When I visited the store a few months ago the visit was friendly and hands off. Afforded me the ability to find what I was looking for without having to come too far from my comfort zone. This was ideal for me as I tend to be very shy about private matters and I am not comfortable discussing or asking strangers for help with regards to the tops this particular business relates to.

More recently I found myself in need of some assistance and was unsure if the staff at this business would be able to help.

Given my affliction for being unable to talk about these issues, I thought it may be easier to send an email and find out if they would be able to help before exposing myself in such a vulnerable way.

I thought for sure, given that they deal with a subject matter that is very sensitive to many and requires people to be quite vulnerable, they would offer some kind of email or IM contact.

Upon searching for this I only found a rather offensive link to a fake email telling people who prefer to send an email to quote " bite me". Highly unprofessional given the nature of their business.

I think I will be keeping my business to other establishments from here on.

The girl working was nice. I was there for a while shopping. I haven't been out shopping since covid 19 restrictions. When I was shopping I told her I have been here for a while she said yeah the security called asking if everything is ok. She said they can see you but they can't hear you on camera. So I felt like they think I'm going to steal. I am a customer and have shopped here before. I shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable or profiled for the way I look. Other people came into the store and she didn't tell them that. I felt like I needed to get out of there. I didn't feel welcomed. I got home and the product I bought wasn't working. I called a few times and asked to speak to the owner. The owner never called me back. However she knew I called because she told me saw the video when I was there. She knew exactly what I was talking about but never had the courtesy to call.me back. I shouldn't have to chase the owner and be disregarded. I called again and spoke to the owner. Now she said she was happy that her employee was following the training properly. She seemed more concerned about her employees and stood up for her employee. She never one apologized to me for how it made me feel. She laughed on the phone when I told her I felt like I was being profiled. That made me furious! This isn't right. That is NOT how you treat people. Whether or not this situation was intentional it still made me feel judged. She cared more about her employees then the customers. I have purchased from them before and I don't think I will be going back. I had issues with my product and asked if by any chance I could bring it in and she could show me what I'm doing wrong. She said absolutely not! They have a policy that once an item leaves the store it doesn't come back. I'm not asking for a refund or to take my items back. I'm asking for help trouble shooting. I ended up figuring it out. That was great but her attitude and the moment I heard about the security guard doesn't change what happened. How the situation was handled. They did tell me to deal with the manufacturer and that's it. I also know I could get items online at half the price they charge. I thought I'd help a business in my city. Sadly I do not think I'd ever go back there. This experience could of been handled differently. She claimed that it doesn't matter what color I am. The girl working was really nice. I just don't think she should be telling customers what she told me. The owner never once said sorry. The after care is very bad. I have never been treated this poorly from a business.

Fast, friendly, and excellent customer service! Would shop there again! They were educated on the toys being sold and informative about features and what the warranty included.

New rating from me! Last time I stopped by I was very pleased with the customer service. I'm changing my 3 stars to 5 stars. They also hold the best toys in town with the most variation. Fun shop to be in!

So basically I think it's not a bad adult store.if you are just into vids it has them and id say probably anything else you are looking for you wise.what disappointed me was the customer service experience.ive been to this shop a couple of times now and it was the same sales lady.she was helpful for a thing or two but overall she made my experience a tad bit uncomfortable.almost stalking me over my shoulder and worse.standing beside me most of the time while I tried to make up my mind. I get that it was her last hour of work and she was anxious to leave but telling me a million times she thinks that's the choice I should go with was annoying. I was getting several items and I told her I was buying either way so like answer my questions and get off my back girl.im not about to shove a bunch of rubber dildos.strap ons and ass plugs in my purse so really what was the concern.i asked her politely which section I should go to for the specific items I needed when I arrived.just to let her know I was a serious buyer.i was in the customer service industry for almost ten year serving in a variety of different restaurants.however just because of that I don't think Im being unreasonable about how uncomfortable it is to shop there while this particular sales representative is there.there isnt alot of option in the city of abbotsford because if there was I would say that after the two experience I had i would go elsewhere next time if I had the choice.other then the impatient sales lady I thought the variety of options were good.:)
