I have leased my vehicle with OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody over the last three years and when negotiating my new lease this last week I had yet another wonderful experience. Sales Manager Nik Aleksic, Product Advisor Paul Pakdaman and Financial Services Manager Chris Hjerpe were the perfect team during my new lease process. They were direct, honest, transparent and willing to make sure we both had a great deal moving forward which was very important to me, especially with a dealership I am giving my loyalty to. Highly recommend OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody because of my experience working with Nik, Paul and Chris. Trust and transparency is everything.

Our Tesla was marginally involved in a garage fire. The heat from the fire chemically altered the paint on the window trim. Richmond Autobody did a fine job replacing the trim pieces like new.

Terrible experience. What a big mistake I took my car there. Unbelievable how they rear a customer. I will never deal with me.

Our whole experience with OpenRoad Richmond AutoBody in Coquitlam was great. Their well maintained premises really inspire confidence. Tracy ensured that we got an appropriate rental substitute SUV. Andy kept us updated. We were completely satisfied with the finished job. I would unequivocally recommend this firm to friends and family.

All staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Workmanship was great! Overall I’m very satisfied. It’ll be my new go to whenever the need arises.

I brought in my Tesla Model Y that had been vandalized on the front hood. OpenRoad’s communication and service with me was top-notch the whole way through. They even cleaned my car before they had me pick it up. 2 thumps way up!

They made an appointment for me and I drive a porsche. Come the day I want to drop off my car they indicate that this location does not service Porsche! This is 2 weeks after making a booking!

One of the best body shops I've ever been to. Very professional, great service, and of course, great job repairing the damage to my rear bumper. They handled my rental/courtesy vehicle (I have Roadside Plus) and I didn't have to do anything. The whole process was seamless and easy. Highly recommend:)

They repainted my hood and bumper after the clear coat had failed and cleaned up dents and scratches and a faulty bondo repair from an unlisted accident on carfax when i bought the car. On time and on quoted price.

I just walked in, withiuot appointment, to my surprise I was helped rught away with estimation on the car demage. Parts were odered same day, now I'm waiting for invitation to finish the repair job.

I needed my car's bumper replaced and painted and all aspects of the job went well. Was most pleased. The loaner they gave me to use was good as well.

They found damage that wasn't obvious, and repaired everything to a high standard, in a timely and orchestrated fashion.

We got rear ended within 3 weeks after getting a new car since careless driver who didn't focus on the front while driving rear ended our car, and we sent our car to this auto body shop.

Everyone was so nice and although it took a long time to fix due to parts shortages (not their fault), the car was finally fixed and it looked really great, hard to tell it was get fixed because they did perfect job!

Thank you everyone, especially Jules Gabirel, he was prompt with reply and kind.

Car took several weeks longer than expected to be completed, and the company didn't initially communicate delays for pick-up date which was of course, frustrating. Upon pick-up; however, car looked new - inside and out. I can't speak to the exterior in length so I will make the assumption it was a job done properly based on the absence of visible deficiencies. The interior was professionally cleaned and the car felt new again, what a nice touch. Thank you.

They do not service rebuilt vehicles!
Poor experience here. I brought my car in for minor repair to the front bumper. They refused to service the vehicle or even look at the damage. Although the manger did eventually take a look, the answer was the same. Very strict company policy of no rebuilt status vehicles.
It's annoying to take time off work to get my car fixed and then be turned away at the front counter.

Once I got in, I had prompt and friendly service. I had ICBC repairs done to my car and the car was given back to me cleaner than what I gave to them which I really appreciate. I also was able to get a rental car on the property from Enterprise.

Excellent service. I take my vehicles here because I never have to worry about quality of work. Always done right the first time.

They are very professional. During year of 2019, I unfortunately had two car accidents. They fixed my car, and looks like new to me.

