Overall I have had pretty decent experiences with this servise centres. But there are things that stood out to be make me question.

Basic cleaning: 2 out of 3 times I got my car services the gave my car back with grease in top of the seats. Their invoice says complimentory wash sometimes but it looks like the car was not even touched. So I am not sure who is cleaning.

Service rep - They don't have enought knowledge and just agree with you most of the time. Specially corporate programs like loyalty points. They just keep a blank face and say you are getting points without checking or actually looking at things. You have to push them to work. I feel they lack knowdlge and interest to work at the faculty.

Pricing - There are times where I have negotiated with them but the invoice diffrent adn I have to go in a get it revised again.

Going over invoice: They go over invoice super fast and don't give you time to digest the information.

Parts: Whne you order parts. It normally doesn't have basic assembly parts like nuts to attach the part to the car. Again the staff doesn't know if it comes along or not. So after waiting for a week for the parts to come you have to chekc and ask for assembly products like basic screws. They charge additional for it.

Since there is no other Subaru service centre I have to go here but if I had an option I wouldn't. Every time my car is ready I have keep an eye out for all the issues and flag them. Again not the worst place but not a worry free experience.

Writing this from the comfort of our new (to us) outback. Benjamin De Jesus, what an excellent product advisor, he was well mannered and provided excellent answers to my numerous questions and definitely made us feel like valued customers. We flew to Vancouver to buy the vehicle and the Boundary Rd Subaru team were patient and understanding working around our travel requirements. Highly recommend, thank you all.

Ordered a 2024 OUTBACK 3-month ago, was going to trade-in my Tesla and pick up the OUTBACK yesterday.
Because we didn’t agree on the trade-in value, we were told not allowed to drive the OUTBACK away unless sign an agreement and put down $5000 deposit to promise not to resell it?
Excuse me? I’ve never heard of this ridicules policy in my life.
Also if you have this policy, you had so many chances to let me know before yesterday. I think it’s because we didn’t accept the low trade-in offer.
We decided to cancel the deal and stay away with this crazy dealership.
Plus the manager’s awful attitudes, will never go again.

My family leased a vehicle from this dealership and when it came time to buy out the vehicle we looked at our contract and it stated they may charge a dealer fee of up to $300 at the end of lease if you wanted to buy out the car. When we made the appointment to go into the dealership to purchase at the end of lease they advised us the total we needed to bring which included a dealer fee of $1,000. We advised that our contract stated $300 thinking they must have made a mistake or were just hoping we wouldn’t notice. They said that it’s not $300 and couldn’t explain why they charge $1000. I’m not sure how they can charge more than what is in our contract and it seems so dishonest to me. We ended up purchasing through another Subaru dealership.

Ben De Jesus was a big help when we were searching for a new car. He helped us test drive multiple cars before we landed on the Subaru Crosstrek we purchased. He went above expectations by checking in with us prior to pick up and even helping retrieve my parking pass when we traded in our old car.

We had a terrible experience with this dealership. We were shopping for a car with limited stock and were told that one at the trim level we wanted was available. They took our deposit, shook our hands, all seemed well. The next day they phoned and told us the car wasn't available and that 'that's the way it is'. We asked to speak to the manager, who was dismissive. In the meantime, we had passed on another deal on a slightly more expensive car, which was no longer available after Open Road pulled out of the deal we made with them. As a result, we may have missed our opportunity to buy the car at all in this production year, which means more repair bills keeping the car we want to replace on the road. Open Road has refused to take any responsibility in this matter, or make it right by honouring the deal we made with them. While this is my main complaint, there were other signs of unprofessionalism including showing us a pre-owned car that wouldn't start for a test drive. We dealt with Ben De Jesus and the GM Russell Daniels. This dealership is happy to take your money on a bad deal and tell you 'that's the way it is' when they screw you over.

Be Weary of the 150 point inspection!

Test drove a vehicle there, it had a crack in the windshield and rust damage on the undercarriage. The sales representative was aware of this as I pointed it out to them.

A "150 point Subaru professional" inspection was completed afterwards. SHOCK! It's in perfect condition, didn't even mention the dinged windshield.

Do your due diligence, always request a pre-purchase inspection at a mechanic of your choice, clearly these pre-owned inspections are misleading (a windshield replacement would run you $1200).

