Answered all my questions sent videos of the vehicle and had everything ready when I got off the plane to pick up the vehicle. Today, I showed up at LANGLEY BMW, part of the OPENROAD Group, at my scheduled appointment time of 9 AM. I was there to have my glovebox fixed because it wouldn’t open when you pushed the button. I didn’t have this problem before some warranty work performed by LANGLEY BMW, but I did have after the work was performed. It’s one of those problems that you don’t think about until you go to use it, so it is our fault for putting it off so long. I was told by my advisor when I arrived that it would not be covered and it should take a half hour. My advisor told me he would try to keep the costs down. An hour and 40 minutes after I arrived, the work was finished and I was charged for 1 hour of labor, which they cut in half.
Warranty work that Langley BMW performed and was paid hundreds of dollars from BMW Canada caused a problem with my glovebox, which Langley BMW acknowledged. Now when I finally had it addressed, I had to pay $125 to rectify a problem caused by the dealer. When I got home, I found a part not put back in place properly, to make matters worse.
I don’t think it’s right to pay to fix a problem caused by the dealer, which they made good money on, no matter how long it took me to get it back in to be addressed.

I recently purchased a 2017 BMW X3 from BMW Langley and had Suki as my sales advisor. Everything went smoothly in the transaction and had a good test drive before purchase. Suki made sure to take care of any work that was needed on the vehicle before I took it home like brake pads, rotors and any minor damages. Excellent experience and would highly recommend both BMW Langley, Suki, and the team there. Thanks.

Dealership service departments sometimes struggle against an unfair bias so I just wanted to share our positive experience at BMW Langley Service with our service advisor, Sam, and the technician who worked on our car, Mark.
Our car is equipped with an engine that had a known shortcoming that is covered by a BMW extended warranty (N20 timing chain assembly for those that may be curious).
The requirements for the coverage of the repair under warranty are fairly strict now, but we were starting to hear a brief noise from the engine on cold start that sounded worrisome.
There was some initial hesitation to cover the repair, as the noise was intermittent and brief. The technician, Mark, lobbied the shop foreman for us and eventually the repair was approved.
Sam was in regular contact with us, provided us with a loaner Mini when one became available (Thanks, Sam!) and was professional all the way through. He made a point to caution me that the sound of the engine would probably not be changed, however that turned out to not be the case. Mark did a great job with the work (a big job too), and the cold start noise is gone. Runs like new again.
Thanks to everyone involved - especially Mark and Sam - for taking care of us.

So the wife and I were torn on getting Mini, Tesla, Audi and BMW for our anniversary. After all the showroom hopping, we finally get to drive the car of our dreams and it was delivered just on time for our anniversary. I just had to share my unreal experience at BMW Langley this past week! My husband and I drove all the way down from Kamloops to look at an x1. Suki Longiye was who we dealt with the whole time from test drive to buying! He was exceptional at his job, very informative, got us the most for our trade in, and was not pushy in the slightest. 10/10 would recommend seeing Suki at BMW Langley if you are considering a new or used BMW. We will defiantly be returning to see Suki when we are ready for our next vehicle!

My husband went into this dealership about a month ago and had an extensive chat with Suki about purchasing a M240i. He was pleased with the knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism he received. We mulled about the purchase for a few days and made a return appointment. Suki met us with new information as he had kept us in mind. The experience at BMW Langley was very smooth and easy. We were referred to Raj through one of our friends who purchased a X3 last year. We traded our 328i for a brand new 2021 X3. We called up front to check whether they carried the car, we were looking for in the Inventory and luckily they did. Raj walked us through the entire process with patience, covering every detail and made it hassle free for us. It was an hour long drive from Vancouver but definitely worth it.
Strongly recommend this dealership if you are looking to trade or even a new purchase!

