They are lying with customers so that sell cars on premium price. Unfortunately, Toyota seems to be helping them by not asking any questions or a check on them.

Got a Rav4 Hybrid from them. Waited a long time (most popular SUV in North America, so that's expected) but when it came everything went great. They were pretty straight up with me, which helped lesson the stress of such a big purchase.

My experience with OpenRoad Toyota was overall quite good. Katie, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even after the sale.

While there was a small hiccup during the vehicle pickup process, I understand that things don't always go perfectly. I arrived on time but had to wait longer than expected before being greeted. However, once I flagged someone down, they quickly attended to me and made sure I was taken care of. Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend OpenRoad!

Bought a 2021 trd sport premium from the Port Moody location, excellent service department no issues.

However I live in Abbotsford so after the first service I was transferring to Abby for any further service.

My truck reminded me I need my second service done so I call Abbotsford service department. No answer I leave a message. We played phone tag for 6 days. Me calling, me never getting an answer and them calling back when I wasn’t available.

Finally I talk to someone who then proceeded to tell me I missed the first service for my vehicle. Which we did not. She was very very difficult to understand over the phone due to a thick accent.

We were over it, called Port Moody, low and behold they answered the phone, pulled up al our info explained everything and said they would email Abbotsford open road so we would have no more issues. Amazing service again by Port Moody open road! Abbotsford called and finally booked us in for a service after 7 phone calls!

It shouldn’t be that difficult and when you call a business you just gave 62k to they should be there to pick up at least once over the course of 6 days.

They seem to be always short staff. Been trying to book an appointment to service my venza but the service department doesn’t call back. Not a good impression. This is a second time I’ve talked to somebody in a span of a year and I always get the apology. “Sorry, we’re currently short staff, let me transfer you to service department and just leave them a message”. I haven’t got a call back, that was two days ago so I will not be booking service there. I’m going to another Toyota dealership.

Not having somebody available when you are looking for a specific vehicle to take a call.
Or even confirm that you have that vehicle on lot.

Is unacceptable.

We leased a Corolla in 2017 Brand New and it is an awesome vehicle. We only put 50000 k on it in 5 years and after weighing out all of our options have decided to pay out the remainder on the car cash this weekend, (because we can)

Throughout the whole process from lease and this payout Open Road has been helpful with my numerous phone calls for clarity on the situation and I would recommend them and of course the Product itself.

This place is no better than buying a car from a lot on kingsway or Surrey. Was sold a van last year. Told it was a manager’s demo. I sold my van recently and found out it was not a manager’s demo, but a customer lease return. Lying dealership. Vehicle was super dirty at delivery. I found make up, socks, and was missing floor mats.

Bought a brand new Toyota 4runner straight off the lot this month that has two areas of complete paint removal down to the steel within two weeks of purchase. This is an absolutely unacceptable paint defect from Toyota and the dealership has little support after you purchase their vehicles. Service department says it is uncommon for that to happen but there's nothing they can do except fill it in with a paint pen as it is small dime sized and they can't do anything about it. So you're not going to look further into the root cause and flag this to Toyota Corporate to see if there was an issue with painting, handling, etc? How can it be a fluke to have two completely separate paint defects on the vehicle within a couple weeks of in town driving? How will this vehicle fair when it actually goes off road as it was designed to do so and what will Toyota do to ensure the rest of the paint doesn't just flake off within the year? We were expecting Toyota's impeccable quality when we purchased this vehicle and it is sad to say that vehicles worth half the price of this one do not have issues like this and better management when it is clearly a defect with the vehicle.

A lovely experience. The woman who talked to us know her stuff and have is other ideas. Three wait is long for hybrids but she was informative about other types of cars!

I had been looking at used Toyota sedan's at other dealerships for weeks and by the time I made it to the actual Toyota dealership I was thoroughly "done" with car salesmen. I walked up with no appointment and was greeted at the door by a manager whom promptly set me up with an amazing product advisor. I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it and Brandon was there to answer all of my questions. The process was quick and easy, and actually quite enjoyable. He didn't listen to what we were looking for and when he showed us the cars didn't know the facts about it.

A few weeks ago, I booked an appointment for an oil change on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner. It took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I get it, it’s Covid and all, but 3 1/2 hours seems a bit excessive. They threw in the complementary wash, but left it soaking wet sitting in the sun. I’m pretty particular with my vehicles and hate water spots on black paint. I asked if it could be dried and thankfully they were able to. Kuhlea (spelling?) was awesome and went the extra mile to assist. Great service. Thanks!

Service is really bad there are no sales man on the counters, waiting around 1.30 hours but no response.it’s better to go somewhere else where we get response

I just purchased my Toyota Rav last week with Dev Sharma. His service excellent & friendly and explained everything in details.

We bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade here and Karim Tejani who is the sales manager made our experience amazing he was very professional and upfront, a month later the engine light came on and right away I contacted Karim and his approach to this matter was very professional and he handled it the way a sales manager should, problem is fixed now and my wife is very happy with her Escalade. If you go to this dealership ask for Karim and you will not be disappointed.

Service department told me my transmission would need to be replaced, quoted me $5000-7700. Got a second opinion from another shop and it turns out the noise is coming from the tires. They quoted me $2600+tax for the used transmission from an auto wrecker. The auto wrecker in surrey quoted me $1100+tax (and I'm sure they would have gotten a better price than I was quoted). Wanted to charge me $90 for an oil change when the oil is barely above the full line on the dip stick. Don't get your vehicle serviced here they will rob you blind.

PROs: Absolutely zero pressure or negative attitudes. Every employee, laughing and joking with each other, what a great environment. I totally feel that this trickles down from Karim at the head of the sales team. Jas, as the product advisor, was great and had a vast knowledge of the Toyota brand. Karim was so relaxed and easy to deal with, he was out in the open and interacting with buyers. Every other time that I've bought a vehicle, the sales manager was tucked away in an office and would not give me the time of day. In fact, I emailed the sales manager at Peace Arch Toyota, wanting to buy my vehicle there and did not even receive a response. (I bough my two previous Toyotas new from Peace Arch). I am an Abbotsford convert, thank you Karim and team.

Just bought a new car with the help of Dave Sharma. He is a very kind, knowledgable and experienced salesman. He offered honest advice (which can be hard to come by in the sales industry) and answered any questions we had. Overall had a great experience buying a new, family car thanks to Dave Sharma!

If I can give a zero, I would. This location is unreliable and they like to make empty promises, to which they have the audacity to say "that's not my problem" when trying to work on that promise. I was with a family friend and we were both left in shock as this was highly unprofessional behaviour and it made us both very upset. Apparently a promise given by word means nothing to them so do not trust the employees here as this involved more than one employee. I'm very disappointed in this management and I will never be taking my business here again.

Had a terrible experience, Helen and her sales manager acted like I didn't know how the car game worked. I do, and I'm glad to say that Langley Toyota got me the truck I needed, the trade amount I wanted on my car, and provided an outstanding level of service you don't see anymore.

Wow what an amazing experience I had at this dealership! Everyone was so friendly. I was so nervous going into the dealership as a single women but was treated so well. They even had 2 female sales managers and 3 female sales people. They made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and made sure I knew exactly what I was paying. Highly recommend!

Not great service when your appointment is for 2: 30 and your car doesn't even get into the garage until 3: 30.