Terrible service experience and I didn’t even get a service performed. Just the initial encounter was enough to guarantee I’ll never spend a cent here. Pedro and Mike have absolutely terrible customer service skills and refuse to be accommodating with the services offered. It’s very clear they only care about their A, B, C etc.services on the new vehicles they sell and care little for welcoming new customers. It’s no wonder Jim Pattison dealerships are miles ahead of Open Road if this absolute “couldn’t care less” service is what’s on offer.

Booked a time that worked for me, service rep Pedro had a tech come with me to demonstrate the issue. Few hours later I picked up vehicle with very thorough report. Item by item review with reasonable advice, keeping in mind vehicle value vs cost of repair (s). Pleasant and professional, good to deal with from my single experience.

Recently went here to check out some pre-owned vehicles they had posted online. We met up with Ben and he was very helpful getting us what we wanted. He’s incredibly personable and knowledgeable. The entire process from when we stepped into the dealership to when we picked up our new vehicle was very easy. Thanks Ben!

I have been getting my Subaru serviced here. Today I called the service department to book an oil change and the staff mentioned that it’s been a long time since my last oil change so I told him I got it serviced somewhere else last time, and the staff responded “why are you calling us then”. It was very off putting and I didn’t end up booking with them and won’t in the future.

One thing I appreciate about OpenRoad Subaru is that you get the feeling that the sales staff are there to help make good decisions rather than just try to sell you on stuff. Ask for Herman, he’s the best.

Update: I heard back from the general manager and he got someone to respond to my inquiry. I went for a test drive and after the test drive, I emailed 4 people in the dealership regarding a question I had and no one responded to me. Clearly they don't care about the customer.

WARNING ️ ️️️This Subaru service is by far one of the worst service I've ever experienced, very unhelpful and rude people I dealt with. I took in my 2020 Subaru outback to reprogram a key, they charged me over $1000, they had my car at their dealer over two weeks and they gave me call saying they don't know the issue and they needed more time to figure it out. I had to tow my car back and I lost total 1500 for notning. This issue was fixed by Jim pattison Subaru for only $89. Please be aware of this service department they will make you hate Subaru, I went through a lot of stress and they are super disrespectful.

Geoff and Jax were by far the BEST agents we've dealt with. Our family was looking to upgrade to a bigger Subaru (our 3rd Subaru that is) for our growing needs. Jax was very accommodating and replied to all my queries in a timely manner. Geoff worked hard for us to acquire the Ascent they have on their lot. He explained everything to us and made our monthly payment easier (eventhough there are some liabilities along the way). We are very happy with the service they provided and we highly recommend both of them. The moment I heard my son said " Mommy I like our new car " I knew we made the right decision and got this. Thanks to Geoff and Jax for making it possible.

Came in here multiple times with my family. We were in need of a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family.

The folks here were exceptional, patient and provided stellar service. Not once were we forced or pressured into making decisions.

Shout out to Kenny, Natalie, John, Sasha, Nav, and Geoff - I'll be coming by for my free coffee soon enough - thank you to your team! We are excited to build memories with this new Forester. The wilderness edition, really suits our family full of wild, courageous and loving women.

Happy with the shopping experience at OpenRoad Subaru Boundary. Kenny Ying did what was needed to make the deal happen, including getting the most he could squeeze out his manager for our trade-in, coming up with creative solutions (added discount for loyalty program, reduced lease rate, etc.). And kudos for tracking down a new vehicle in this challenging climate (supply issues) Thanks for putting us in our Subaru Ascent, we love it!

I received no service from the service department. The service department was not organized, the manager was rude and unprofessional.
I will not come back here ever to service my car and will make sure to tell my friends and my family to do the same.
I would have given 0 stars based on the manager's poor attitude but decided to do 2 stars just because of the amazing experience the sales team gave me.

I will give them zero stars, there car price is higher compared to other Subaru dealers. Herman sales guy is one of the lier, beware of him. He commits on a price and later he will give some other price. I recommend to check other Subaru dealers, will not recommend openroad to anyone.

Came in for a service here and clearly states as part of every standard service lubricate all latches, hinges and locks. I had a really noticebly hard to open/sticky door on the back driver side door and when I got it back it was untouched and when i called back they tried to tell me it was done and I shouldve said something beforehand. Its incredibly dissapointing when you find out their service arent doing everything theyre supposed to and skipping service check list. They said to comeback and theyll do it but thats extra time theyre costing me for something that shouldve been done in the first place and definitely not going back after the mistrust they have shown, how could I come back for another service after I find out theyre not even following the stated check list, makes me wonder what else they didnt do. Terrible experience and service I expected the minimum and got less.

