Massive selection. Prices are a little expensive but reasonable for the products they offer. I bought a couple of shirts and some shoes and some beanies. Best skate shop in Kelowna.

If quality, selection, and customer service matter to you, you might think this to be the best snowboard shop in the province. I've never had a bad experience and it's clear they'd rather build, or build on, a relationship rather than simply make a sale. I'd rather part with less money than I do when I buy here, but I also believe you get what you pay for.

We had a fantastic experience today with Denny himself and his team. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and patient. Zero pressure and wonderful buying experience. I would fully recommend this team for any of your purchases.
He personally sets a great example for his team mates.

Went in to look at boards and goggles, the employee went over so much info on boards for me with different riding styles and terrains, but not once did I feel pressured to buy. This place is huge and the board, glove, goggle, winter wear selection is quite large.

Best board shop in Kelowna. Biggest selection I've seen of board gear. They also carry the top brands in snow sport.

I give it a 2 cause they have good selection but always disappointed with the service. I went to buy something on clearance and was asking for clarification on return policy and asking questions to make sure I understood and just got a lot of attitude from the cashier. And this has happened on more than one occasion

Place is nice lots of selection, the taco stand outside is great, a little pricey but all round a good boardshop

Paige was terrific! She helped us decide on elbow and knee pads. The store is clean, well organized with lots of selection.

Popped on by to upgrade my Kemper Intruder that I bought from Island Snow in 1996 and wow have things changed! The twin tip boards are a REAL game changer! My Oakley Straightjackets have been great, but ONE's staff recommended making the move to a goggle. GAME CHANGER. Thanks to Wiley, Jean, Scot and all the staff for the upgrades!

It was a crazy black Friday weekend when I went with my family to get some winter clothing, but the sales personal there were happy to help with finding everything we needed. Overall it was the most helpful business we stepped into on the weekend.

Chased out of the store for not wearing a mask.they don’t honor medical exemptions and failed to provide a copy of their policy.all i got was a clearly flustered manager raising his voice at me and changing his story when i called him on it…‘i’m just the messenger man’. Wake up

All the staff are extremely knowledgeable about what they're selling.every time I've been in the staff are a huge help safe to say best board shop around.

Absolutely the best place around for anything snowboard related. They helped me out last summer with a full setup during the summer clearance sale and I couldn't be happier with the service and products that I received. Always get my board serviced there and the techs are top notch often going above and beyond to make sure that your gear is in great shape. All of the staff that I've dealt with have been very nice and polite at minimum, with many being so friendly that it's worth coming in just for the good vibes. Unreal selection and product availability.

So stoked it merits my first review. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Scott and Geordie (as per receipt) set me up with an entire new set, Rumble Fish board and Burton Step On boots/bindings. Could not be more thrilled with my new setup. Thumbs all the way up

Ordered Burton AK Swash jacket, sadly the powder skirt was missing upon receiving, Jacket also came with an old Oakley goggles microbag in one of the pockets. Called and notified the store and they shipped the powder skirt right away.

I had a really great time at One Boardshop, the staff were all super friendly. Especially the friendly blonde, kinda short and stocky fellah. I think his name was Georgie? He made me feel like we were best friends. I wish he was my best friend. Hey Georgie, if you see this do you wanna go out for lunch sometime? 5 stars. Great shop.

Always the best selection of skate and board clothing and gear. Staff is always friendly and welcoming to us AND our kids. Our entire family of 5 shops here, from kids Burton snowsuits and winter jackets, to kids clothing, all the back to school shoes, and clothing for us too. Most favourite recent purchases include Burton Step in boots and bindings, Ride Boa boots, DC kids winter jacket, and DC and Vans youth all black shoes to go with the school uniform. This place is our go to whenever we need something, and we love to support local <3

Went in for some goggles, staff was super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient, and not pushy. He knew his stuff and was happy to share. Prices were much more reasonable than we were expecting. Would give six stars if I could!

Kelowna's big board shop, with the entire range of snowboard gear. Deepest selection I've seen in the Okanagan. Shout out to Lucas (I think.) who helped me with new boot selection, took me through his take on latest technology, and patiently answered all my questions.

Edit: not asking you to compete with big box stores. The purchase and sale are both at Oneboardshop so I was asking for a price adjustment on an item in store that is now on sale. Management/owner asked zero questions, makes assumptions and responds with a big NO we don’t do that with ‘ (as per owners) ’ in brackets and everything. As mentioned I try to support small businesses. I do not expect you to compete with big stores that is your assumption.

One Board Shop has been our family’s go to since moving to the okanagan. I bought a jacket at full price just over a week ago at Oneboardshop and that weekend it went on sale at Onrboardshop.i contacted the store for a price adjustment and was responded with ‘As per owners‘ they do not offer price adjustments, even though they have a 30 day return policy. I would have to go to the store return the one I bought and re purchase it on sale at the same store but why make the customer do all this extra work? I try to support local but with policies like this I feel the ‘owners’ are being a bit greedy and almost feel ripped off. I’ll be shopping online now I suggest you do too.

I would recommend the friendly and very knowledgeable salesman, John, that sold me a complete set of snowboard, bindings and boots. He asked many good questions and was very knowledgeable. Scott was great with the follow up and setting up, and very knowledgeable as well.
Super service, making sure clients are happy and well equipped to their abilities. Great quality. 100% recommend

Very knowledgeable staff who are always friendly and a wide variety of quality skate/snowboards/skateboards all 4 seasons year round.

Good stock but every time I go in the workers don't acknowledge me and when I was trying to buy a new set up I waited for 10 minutes for someone, but no one came and when I went to go get someone, she was pretty rude and looked like she did not want to be helping me. Guess I'll be taking the One sticker off my dashboard:/
