OPA! of Greece Park Royal

We had an outstanding first-time experience there, and it's all thanks to the exceptional person, Aman. He was incredibly warm, kind, and understanding of our needs, especially with my two little kids. Aman's top-notch service left a lasting impression on us, and because of him, we'll definitely be coming back. Any food service could have more people like Aman to make every visit as delightful as this one. Five stars!

I stop by OPA very often, they're always very accommodating of my diet and Allergy. Opa team is amazing. Huge shoutout to Suk for her fantastic service. Thank you as well to Aman and the rest of the team.

There was two staff working they both were Awesome. I love their customer service. They are very caring about each and every things. Love their food and greek restaurant.

Give this 5 stars to Aman who works there! He had an amazing customer service skill and give us a beautiful juicy gyro that has not been experienced in any other Opas in last fee years.

I went at 5: 40 when they are supposed to be open till 6: 00 but they closed early and wouldn’t serve us

Tried to Order a Kids Skewer with fries.they say there's no way to switch the Rice for Fries even tho ive had several other locations have Zero problem doing.i feel they are so cheap at this location they cant do the simplest Substitution.had to Buy Fries Separately which ended up costing 13.50 for a Kids Combo

I went there at 8 45 pm looking for Calamari, and they said they were closed. At 10 minutes to close, they would not serve me this company has lasy compalest people that work for them. Do not give them your money.

The guy working the grill on December 23 2022 afternoon cooked the lamb perfectly. The calamari, bread, and salad were all amazing and it came quickly. I was so hungry and it was as good as any sit down Greek restaurant I've been to. Seeing lower reviews confuses me. I went during the busy holiday season and they had full staff, so maybe go when it's busy and they are cooking stuff non stop! I forgot to take photos because it was so tasty and I ate it so quickly.

Opa employees are always kind. I have gluten allergy and they are always very accommodating Specially Haman. 10/10

OPA is always my favourite. The food was delicious but would be amazing if it was warm enough.

Mask mandates are gone, so the staff at this location decided that it's definitely not necessary to wear masks anymore. That's despite all the other fast food joints having masks in place, and a significant portion of customers still wearing masks. It's a shame, but still gets 3 stars as its one of the healthier and delicious options available at this food court.

The only tasty thing was the chicken souvlaki and there was only one stick. The rest was balnd and dry. My cesar salad had no bacon bits and no permasian cheese.smh