Worked closely with Brett for the purchase of my 2021 crosstrek (outdoor trim). Very happy with the process, was a tight deadline as I was leaving the city mid month, but was assured a vehicle would be there prior to, and it was! Communication with Brett was done well throughout, and all the staff from finance and Antoine (who explained car features) was thorough, all were patient, and provided well informed answers to my questions. Appreciate all the help from staff, loving my vehicle and proud to be part of the Subaru family:)

I tried to talk with the manager in charge but he couldn’t be bothered to help me and refused to speak with me.your service is really poor, worst of the worst. A phenomenal experience here, buying a 2021 Subaru WRX Sport-Tech! I initiated things online, was given an estimate on my trade-in vehicle, and set up a test drive, all within a couple of days. Things moved relatively quick, as manager Danny Xi got back to me with a very reasonable deal, which I didn't take long to jump on. Salesman Bretton was an initial contact through email, but then Herman Kwok is who I dealt with in person. Herman was great, answered all my questions, and didn't bother me more than I wanted, or needed, after I left the dealership to consider the deal. Once I decided to go for it, Herman set up the pick up quickly, and the car was ready to go at the time I was told. Had a quick and easy meeting with financing (so sorry, can't recall the girl's name, but I hope the dealer looks into it, as I'd like to give her a commendation as well), then got a tour of the car with Antoine Lacuesta, where he answered the remaining questions I had. I'm actually looking forward to buying more Subarus in the future from this great team. Thanks, Herman, Danny, Antoine, and Bretton (also financing personnel)! I highly recommend giving Herman Kwok a call, and requesting Antoine Lacuesta to go over your new car when you buy one.

Had my 2020 Subaru serviced at the Boundary Rd location last month where I purchased the car. My service advisor was Pedro and he provided with me excellent service. He gave me the overview of the service being given and was very accurate as to when the vehicle was going to be ready for pickup. He was very polite and respectful in the way he handled the service.

Highly recommend dealing with Pedro and the great team at Open Road Subaru on Boundary.

Came here with my parents for the first time and wasn't acknowledged or greeted by anyone despite there only being 1 or 2 other customers there. We walked around the lot AND the showroom, but had 0 acknowledgement from any of the staff during the 15-20 minutes we were there. I noticed two sales advisors look in our direction and whisper something to each other while we looked at cars in the showroom, but nothing became of that. Terrible first impression and definitely won't be coming back here.

I had a bad experience with Subaru open road boundary. I love Subaru but I don’t like the way they treat customers. I bought a new car from them in May and also bought a warranty for my new car but my car got scratched accidentally back in June. 4 months later, they arranged an appointment date and time for my car repairs. On my appointment day, I dropped off my car and they double checked everything with my warranty contract. 1 hour later, they called me and said they couldn’t repair my car because mix-up with the alloy repair techs, and thought one of the cars from Subaru was mine.they couldn’t have time to complete the repair.

We bought a used Forester at Open Road Subaru Boundary. Kenny, our salesperson and the rest of the team made the whole purchase & trade-in process easy and stress-free, despite it being late in the day. The Forester had been inspected, parts ordered and work scheduled to ensure it was up to their high standards for a 2nd hand vehicle. We would definitely buy from Kenny & the team again!

The last time I went to a different Subaru dealership had a really bad experience. The people worked over there look down on us and won't let us test drive our car until we are seriously (talked about the price before we even test drive it) to buy the car. So I thought every Subaru had the same policy.
However, when I walked into Open Road Subaru and asked for test driving the WRX, they just handed me the key and let me have fun with it. Base on my previous experience, I was surprised that they let me test drive the car without questioning me. Due to COVID, the sales won't be sitting beside you while you are test driving the car, so you can do whatever you want with the car.
Herman is my Sales representative, he can speak three different language (Cantonese, Mandarin and English). Most top sales knows how to talked you into something that you don't really want because they are persuasive and pushy. But Herman is a newbie there (My car is the first he sold), he talked to us like a friend.told him what I want, and he delivered, that's it.
Anton is one of the service technician and he is the one showing me around the feature in my car, he is knowledgeable and friendly as well (He is a newbie too). He showed me one benefit that other dealership is lack of is that you can drop off your car when their service is end, and come back the other day to pick it up.

