One Up Cafe

Have yet to try the rest of the menu but beautiful latte art and wonderful service! Coffee was yummy!

Wonderful service and food.i ordered the raspberry mocha (10/10) and the grilled cheese (+ salsa and chips; also very good, especially the salsa). The ladies inside were very kind and polite:)
the store itself is very nicely decorated and the music isnt too loud either! Coming again for sure

Love this place! It's a cute little cafe with great, fresh food and friendly staff. The coffee is better than what you'd get at Tim Hortons, and the food is way higher quality. The turkey BLT comes loaded up with lots and lots of real shredded turkey, not processed deli meat, and it was delicious! All of the other sandwiches and salads I've had here have been great as well but that one really stood out as awesome. I don't treat myself to lunch out very often, but when I do, this place never disappoints!

Located right in the middle of industrial heavy area, this cafe is a very healthy choice of lunch for many office and labor workers nearby. Food served here are more of homemade style fresh cafe food and drinks are also nice. It seems owners and employees here take great attention to cleanliness and health of their place and food. Price is not cheap for the portion size but is not far too off for the area.

I come here almost weekly and get the mocha everytime! I am actually the customer the owner was referring to in a previous review! Mocha is always good (iced or hot). Maybe the chocolate just wasn't to the preference of the other reviewer. To each their own though. With that being said though, I highly recommend!

Got the breakfast sandwich. 9$ for some of the cheapest deli ham you can get, Luke warm scrambled eggs from the microwave and a slice of cheese. Toasted on brown bread. Literally $1.50 worth of Ingredients for 9$.
Won’t be back, and don’t recommend.
If the eggs were freshly fried and the cheap ham was replaced with bacon. Then maybe worth the price.

Been getting coffee from here every morning since it opened. Kate provides the best service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep it up guys!

A nice little place to have lunch instead of the fast food options usually available in an industrial area.

Went for the first time today. Cafe is very clean and welcoming. We loved the breakfast wrap and the mocha frappe was delicious. Thank you we will be returning!

I have always enjoyed dropping in to this cozy café/coffee bar for a mocha and their breakfast wrap or their Korean beef wrap and home-made soup for lunch. Run by two sisters (I think), very nice people. Food is always fresh, and their sandwiches and luncheon specials always tasty. Been going there for 5 years now, and never a disappointment!

Quiet between the breakfast or lunch periods, popular with regulars of the industrial park, limited seating but most seem to order take-away. Open for breakfast and lunch only, and not open weekends. Nice place to meet friends for coffee and a treat!

Very nice cafe, they have an assortment of breakfast wraps and sandwiches all at very reasonable prices.
