We used Jeramiah at One West and couldn't have been more satisfied. We live out of country and to be able to find someone to trust, to take care of finding us great tenants and representing our needs meant the world to us. He responded so quickly to all of my questions and requests and was always lovely to deal with. Will absolutely be using his services again.

Recently rented an apartment through Mario Brox from One West and had an amazing experience. Mario was very professional and took care of all our needs and questions.

Terrible experience. Did not respond to calls, emails or voicemails and did not show up to our organized and agreed apartment viewing. Do not use them.

Rented a suite in Surrey for a year and a half. Mario Brox was the property manager of this location with One West. Mario was extremely professional, responsive and accommodating throughout all aspects of the rental process. Didn't deal with the company much other than my interactions with Mario however if anyone is looking to rent or have their property managed I would highly recommend Mario Brox at One West.

Same as on Yielp: I've been dealing on the potential tenants side with this company. The viewing was quick and we were ready to give deposit and sign paper on the spot, but we had to send our application on the website instead. After couple days, we sent a message to be sure it has been received, it was. Asked a week later where our application were at, he said "still waiting for the owner to answer". And finally when asked why none of my given references haven't been contacted and that I received no return from them relative to our application, they just went silence.
Without an answer from them even after the supposedly move in date, we can just consider than our application has been judge on the simple information on it: my family name and all the private information asked from them, but not judge on our good reference from landlords and other requested references. So, being simply judged on my name and my face, a lot of people will simply conclude than they judge on your appearance and origin.
To answer John (previous review from a landlord on Yielp), the tenants you potentially had might just have been ignored like us, and indeed, had time to find something else.
