had the sablefish (can't get that at a chain resto!), as it is her favourite. She loved it! I had the beef short ribs, the polenta, brussel sprouts and mini roasted potatoes were excellent.
We look forward to going for brunch, as the brunch menu looks outstanding as well.

Parking is little tricky here as the plaza seems to be busy and also has a lot of 15 min limit restriction. Also ensure to reserve the table as the place is really busy and you might to wait a long time to get seated. Food were alright and somewhat unique. Place is fancy as well. We liked the almond croissant but little pricey.

We came here for New Years eve dinner and the ambience was very nice and festive. The starters come in surprisingly generous portions and were very delicious. The lamb was also cooked well and we had our eyes set on the fish dishes if only we didn't get so full so soon. The house made Tiramisu is a must have.

Said they'd have a table for me in 30-40 minutes

Our server Allison was wonderful! Super friendly, quick service and delicious food! I went with my parents for brunch and my mom is hard to please, but she thought it was a beautiful place with good food. Specifically the Prawn Avocado eggs Benedict and the Brie and Prosciutto croissant sandwich that we ordered were delicious