When I enter the dealership I wanted to buy a plain 430i, so I told suki I want this car. Instead of giving me that car that suki could of easily done, but instead he has something better for me. So he's said hold on tight I will be back and goes and brings down a M440i. Suki told me all of the features A to Z of what the car offers. Suki was/is a great salesman I said great I meant extraordinary to deal with. He is professional, fast, no games and is straight up to the point of what you want. He is probably the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. I will not go to another salesman after this experience. BMW Langley went above and beyond with their effects. I will definitely be buying my next BMW from Suki at BMW Langley. I will send all my friends and family that are looking for a BMW to go see Suki. Just want to say thanks again suki and to the whole staff of BMW Langley for this amazing experience.

I spotted a good pre-owned vehicle, to my liking, and made an online request for a Filipino-speaking Sales Advisor, for easier interaction. They endorsed me to Kris Ong when I arrived at the dealership. He was courteous, professional and had good product knowledge (even for non-BMW cars). Fortunately, he was also the same sales agent who accepted the pre-owned vehicle from the previous owner (who traded it in for an upgrade), enabling him to handle my queries regarding the vehicle's history and condition. I felt lucky about this and appeared to be a good sign to further pursue my interest. Kris took care of me very well and met my needs and wants till the sale was finally completed. Great salesmanship with sensitivity skills! Except for a undelivered commitment (due to an in-house miscommunication as he well-explained) when I finally picked up the vehicle, Kris made up for the shortcoming, more than enough. His "going the extra mile" was truly appreciated. I wouldn't be surprised why he was awarded the title of "Silver Sales Master". Thanks Kris for the superb assistance. Wonderful experience and customer service. I am indeed a happy customer. More power to you and the dealership (the staff were also amazing and very helpful.from the receptionist, to the lot attendant, to the insurance agent, to the finance officer and to the sales manager). This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. Kudos to all!

We are giving these ratings because the amount of times we had to come in to just do a simple tasks was very annoying for me as a customer. They did not put any effort in to save our time and extra visit. We had to come in the next day just to get a cap. Now we need to go back because the windshield washer fluid sensor is off. (probably they forgot to plug back after changing bulb)
Also, during our first visit they cracked our windshield, we had to replace it on our own with our own money.

Had an unreal experience today at BMW Langley. After responding to an online ad about a car they had, a sales rep by the name of Suki contacted me within just a few minutes. We were able to have two vehicles primed and ready to test drive by noon the next day.
When I arrived I was able to begin the test drives within minutes. The cars were clean and beautiful and Suki was the perfect amount of helpful and subtle. After the test drives we got down to business, TJ the manager was willing to meet and work with me to come to a pretty fair price on a great car. The financing department worked closely with me and was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted for financing. From start to finish the experience could not have been more easy and smooth. I will definitely be recommending this business to anyone willing to listen to me. Thank you Suki, TJ, and Kelly for a great day and a great experience.

Kristoffer Ong is the best sales associate I’ve ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I had been to many different dealerships, and felt pressure to buy from the sales people the moment I walked in. Kristoffer was different. He is a cut above the rest. He is experienced, and it shows. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find the right vehicle that met the needs for my family and me. He took his time explaining all the options in a very easy way to understand in a relaxed environment.

As for the Finance department, I had originally dealt with Jordan. Like Kris, he was very professional and well versed with all of the finance options. He very carefully explained what my finance options were. Again, it was a very easy and relaxed environment. The day of my delivery, it was his day off, but Nick was there and he was fully aware of all the delivery details. He was also very friendly and easy to work with (I was with my three rambunctious children, and he didn't miss a beat!), and we got through the paperwork in no time.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favour before you make a decision, go to BMW Langley and see Kristoffer Ong. Both he, the finance department, and the delivery specialist, Tyler Knight, all did an excellent job and I had an excellent experience purchasing this this vehicle. I would give this place 10 Stars if I could.

Not the greatest service department, every time I go there they take longer than estimated and they don’t have valet service like Brian Jessel does, unfortunately I have to go to them for smaller jobs as they are close to me.

Also the sales department is either not very experienced or does not have enough power to complete a sale. I went to them twice and both times they lost my business once to Brian Jessel and once to BMW Vancouver.

