Aleida Slater is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She helped me with my glasses. They were loose and falling down my nose after two years of wearing. Aleida had them fitting perfectly in no time and she gave them a great cleaning as well. Thank you Aleida!

When I originally came into this store about 2 months ago to purchase my glasses, I was greeted by a wonderful employee by the name of Almeida Slater. She was a great help to me as I was trying to choose a pair of glasses. I had a specific look in mind but was having a hard time picking out the right style that I was looking for. Aleida offered her assistance and I kind of showed her what I was looking for. She definitely listened to the style that I was in search of and helped me immensely. After purchasing two glasses I was really happy with the style. Once I was home it was about 2 months later when I was wearing my backup pair of glasses and continue to notice that they were slipping and not quite fitting on my face right. I ended up going back into your store about a month and a half later and was pleasantly surprised to see that Aleida was working that day. She greeted me with a friendly smile and asked what she could do for me. I explained my situation and she was so sweet and said no problem. Made me feel like it was completely okay for me to come back in to get a readjustment. She said no problem. She took my glasses from me. I told her what my issue is with them in fitting my frame of my face. Once you came back with my glasses and refitted me. I noticed that they were a little bit tighter but not as much as I needed. She again said no problem took them for me. Went back to the machine. Readjusted came back and I retried them again and was 100% satisfied. She made me feel like it was not a problem for me to come back in and get them readjusted. She is a wonderful sales associates and I was extremely satisfied with my service from her in both occasions.
