Ooh La La Cupcakes surpassed my expectations and I still can't believe how good the birthday cupcakes I had ordered turned out to be. My husband is a huge Manchester United fan and I wanted customised cupcakes for his birthday. They created the most fabulous cupcakes just as I described it to them and goes without saying the taste was out of the world as is with their signature cupcakes always.

Ooh La La was amazing to work with and we highly recommend them! Their cakes were delicious, their prices are fair, and they made such a fun cake and cupcake set for our wedding. When we were going to pickup our tasting cupcakes, they had them ready in less than 24 hours with no problem. They were very quick to respond as well, making communication a breeze! They were really helpful in narrowing down our design, and they seemed to have fun with our ideas too. They even had a cake stand that we were able to rent and then return within a week of the wedding. Everything was amazing and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Stacey and everyone, we really appreciate everything you did for us!

Their cupcakes are amazing! My favorite is the vegan cookies & cream. I've never had a better vegan cupcake. Their service is great. We had custom cupcakes made for an event at work, and they turned out so cute. Everyone loved them.

Ohh La La made cupcakes for my 60th Birthday Party. I thought seven dozen would be enough for 60 women. I was wrong…. They were gobbled up. Great flavors. Excellent options for special diets. Ten out of ten.

The flavors here all taste the same- everything tastes like bran muffin. The icing tastes like straight butter with a sprinkle of sugar. Way overpriced for what you get. The flavors need major fixing, the strawberry cupcake tasted like bran muffin with no strawberry flavoring. Also tried a cake here, it tasted like whole wheat bread. Would not recommend this place.

We are not vegan, but the vegan chocolate cake was possibly the best chocolate cake we've ever had.ever. Thank-you cake makers!

I have ordered my daughter birthday cakes this year and last. I’m a long ways from where she is going to University and I wanted her to feel special! These cupcakes delivered. The staff that answered the phone were a huge help in helping me pick out the perfect combination. My daughter shared the cupcakes and used them to get to meet people. She had a sweet treat and has made friends for life. I’d highly recommend Ooh la La Cupcakes for all your bakery needs!

These were the best cupcakes I ever had- they were SO beautiful and SO tastey. I was blown away with the quality of each base - moist, tasty and supported all my guests dietary needs.

It's always a little nerve-wracking taking the first bite of a cupcake. They vary so wildly in quality, one could end up with a decadent morsel or a dry old kitchen sponge smeared in chalky, cloyingly sweet paste. The first bite of a cupcake purchased here will assuage any fears. The cake itself is pleasantly moist and the frosting complements it perfectly rather than overwhelming it.

Asking staff for their personal recommendations is always a good way to get something good, and the friendly bakers here didn't disappoint. The suggested carrot cake cupcake (a limited-time offer-I urge the management to make this a permanent thing) was packed with flavour and perfectly matched to the cream cheese icing.

Those looking to add a little visual élan to their festivities may be interested in the selection of glittering tiaras and various festive accoutrements.

Good Cupcakes, just wish an only cupcake place would have more than one gluten free option, after having the one cupcake, there's no reason to go back.

Ooh La La created a dozen beautiful cupcakes of 3 flavors and delivered them to my son for his birthday. He's a UVic student and couldn't come home (to California) this summer due to COVID-19 so we wanted to do something special for his birthday. The bakery was very kind in coordinating the delivery window and customizing the delivery. The cupcakes look fantastic and were reported to be delicious. Thank you Ooh La La for making a really difficult year just a little bit brighter!

Every year on my granddaughter's birthday we decorate cupcakes I make and bring down to the Island. This year with Covid we could not travel down but I researched & found your bakery, so I could carry on the tradition it was jusr a little different! She picked up her cupcakes today & was so excited, thanks for making her & my day

Oh la la cupcakes is an amazing business with great customer service and delicious cupcakes. I go there every year with my family and friends after our cello recital and the cupcakes are always top knotch! The attention to detail on the decorating is incredible and the cakes are moist and fluffy. Highly recommend?

I have a pretty solid sweet tooth but most cupcakes give me headache, however Ooh la la makes batter that is just perfect and compliments it with real butter cream icing that I honestly have found to be more satisfying than most relationships.
The staff is also the perfect combination of sweet and wholesome with smiles as big as their hearts

I buy cupcakes here quite often. I find most icing to be way too sweet, but Ooh La La makes their icing rich and deep in flavour. You can taste the butter and it is delicious! The cakes are always very moist as well.

My only teeny tiny critique is that the cakes tend to stick to the paper cup more than I’ve ever seen elsewhere, and that means less cake for me!: (

We purchased 2 coconut, 2 twist and shout (lemon flavour) 2 razzle dazzle (for the grandkids). Not sure about the taste of the razzle dazzle ones, but we split the other 4 and can honestly say, best tasting cupcakes on the Island

I ordered 4 custom cupcakes for an event and received top notch customer service- they got back to me very quickly and were able to provide exactly what I was looking for. And the cupcakes were delicious of course!

They did mini red velvet gender reveal cupcakes for me as I wanted to let everyone at work know the gender. Cupcakes were beautiful and so delicious! I’m obsessed with cupcakes and these are the best cupcakes in Victoria! I will forever be a customer!

The cupcakes here look beautiful with fun themes and cute names. However the flavour wasn't really it for me. I found them crazy sweet to eat, way to much sugar in these.

I've always gone to Ooh La La Cupcakes for family birthday celebrations. Since being diagnosed with Crohn's disease 2 years ago, I have many food sensitivities including gluten and dairy. After looking on your website, I was excited to see there was a vegan cupcake with vegan icing. However, when my husband and I went to get cupcakes, we were informed that the vegan cupcake wasn't gluten free. The server smiled at me then said "You can't have it all! " I asked if the gluten free cupcake had dairy free icing but was told that it doesn't. My husband suggested that Ooh La La develop a gluten and dairy free cupcake. The server actually replied sarcastically that "We might as well cut them out from Styrofoam then! " My husband and I were quite taken aback as it shows a serious lack of intelligence and compassion for those of us who suffer from food sensitivities.

I will NEVER buy cupcakes from Ooh La La again. Luckily there are a plethora of dairy and gluten free cupcake recipes online so I'll just make my own.

Answer to owner's response: I guess if you or your loved ones had experience with IBD and food sensitivities, you wouldn't be prone to making sarcastic comments, thinking they were humourous. Other food establishments cater to those of us with food sensitivities without an issue - Panago, Subway and various others. If you understood sensitivities, which you obviously don't, you would know that gluten and dairy free often occur together. As more of us in society are becoming sensitive to different foods, this is something to educate yourself on if you plan on increasing your market. By the way, sugar is not included on my list.

Best cupcakes in Victoria! They have a loyalty card. You get a free cupcake when you purchase 15 pcs. Nice to have when you're purchasing in bulk.

We ordered a vegan birthday cake over the phone. When we picked the cake up the following day we were caught off guard that there was a $5.00 charge just to write on the cake which I was not told about when it was ordered on the phone. The cake was DELICIOUS. It's a pricey bakery, but good cakes.
