The staff are very friendly and awesome when it comes to helping with our puppy.
She gets spoiled with several different treats every time she comes with me, always loves that!

Extremely knowledgeable about all pets and their needs. Gave out lots of food samples when they found out we were going to adopt a dog that had lost its owner.

I enjoy this store a lot and I’m happy to see more pet stores in my area but I’m writing this review today because I was promised store credit and a call back because I gave them some very beautiful fish one jackdempsie large beautiful and bright African ciclid which goes for a higher dollar price then your normal aquarium fish and another tiger ciclid of the bigger side and three stripped cat fish which go for around 9$ as a baby but all these fish were very large and I was told I’d get a call back for store credit and that never happened and I followed up and was told there was no record of these fish or my name written anywhere for store credit I wish I never gave my fish away for a faulse store credit

Brandon did an excellent job helping me buy the equipment for my first fish tank
along with great knowledge of the fish that I purchased. 100% recommend the store.

They have things the other pet stores may lack, I normally check once in a while for something new and interesting, the staff are fun to talk to, the play area for dogs is something I appreciate.

Excellent experience everytime I go here. The staff is friendly, the prices are better than the competition, and they always have what I need for my cats. Thank you.

I have visited the store twice now from Nanaimo since it changed hands and both times I felt absolutely invisible as a customer, even at the till. All animals are gone!