Just got a fantastic new Outback Wilderness in black from Open Road Subaru. This is my 5th Subaru and my 1st Outback (had WRXs and STIs previously). Bowen Xue as my sales rep was flawless in getting back to me with the many questions that I had. He was a pleasure to work with, and he also assisted me in getting a new hitch put on the vehicle! I would highly recommend him as a sales contact should you be looking for a new subaru! Looking forward to all the adventures that my family and I will have in our new Outback!

My wife and I were pleased with the service. We leased our first 2019 Subaru Forester back when the dealership was still Wolfe Subaru. We were contacted by Geoff Rosales for an opportunity to get into a new 2021 Subaru Ascent. Geoff went above and beyond and got us a great deal on our new vehicle. The entire process was smooth and quick. Antoine was also great in explaining all the new features and functions of the car.

Stephanie our Finance Manager, was very helpful in explaining all of the different options and additional coverage plans.

Would definitely recommend this place to others looking to get into a new Subaru vehicle.

We purchased a 2022 Outback Limited XT. The entire process went very smooth including knowledge of inventory, test drive, attentiveness, negotiations, purchase, warranty, insurance, and delivery. It's a bit of a lengthy process with many steps, and they seem to have everything in good order. Special thanks to Jason and Antoine for sales and delivery.

Was an absolute pleasure to figure out what options I had for my first new car, I dealt with Bowen who was courteous and had prompt informative knowledge on any model of car i asked (got a 21 cross-trek)

as well during the final phase of the sale Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with, helping me figure out which warranties i should and shouldn't get.overall an absolute pleasure and when I purchase next it will definitely be from here:)

If i could give a ZERO star, I 100% would. POOR MANAGEMENT, NO RESPECT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called the service department many times to get a quote and also express my frustration. Finally picked up by a guy, I asked to speak to the service manager, the manager picked up then put me on hold for 30 min then hanged up on me before listening to my concerns. I called couple times again in next couple days, they either put me on hold again or no one picked up. I called a different Subaru dealership, the people were super efficient and my car was fixed within 3 days. As of now, I have not received any call back from Openroad Subaru. I am very disappointed at this OpenRoad dealership. I needed help from them and they never cared. I am not sure why Openroad would let these people run the department. The Service Manager is supposed to listen to our concerns and fix the problem, and seems like he is not doing his job. I will not waste one second of my time to bother calling or coming to this dealership again. It would be a perfect location for me and my family but we are taking our business somewhere else because obviously these people dont want our business and dont care about their company's reputation.

The review for this dealership could be paragraphs upon paragraphs long with all the mess ups and lies told to me. Long story short this dealership totalled my brand new car, all of 4 hours after buying it as I left the car at the dealership so they could fix a couple small scratches. It then took them almost a month and a half to get me a new car. There was no offer of a loaner for me to drive for the entire month and a half I was without my new car. I had to call or stop in for updates, they almost never contacted me. When I finally did get my new car there was dents in the roof which josh one of there sales managers told me not to worry about and said “there just bubbles from the clear bra wrapped” that was installed on the vehicle. After about a month of “letting the wrap settle” there was definitely dents in my roof which josh then claimed he never saw and I was informed it would cost me a $1,000 to have the dents fixed. Danny the dealerships GM also said they would fix the dents but then went back on his word. Do not trust this dealership josh and Danny and the definition slimy car dealers

After the Subaru on Boundary changed hands from Wolfe Subaru to Open road, the quality of the service department became much worse. They treated customer like cash cow and only milked them for money.

I paid for a routine maintenance (the price increased 50% after ownership change) which included a battery test. A few days later, my battery failed right outside of my 3-year new car warranty period. I took the car in expecting an explanation about what happened in the last service, instead all I got is that this was unfortunate and a hefty bill for another battery test.

I will never visit this dealership again, and I will make sure that NONE OF my friends and families ever goes into this dealership.

My service experience became very bad since last year. Previously the service front desk was very nice and patient and now the new service front desk is very impatient all the time. As long as I wanted more details or information about my service or I have any concerns about the receipt, he becomes very aggressive. I will not go to this dealership anymore.

