My goodness. This is the place to go for eyeglasses. I was treated with calmness and respect. Very clean place and lots of sleaction, except they need more bling, lol. There is a giant sheet with the pricing options to choose from, with no pressure to upgrade. I even got a free upgrade.

Needed lenses changed in my sunglasses from prescription to non-prescription (had these lenses) due to cataract surgery. I thought I had a new pair of glasses the white frame was sparkling. Thumbs up for great service, knowledgeable & very pleasant staff. Welcome to West Shore.

I have been seeing Dr Jobe for just over a year - he's done two full exams and also an emergency referral for ophthalmology in that time, so I feel I'm able to write a fairly informed review. Firstly, the equipment and the thoroughness of testing at the office is incredible - everything from the non-intrusive ocular pressure testing through to the VR-based field of vision is top-notch. Secondly, Dr Jobe is one of the kindest, thorough, and empathetic doctors I've ever met. You do meet him via video link, but having an excellent doctor via video trumps meeting a mediocre doctor in person. He has immediate access to all your test data, and most importantly, actually pays attention to it. I haven't felt overly pressured to buy glasses from their store, but I did get my progressives from them and the pricing was on par with other retailers for Oakley brand glasses.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I came in today with broken frames and they did everything in their power to make sure that I walked out able to see. In the end these Angels ended up giving me a pair of frames for free. I am immensely grateful and will be sending my friends and family here forever. THANK YOU

This was my second pair of glasses with them but service was terrible and my prescription was a disaster. Wearing the glasses (which were very pricey!) gives me a headache and eye strain. I almost think I have someone else's prescription, but half of the progressives almost seem right - however the other half is WAY off. Because they seemed completely disorganized and a bit rude when I was there, it just isn't worth going back. I would rather cut my losses and start over somewhere else.

From the minute I walked into the store I was helped and guided to find some beautiful sunglasses and daily work glasses. I highly recommend the Westshore Town center store. Many thanks to the wonderful gentleman who helped me. Made the whole experience wonderful.

Went there for a repair on my old eyeglasses. After quickly fixing it, and fine-tuning it like brand new, Moe refused to accept any payment for it even though I never bought anything in this store. I'll be sure to check with them when I need some new glasses.

Today I was at their store and I asked them to adjust glasses that I had bought there years ago. The optometrist that helped me, Sam, spent about twenty minutes and fine-tuned my glasses to the perfect fit. When I went to the till to pay, he refused to take any money. Excellent service!

Just for the lens (no frames) these guys charged $598 and drained the coverage from my insurance and my spouse’s insurance. If this goes wrong and I don’t feel comfortable with the lens they provide I can’t even buy another pair of glasses for the next 2 years and they said they will not replace the lens if I face issues. The guy who worked on my lens said he charged $250 orally and they keep talking to you that you don’t read the receipt there thinking they charged just $250 while you go home and find out the next day that they have actually drained your coverage. I called the next day to cancel my order and the same guy who told me that it could take over a week to get the lens says they can’t cancel it because it has already been cut. I never knew that an order that could take over a week gets done within 24 business hours because you wanted to cancel it. These guys just want to drain your coverage on whatever you buy. I would never visit them again. There is no extra coatings on the lens neither is it a special type of lens. Never heard of any normal lens that would cost $598. This is just minting money at the cost of customer. I was never mentioned of $598 until I came home and saw the receipt. I never provided any consent for $598. The worst part is I cannot even get another pair of glasses for the next 2 years if this doesn’t suit me.

Superb service! Staff friendly, store was clean - overall a great experience! Katie, was lovely, friendly, and made my appointment seamless - and Sam was a fantastic help and picked out the perfect frames for me. Everyone was friendly, patient, and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Sam is the real deal! I went to 2 other eyewear stores before walking into OptiCanada. I had received estimates from both but did not disclose this. Both Sam and his assistant Ash went above and beyond to help with my frame choice as well as lens options including cost differences, etc. Every question I peppered him with was answered clearly and honestly. He even pulled out the “trial lenses” for me so I could see what my new prescription was going to feel like! No one else I had talked to earlier that day offered this service, even though I told them it was a new prescription and I was anxious about it. It’s customer service like this that makes all the difference in the world. And the best part… I got 2 pairs of glasses for the same amount as his competitors that had zero customer service! Go see Sam! Your eyes will thank you.

Went in this morning for an eye exam. The young lady working was very nice and trying to work with what she had. After the initial exams, some of which had to be repeated because of technical errors, I was moved to the next room where there seemed to be more technical problems. I sat in the exam chair when the make working was on the computer, not 3 feet away from me, I guess trying to figure something out. I don't know, because he said exactly nothing to me. After 10 minutes of this, exasperated, I got up and left. Very unprofessional. I'll, obviously, never return and would recommend anyone else to absolutely avoid.