EXCELLENT JOB! I would HIGHLY recommend Openroad specifically this location. I set up an appointment to get my liftgate fixed from a vandalism and I was helped by Jules Gabriel, the estimator. Jules was very helpful and very professional that he kept me in the loop from start to finish. I also got to see where my car went through. Each area is clean and very spacious. I was amazed how the dents and scratches were fully gone. Everything matched, it was spot on! They even cleaned my car inside and out. You would know that people who work here have the best interest at heart. Jules was able to find me a rental car that was about the same size of my X5 for better driving. Lastly, Jules found that my back wiper needed to be replaced otherwise it will damage my rear window. He informed me and asked if I wanted to get it fixed. If not because of his attention to detail, I would have had another repair to claim. Price is affordable and they will not rip you off.

I would highly recommend OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body Coquitlam. I was in an accident in July and after jumping through hoops with the Private Insurance, finally got my got towed into these guys. Through no fault of theirs as they had their own issues with the Private Insurance company, my car came out looking like new (only had the car for 4 months before the accident).

I can't say enough good things about Andy and Tracy as they were my go to people. I asked for weekly updates and they always responded in a timely manner. I'm sure they were tired hearing from me.

I know and feel they went above and beyond and I thank them!

There are not too many Tesla approved body shops in the lower mainland so I was worried about finding a good one. We had front end damage on our brand new model Y from a flying object on the highway and they were able to make it look brand new again! (Actually, I think they aligned the new bumper better than Tesla did originally.) I would highly recommend them for anybody needing work done on their Tesla.

OpenRoad autobody raised the bar so high in giving excellent customer service. I have no complaints! Draco was super nice, helpful and accommodating! Also the staff in Richmond location! I brought my SUV in for damage on a rear bumper under a private claim. Everyone was professional to deal with. The car was completed in a few days. I was updated with the progress during the week. Monty did an excellent job fixing the bumper. Looked brand new! I received my vehicle washed, vacuumed and spotless! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

The repairs were done extremely expertly and it was impossible to see where the damage had been. However, the communication with the front desk was very much lacking.

Bad customer service, high prices and long time to get served and get work done.

Booking appointment
Requested appointment online and got email confirmation acknowledging "Thank you for contacting OpenRoad Richmond Auto Body - Coquitlam. We will contact you within 24 business hours". Neither received call nor email after that.
After not hearing back for online appointment request, visited shop several days later. Receptionist said never seeing my online request. I was at shop 20 minutes before closing time. Was told they can't help me because closing in 20 minutes and all estimators already left. I requested to book an appointment at 7: 30am as the shop supposed to open at this time. Was told they don't have estimators before 8: 00 so they don't book appointments before 8: 00 so booked at 8: 00.

Appointment
At the day of appointment arrived 7: 50 (10 minutes before the appointment). Receptionist was busy with other clients and estimator was on site and serving those clients (despite what receptionist was saying earlier). All the time receptionist was talking to other clients in their language (not English) and paying little attention to me. Had to remind about myself at least 3 times.
At 8: 05 asked the time I will be served. Was told that as soon as they finish with clients in front of me. Asked how was it possible, they were serving someone else despite my appointment. Was told clients in front of me came earlier (walk in, without appointment) and they serve whoever comes first. 10 minutes later had to remind about myself again. Finally, estimator got to do the assessment.

Estimate
When booking the appointment was asking about how they do the estimate and what's the difference between Private vs ICBC? Receptionist told me they do estimates differently and estimate could differ if that is for Private.
After giving me my estimate, estimator explained very little about how and what they will be doing. Tried to clarify some of the details but wasn't satisfied with explanation. Was reviewing the estimate myself and wasn't able to make sense of some of the line items which seemed to be completely unrelated to what I needed.
The estimate value was really high and work duration was estimated to take near half a month!

Result
Went to another shop where the same work was done for 20% less and 3 times faster!

I was extremely impressed with the work done by the team at OpenRoad. Kyle helped us throughout the process and was excellent. My thanks to everyone there for getting our loved vehicle back to new.

I recently took my car here for replacement of front bumper, although was told the car will be ready in 4 days I got my car back in two days good as new. They are very quick, professional and top notch customer service. I recommend them highly. Thank you once again.

Service and quality of the work was excellent, had my 2017bmw x3 repaired and restored back to factory spec.front office receptionist was very efficient, dealt with paperwork had my my rental on cue. The bodywork itself looks flawless, minor issue with levelling of lights was dealt with quickly and properly.overall very happy with service and the quality of work.most definitely recommend.