I don't know how their sales team is, but I can never get through to their service department, having attempted to call over a dozen times. The one time I managed to make an appointment for my airbag recall, the mechanic refused to work on my vehicle because I worked in Covid testing. I got an appointment only after contacting the service manager, but needed to rebook it. I can't get through, so. Maybe they're amazing, it's possible I'll never find out.

First car ever and my experience couldn't be any better! Buying a first and new car can be stressful and requires a lot of research and test drives of different models. Having done an extensive amount of the same, I can confidently say that I couldn't be more sure and satisfied about my purchase with my 2021 Subaru Impreza!

My salesperson was Bowen and he assured to help me out through and through. Him along with the finance department were incredibly understanding of my first purchase and helped answer all of my questions. Definitely do your research before coming so that you're better prepared with questions. If you're in the market and are looking for a car, definitely come to this location specifically and check it out! ️

I've had a couple of negative experiences with this dealership. Brought my car in for servicing earlier this year and was unable to use my club points towards cost of service, despite receiving numerous marketing emails saying that I could.

Earlier this week, I called their parts department to inquire about the availability of a product. No one picked up and I left a message. Didn't receive a call back so I went to the dealership in person after work. The parts department was closed, and the receptionist informed me that someone would call me back tomorrow. Next day, lo and behold, no call, no email, nothing. Didn't think it would be this difficult to buy touch up paint.

This is the closest Subaru dealership to where I live, but I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I do not even want to star this web page, the service division is the worst I had ever encountered in my whole life (and I am old). First of all, I tried to set an appointment by phone, and called more than 25 times, and the phone was never answered, on my last call I left a message with my info to get a call back and set an appointment, I realized that I was able to do it on line, and I did so, but later on, I was called and said they cannot receive my vehicle on that date as the don't have enough staff and technicians. So, the appointment was for today July 5th, 2021, at 1015am, I arrived on time, and explained the Air Conditioning is not functioning properly as was checked in Midas with my mechanics for a long time, and it was just a relay not functioning, <Midas> changed the relay, and burned it back again, so they told me to take my 2015 subaru wrx, to the dealer and check if there was an electrical failure or a recall on that area, which i DID. When I finished to explained this to the service clerk, he accused me that my dash camera is the one causing the electrical failure and because is to hot the weather right now the compressor shots down to protect the system, I said to him, no way, please don't tell me that, I don't want to be rude, but I come from a very extreme hot country, and that never happens. I think he got upset towards me regardless, and the car was taken in. Later I got the call that to fix it will be almost 700CAD to be fixed, and I asked, if they were going to wave the diagnostic as the cost is 282.21 CAD and they said no, and I have to be quick if I want it or not to be fix, as they have more cars to fix, I went there and asked to speak to the manager, and the manager WAS THE WORST, the service manager, said Subaru has the finest and expertise mechanics, and thats why they charge that fee for the knowledge, and because no one else can have that service but them. I said to him, normally in other car dealers service, the diagnostic is voided if you fix the car there, and he said they have more customers who accepts the fees, I got enough from them, and I said, give me my car back and I will pay your 282.21 CAD diagnostic, I got just my keys back, and this is the worst part, the told me to walk down the back corridor and look for my car and take it. Wow! The best service ever! And i was in talks to buy a brand new forester from them, now I do not even want to go to that store.thank you Open Road Subaru Boundary, you wont see me ever ever again. And you can buy donuts from tim hortons wiht my money.

We couldn't be happier with our new Crosstrek!

Chris (our salesman) was phenomenal. He was honest, friendly, and responsive. Chris gave us all the facts, ran the numbers, and let us decide on the trim at our own pace with no pressure at all. After test-driving 7 cars and coming across some really peculiar sales tactics, we really appreciated that he didn't play any games with us. When we came to pick up the car, he went through every single function and feature in detail. This is how a salesman should be.

Natalie in finance was pleasant as well and again, gave us no pressure. Everything went smoothly.

The car was fully detailed and the tank was filled up, as they should be. We were given 2 spare keys and drove away absolutely in love with our new ride!

My wife and I were very pleased with our first-time visit at Wolfe Subaru on Boundary. The salesman, Robert Chan made us feel at home with his friendly yet professional manner. Suffice to say we concluded our visit with a purchase of an Outback (our first ever Subaru).

Watch out for the maintenance work done! It is Never done properly, destroying the evidence on purpose to prevent warranty coverage.