I had booked an appointment for a water leak In to the trunk, after paying approx $365 and me telling them where the water could be coming from but they could not find a leak. They kept my car for few days and gave me a rental. I think the $365 was to recover the rental cost. After few days water was still coming into the back, took the vehicle back and they have it for another approx 5 days and now they found the leak and charging me over $500 more. This would be the last time I take my vehicle to bmw langley. Very disappointed and feel as I was ripped off.

I am picking up my vehicle today will post another review later as well, I should have read other negative review and would have figured out that management doesn't really care that's why they done reply much on these reviews.

I happened to be fortunate enough to call on a few cars I saw online at Langley BMW and be handed over to Jonathon Kang as he must have been next in line to take a floor call. That or he's just the hardest working guy and is always there. He's all about service and makes things happen. I'm in real estate so I understand this life but don't expect that kind of service in car sales. No pressure sales whatsoever. There's a big difference between someone that's looking for a paycheque and someone that cares. The latter is hard to find. He goes above and beyond to make things happen and then even calls to see how you are. Pretty sure this sort of individual won't be selling cars to the commoner for the rest of his life so before he moves on to the bigger and better things I'm sure his future holds, you might want to go and get him to help you with your car needs. Don't think anyone else could possibly make it go smoother and you certainly won't have someone that plays any games or pulls any sheets over your head. Just an honest guy that will get you the best price possible on all things right down to warranties. There's a big difference between selling you and helping you. Jonathon is definitely the latter!

My husband called and arranged for a vehicle for me to drive while they were busy with my re call. We waited an extra 3 weeks just so I would have a vehicle to drive. My husband said it was all set up. When I went into BMW they said I needed a credit card or a Five Hundred Dollar Deposit for the loaner vehicle. BMW also said it would take 3 hours when they told my husband 2 hours, beware of the wait time and know they do not stick by their word. It's not that they didn't have a vehicle, its just that they didn't say we needed a deposit. I would have been happy to give them one, though they didn't inform us and said it was all arranged over the phone. So for this i am unhappy with them.

Excellent service, bought my car from them, Ryan Bentham was the rep i was dealing with and the transaction was amazing. The test drive was awesome, he really knew about the car and the features, and found the perfect car and package for me. So happy with the experience, both the dealership as well as BMW. Car comes with warranty and full service covered for the entire period of the lease (4 years)! Post transaction has been amazing as well. The car is fully connected so if there is ever a problem, I just press a button and the 24/7 concierge comes on, and send a tow truck immediately. (I went with the White)

So, first time I take my X5 there I book appointment for first thing in the morning as I explain to them I need my car back by early afternoon as they don't have a courtesy car for me. I call at 1pm only to find out that they haven't even started on my car. Their explanation is that the appointment first thing in the morning is to check the car in with the service adviser not to get the mechanic to start working on it! So, after I explain that they have wasted my entire day as I have been stuck at home and now need to get on with my afternoon appointments, they rent for me a car, which means that the shuttle guy needs to pick me up and take me to the rental car agency. Total waste of my day! The next day in the afternoon they call to tell me that it is ready to be picked up. I pick it up, get home, open the rear hatch only to find that after they worked on it they didn't put it back together (wires, electronics, etc all just sitting in rear trunk area as opposed to put back in their place in the rear quarter panel). When I call they tell me to bring it back in! Instead I put it all back together myself!

After a few days I hook my boat up only to find out that the issue is not fixed!

Car goes back in and they tell me that it some faulty electronic component, that they will order it and that they have booked an appointment for me 2 weeks later.

(two weeks later) Yesterday I took it back in as per appointment, I go to pick my car up today, jump in my car and find that the nice leather passenger seat is all dusty/dirty and covered in sand! WTH?

I go back in, service adviser comes out and looks and says that maybe they had a car mat on my seat. 2problems with that a) when I took my car in it was quite clean with no gravel at all on my mats b) why would you put car mats on my nice leather seats? Where did the gravel come from? This is unbelievable!

Take your car anywhere but this place!
