OPA! of Greece Lougheed Town Centre

This place is a rip off! Portions are tiny tiny! I couldn't believe it! $20 something bucks for a souvlaki platter! For that price, you should give bigger portions! I will never go there again! If i could give it 0 starts i would! Meat was also overcooked. The 2 women working there had the worst attitude. They should not be working with the public. Reading the previous reviews, you clearly are not working to make anything different. I wouldn't go back there even if it was given for free! Shamful!

Was there yesterday, and the OPA at Coquitlam Mall is much better. It was afternoon and ordered 2 chicken wraps. The bread was so stale both broke into 2 when she folded it around the dry overcooked chicken. You could tell the attitude of these 2 women were like working at a homeless shelter serving food. Stay away from this location and send the message we expect better from a franchisee.

Its not so greek anymore i went for calamari and said i want calamari they asked if i wanted, lamb, beef ir pork on it. Being real european i know that this wasn't greek so i said no i said parsly and red onions and tasiki with fries would not recomend eating here they aren't very greek anymore. The issuse is that its being runned by east indians which is fine but they don't care about what they are doing and they have no knowlege of greek food. I was dissapointed with it. Like go to greece and try these stunts and you will be kicked out of Greece

Yesterday I was there and I ordered a mega opa plate and a fries but I found two strands of hair in my plates. After i found the first one at the beginning I didn’t care so much and i just asked them politely to change my chicken but after I found the second one I really got annoyed cause it’s obvious that they don’t care about hygiene. Also, the manager wasn’t there and the cashier was treating us somewhat like we made a mistake and she didn’t apologized at all.
I really recommend everyone to not ruining their days by ordering from this place.

Ordered for 55 people for a celebration and the staff was incredibly accommodating and showed such pride in their work. Manjop and Love were super kind. The food was great. I ordered falafel, chicken and beef platters family style. The potatoes were on the salty side but still really good.

Order 3 chicken opa platter and the guys tell me they dont sell that, so i told him to turn around and look at the menu and that is when he clue in and remember where he works, even then he still made us the wrong order, my fault for not checking, but you guys seriously need to train your employee better, not impress at all now im still hungry……?

I came to Lougheed mall on October 11th and stoped by the food court to get something to eat. I decided to go to OPA and I’m so glad I did, I can’t renter the names of the workers but the staff was amazing! Super polite and attentive:) the food was also delicious!

Much less salads then other branches.

Tried to charge me for something I didn't order. Chicken souvlaki not good. Potatoes weren't Greek potatoes and were very salty as well as the pita bread

Came today, Sunday, may 29th and there was a kind woman taking my order who was so friendly and gave me extra tzatziki for my calamari. Great service! Thanks

Great lamb wrap, complimented with a lovely salad. And I ordered a side of Fry's, which were crispy and freshly cooked. Nyumo

Nothing is good in that location, the service: I waited 15 minutes, the staff put rice instead of fries and the customer before me came back asking for his missing drink! The food (Chicken bowl) chicken was dry, feta sheet was sprinkled like spices on top.not worth the money.never again

I love this place I come here everyday after the gym. Highly recommend if you want a healthy alternative in the food court.

This place has zero health standards. Guy refuses to wash his hands after handling cash then proceeds to make food. Delivery boxes are brought out front, put on the prep station, and emptied there. The people working there have no concept of food safe or cleanliness.

Very good restaurant, absolutely clean and hygienic work environment, food tastes very well too.
Special mention for an employee Ekansh- very well mannered, clean guy and friendly.

Great customer service and delicious food. Guy named Vick was very kind and has a friendly attitude.

I've been to a few Opa locations, this one had by far the smallest serving sizes I have ever had. Barely a handful of fries and my wrap was mostly pita. Not worth it.

I have waited almost 2 months for this location to open and I am amazed by the customer service and the bonding relationship the two individuals portrayed at work today vick and pawan. I ordered the lamb platter and in my honest opinion the lamb was properly cooked and pretty juicy, the salad was very fresh, rice and potato were perfectly warm. I highly recommend this location.

My potato was uncooked. The salad portion was very small and the chicken was dry. I ordered the souvlaki platter with chicken. Also the pita was over salted.

I ordered a opa platter with one extra skewer of chicken and waited for my order. I took my order sat with my wife and started eating my food.delicious as expected. I then noticed there was no potato on the plate? I went to inquire about this and the owner said“we have no potato today”, I asked why wouldn’t you tell me this? (No signs) In a different language than mine he spoke to the girl on the grill. Then turned to me and said. ”She made a mistake and should of told you” I then said “you took my order, you should of offered something else or mentioned that you don’t have the ingredients to make your order” He looked ashamed that he was caught in a lie, “I can give you your money back” I said sure. He reached into the till and hesitatingly offered me 2$. I felt con’d and ripped off by this owner. I will not support this location which is disappointing to me since I live a block away and after waiting so long to open and only his 3rd day open.he’s lost this customer

I tried flafal wrap for the first time it was delicious and the people working there were really nice and helpful.i would recommend my friends to visit.

I work in the mall, They just opened recently and i am so happy that they are here, before this it was so difficult to find out any place to eat in the mall but now i have several choices to eat, as they have a amazing menu. I tried their calamari and ceasar salad, and it was so good, calamari was so crispy and amazing and salad was fresh too.now I'm trying thier all meals everyday in my lunch and i think all the food is sooo good.and excellent and quick service.

I have eaten calmari. I asked them to make it crispy and it was awasome. I have never eaten this before. I like their service and the staff is very cooperative. I would lile to come here again.