Discuss what? How you guys destroy evidence necessary for warranty (Probably instructed to do so) ? Every time you guys say we will take care of it, after you get paid, you play dumb, need to return the car 2-3 times each visit. I don't think so, we tried discussing staff 4-5 times by now! DON'T TAKE YOUR CARE HERE FOR MAINTENANCE!

What ever you DO NOT BUY the additional insurance that the finance people (DN) try and sell you.

Wolfe Subaru on Boundary was a great experience.

From my initial time spent negotiating via phone call, visiting the location in person and from calling around to the other Subaru dealerships in B. C, I knew I had found the balance between the best deal, customer service and the actual price/bottom line I ended up paying.

Kenny at the dealership was superb, patient and took his time to explain the options available to us, even the options we hadn't thought of. I would always recommend doing your homework first (I did for over 2 weeks) but I don't think you can go too far wrong when dealing with Kenny directly.

Everything only takes 3 days; Because I know what I want, I contacted the dealer, Mr. Srinivas Processed my case and hand over to the financial department; the second day, it was approved.the third day I got my car;

They are doing their jobs very well, but it is not the major reason I end up here. Because their competitors are much worse:)

Subaru on No. 3 Rd never response me;
Docksteader on Cambie processes slowly, meanwhile, the connection to their customer is loose, at least couple times, I have to actively contact them to find a finance solution.

I am happy now, at least there is dealer doing their work.

We were on the road from Kelowna to Victoria when a tire blew - fortunately Wolfe Subaru had our particular tire in stock (when none of the tire shops did) and Lee Winters in the Service Dept did a fantastic job of fitting us into a busy schedule. We were back on our way in no time!

Although the service itself was fine - which is why we came to this particular Subaru dealership over others - personal, explanatory, communicative, and this time the cars (yes, brought one in for a friend on the same day!) were both ready on time, and even early, there is one sore point that is so offensive to us, yet everyone seems to accept: the random addition of "shop supplies. " This time, it added an extra $40 ($39.95, I believe it was) + taxes to a regular service, When I buy a coffee, I am not charged an extra random "supplies" fee to cover, for example, cream and sugar, the detergent they use to wash my mug, or a rag to wash the counter, mop to wash the floor, toilet paper in the bathroom. You get the picture: It's included - factored in - to the cost of service (s) or product (s) offered. $40? !? We're talking about another 7.5% added to my bill, a fee I specifically did not authorize! (To be clear, I am not disputing environmental fees, and liters of oil here.) The same service has had different random shop supplies fees. Subjective? And this is not exclusive to this dealership: it's seemingly an industry standard, as I've run into the same random, excessive, unauthorized, subjective charge for years.

I been visiting several dealerships and brands. And here I had the worst customer service. I felt rushed and not important as a client. I’m not sure if it was because i told the guy that i was planning to buy the car in 3 months and not now, or if he didn’t take me seriously because I’m a young woman looking for a car or because I’m not from canada. I mean If you are going to expend 40.000 you should be treated equal even if you gonna buy it in one day, 3 weeks or 6 months. This is an expensive purchase, I’m not buying groceries!
if I buy it definitely I’m going somewhere else.

Sleezy, cheesy, sales tactics appealing to lowest common denominator. High AF doc fee. "We inspected it" as a sales argument (as opposed to, y'know, a third party).

If you experience any of this, just walk.

Just had an unpleasant experience on the phone with the service department at this location. I just moved from Alberta and called to inquire about having my new BC plate installed on the front part of my vehicle, as it currently does not fit the holes. The guy told me he didn’t know how to address that issue and to look online even after I had asked if anyone else there might know. After that call, I contacted another Subaru dealership in Richmond where I was told immediately that any dealership can drill new holes for me. Confused, I contacted the Boundary location again to confirm that this could be done there, since it’s closest to my house. The guy who answered was rude when I asked him why I wasn’t told this option in the first place and rushed me off the phone with a negative tone. If he had been in any way pleasant I would have not been bothered by the issue but to be rude to me after I was given misinformation was the turning point for me.

We had a great experiencing buying a Forester with Srinivas Varanasi. He, and the entire team at Wolfe Subaru, made the process easy and pleasant. The car is a joy to drive and the buying experience was simple. I would not hesitate to return or recommend them!

Srinivas Varanasi was incredibly helpful in getting the exact car that I wanted. They didn't have one when I first went there but he was able to bring it in from another dealership for me and the process couldn't have been smoother. Highly recommend this dealership.
