Had a Seiko auto-winder shipped down for servicing. Apparently a spring replacement was required.

Got the watch back, but noticed it was ticking differently, and the second-hand no longer paused when setting the time.

After some inquiries were placed, one of their techs had quietly gutted it and placed some other random Seiko movement inside it instead of fixing it.

I was told they had the guts of my watch still there and that I could send it back to them to be repaired properly. So I did just that.

I was then contacted and told that they would need to have the second hand replaced due to damage, and that they would have to order it from Japan.

Not sure if that second hand was damaged during the original "repair", or during the second ACTUAL repair. But, they did get it ordered and installed eventually.

They do seem to do good work, when they're actually doing the work they said they'd do, and not keeping an expensive movement and cramming in some random lower end version hoping I won't notice.

I posted a review noting my dissatisfaction with the repair of a pair of earrings. I immediately heard from On Time, and they offered to take the earrings and repair them properly. To simplify communication, I took them to their main location in Burnaby, spoke to them directly, and already have the earrings back, properly repaired. The workmanship is excellent and I am very pleased with the polite service and excellent job now done. Thank you so much for fixing these!

THE WORST Service ive ever experienced.and all they had to do is replace the crystal and battery. 4 months later still no call from them.this will save you the same grief i hope thanx to the internet.
Ok so get my watch back after i asked them to, without doing the work, but they did the work and also broke my watch face.and gave it back to me.broken! I guess they didnt think id notice.im posting the photo.so look above the 1 and 2 you can see the broken solar panel face

Our family enjoys coming during the weekends when Kelly is working for all our watch and jewelry service needs. She's very knowledgeable, profecient, professional, fast, and fun talk too. Metrotown is a little farther driver for us, but her customer service makes it worth it! Looking forward to bringing more watches and jewelry for her to look at. Thank you

Great service from the Coquitlam and Metrotown store. Minus one star because they close earlier than the Hudson Bay / mall hours, which is not great for us working folks.

My go to place for servicing my Tissot watch. They fixed some of my internal components and pressure sealed my watch after a less good repair shop didn't properly seal it during a battery replacement. Watch has been running strong for years now.

I had my Citizen Eco-Drive sent to On Time Service Corp. 's workshop through Hudson's Bay for servicing on July 24.

I gave the go ahead for On Time Service to repair the movement on Aug 9th and was promised it would take 2 - 3 weeks to repair.

Fast forward 1 month, I was advised they could not repair the movement and needed to replace the module.

Nearly 3 month later after it was sent in, the watch was finally returned to the Hudson's Bay store and received on November 4th. I learned that On Time Service Corp.initially returned my watch to the wrong store resulting in an additional delay.

I picked up my watch on Nov 5th. The first thing I noticed is that the calendar display was changed from black numbers with a white background to white numbers and a black background. I also noticed some of the watch hands had either small scuff marks or finger prints on them.

I did not give consent for On Time Service Corp.to change the appearance of my watch and they did not consult with me that they would substitute a different colored part. I assumed all repairs were internal and would not affect the external appearance of the watch.

Like another Reviewer posted, it seems they made the repair but assumed I would not notice the change particularly to the calendar after the repair. I have had exceptional watch repair service from On Time Service Corp.in the past. As a repeat customer, factoring the long wait time and poor communication from their workshop, this is by far the worst experience I have had with On Time Service Corp.

I went to an On Time Service Centre today after searching for a local watch repair.

Went to their business, which was a task in itself to find, and pulled on the door handle and they were closed.

The hours advertised said they were open till 3, I could clearly read the wall mounted clock inside and it said 2: 45. I knocked and after a short time someone came and let me in and gave me an awkward stare.

I asked if I could get a pin for my watch when they proceeded to tell me that all the repairmen had gone home. I asked if any of them could help me simply find a pin that I could instal myself, explaining that I was from out of town, and they said they could not.

It seems a little odd that the doors were locked early, and when they were opened, no one could help me with something so basic.

Terribly inconvenient, they let down a customer, who was more then happy to support a non "big-box" company.

Went to HBC metrotown watch repair on a busy sunday for a battery change/ sizing. The young lady was quick, proficient, and very nice to talk too. I will definitely be back in the future for all watch services.

I brought a Tissot T-touch wristwatch for a battery replacement as it was cheaper than going through Swatch Canada, owners of Tissot. Upon receiving the watch back, I realized that the watch was malfunctioning rendering the watch useless. It was an expensive repair. This company's owner along with her employees realized a mistake had been made and were accountable and took full responsiblity. As a result, my watch was repaired and given back to me in working order. They even used genuine tissot parts as opposed to aftermarket ones. They also took extra time to buff the wristband and refunded the original cost of the battery replacement. I am super satisfied with this company regardless of the mistake. I will be returning for all my watch repair or service needs regardless of the price of the watch because of how they handled the mistake and their superior customer service. I highly recommend this watch repair shop to anyone that values integrity and authenticity.

A simple battery replacement became the highlight of a day of chores. The gentleman at The Bay at Oakridge Mall was friendly, professional. I also watched him wait on an older woman who was looking for leather strap replacement (of course complications) and he was patient and friendly with her from start to finish.well done!

Amazing service! Brought my watch in when it wasn't working and they fixed it up while I walked around the store- definitely recommend!
