OPA! of Greece Metrotown

This is one of the worst value for dollar foods. For $16 you get one measly skwer of your choice which would be considered kids portions anywhere else and the whole plate is taken with cheap fillers like rice, 4 pieces of bread and a giant piece of potato. $5 for extra skewers. That's over $21 that any other restaurants could be a dine in restaurant. I would never eat here again and anyone who wants decent portions of protein eat someplace else.

I am very disgusted as a fellow customer and bystander to watch a employee of this establishment. Sit and argue with a customer about whether or not how much ice they put into their fountain drink. The manager or owner sat and watched without asking the customer what was wrong. All the customer wanted was a refill of her drink and without a cup full of ice this time please. Instead she was told to prove it and then lauhed at her as she walked away. What happened to customer satisfaction. I'm surprised they even have 3.5 stars. This owner needs to get his staff a wake up call. Never giving this company my money again.

The best OPA! Location I've been to! Super fresh and amazing pita bread. Try their chicken OPA platter with Greek salad!

Zero sense of customer service, I asked a lady working over there to change her gloves after touching chicken because I am vegetarian she refused arrogantly. She returned my money back but didn’t change her gloves. Very bad example of a human being as well. She said this is the rule we don’t change our gloves for anything.

Its good for a quick bite at the mall. Its like the greek version of MCDONALD'S here. I would suggest to add more vegetables to the salad wrap. I added some of the menu in the post pictures. I had falafel platter and salad warp.

First time trying this Opa location and Im very disappointed. I ordered a Opa platter with chicken and they gave me very few amount of rice and salad. The potato had super sour flavor like they soaked in to vinegar or something.
I wouldn't go back to this location.

I like opa before I ordered wrap veg meal but I shocked they changed their fries than the portion of fries one more wrap can fit in the box then wrap was dried I saw they didn’t put any sauce inside it was just on tip for presentation means I wasted my $14 that’s why I am posting so that you guys can save your money they are increasing their revenue by cutting some portion from your meal they thought they can do that

18 dollars for platter plus coke. Insane amount of money for quarter of a cup rice, 5 small lien Ed of chicken. 025 pound, ;4 small pierces of tomato and few sliced cucumber. If you ask question they show you an attitude. Fist and last time I ate here

I have tried several Opa outlets throughout the lower mainland and the one at he food court in Metrotown is still the best.the staff (who I have seen working at this location for several years) are friendly and efficient.not to mention the food is always very good.two thumbs up!

I swung by on a whim/craving for lunch. Initially hesitant due to the reviews from others, but this totally redeemed itself and was a flawless knockout. Would certainly return, super yummy and a much better fresh experience than other falafel-style eateries I have visited. I was surprisingly impressed by this and would certainly recommend.

Got the falafel pita wrap, and would definitely recommend for a tasty vegetarian option! Was a good portion but if you're hungry you might want to add extras and make it into meal deal

Food had a weird taste to it and when i went to complain lady said there is nothing wrong, she didn’t even offered to return it once, was extremely disappointed with the entire service. Wasted $20 and the mood. And portion size was nothing like other OPA, barely anything in it

Staff is friendly, food is tasty, and the service is prompt! I also appreciate that the front counter girl would include both napkins, fork and spoon for my takeout order. It probably doesn't sound like much, but a lot of fast food places these days don't even do that! I understand they want to save costs, but it gets ridiculous. Thats why I'm so happy and appreciative that Opa isn't ultra stingy with their customers like that. Thank you

Unfortunately, my experience with OPA! Was not a good one. Ordered chicken souvlaki and salad. It was mostly romaine lettuce leaves with little to no Caesar dressing and not a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Sadly, there were no croutons either. The chicken was not bad what there was of it. It was little more than 1/2 a skewer. On a good note, the pita bread was fresh and delicious. What really is unfortunate about all of this is that OPA! Is terribly over priced especially for what you do or do not get.

I bought a chicken wrap and chicken so hard to chew what a good service it taste like an old one never never buy with you again

Bought a meal and found stale bread. No real viable excuse from management. Never ate there again.

I used to love opa but I've found their quality has plummeted. Their opa platter used to be a flavourful and included a descent amount of salad, but lately it has been bland with more rice than anything else. I wouldn't recommend going anymore if you're craving more than just a giant spoon of bland rice. NOpa thanks!

I really enjoyed the pita bread. Also, the meal plans a great way to try a variety of Greek dishes. The calamari and salad is average.

Lines can get a little long. Prices are fair. The service was fine.

Stopped by for lunch and had a delicious Greek salad and spanakopita. Price was quite reasonable for the quantity of food that I received. Quick, friendly service. Liked that they had cups and water available.

Stop here frequently for the falafel pita! Always made quick, served hot, and with fresh ingredients! Lots of smiles and friendly faces here.

The staff are very nice and they put effort into making the food. Guildford location has the worst staff.

In the States combo usually have pita bread, rice, salad, skewer of meat, sauce. Not complaining, just lots of starch: potato, rice, pita bread. Guess that's going to fill most people up.
Price at $11.39+tx was fair.

Don't go there. That's not Greek food. Choose a proper Greek restaurant if you want a taste of Greece.
