Great experience at Optiks International - Yaletown branch. They all are very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Mr Ali was helping me and after making 2 pairs of new glassess, he suggested second opinion - I just could not see well. And he was right. Unfortunately, my old optometrist gave me wrong prescription two times. I booked the appointment with Dr Heather Chin at the same location and I finally got my glassess. Would highly recommend!

I came in to get the frames of my prescription sunglasses fixed and to tighten my glasses. The manager, Ali, was extremely helpful and kind. He fixed up my frames very quickly and put a-lot of care into fixing them back to sit on my face straight.

I stopped in today on a chance they might be able to repair some sunglasses that I had purchased in the States. A screw had popped from my frames and left the sunglasses unwearable. A helpful employee did not hesitate. Had the lens back in and new screw in place to reattach the frame. My favorite sunglasses are now back on my face. Thank you!

Had a great experience at Optiks in Yaletown. Ali was great, as were the rest of the staff - knowledgeable about products (was looking for prescription sports glasses) and followed up with the delivery, which was on time as promised. Would highly recommend.

Always clean, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is calm and there is a large selection. Glasses are always pricy but I feel if you want a great in store experience Optiks Yaletown is a great place to check out.

Seven other optical stores told me the screw on the arm of my prescription RayBan sunglasses couldn't be replaced. But Margaret at Optiks ordered a new screw and my sunglasses are as good as new! Thank you!

This is a very good place to shop for eyewear. Very friendly and helpful, especially Chyna. I do not usually rate places publicly but I just had to this time.

Great customer service, helpful, good variety of lens's and they even let me return the 1st pair because I didn't love them. I picked out a lighter colour frame and I LOVE them. The frames were ready before they promised. I would recommend them and go back for more glasses.

I keep coming back to this place when I need new glasses, because they have so many to choose from. And their lens prices are fair, and they have a permanent 2 for 1 deal. A real 2 for 1- no tricks. No upselling with coatings, etc. 2 year warranty on lenses, but the quality is so good I haven’t needed it.

And now, with Covid, they sit you by a mirror and bring you lots of pairs to try on and help you decide, if you like. I felt very pampered.
Can hardly wait to get 2 new pairs!

This is my second time now coming to Optiks International and I've just been really delighted with the service. Chyna was an excellent advisor. She went above and beyond in making sure I had the perfect pair of glasses. Even with the covid protocols, I still had an excellent experience. Went there for an eye exam. Prescription was wrong. I had to return. This was 2 years ago. A few months ago I decided to give them benefice of doubt and tried again but thought would take no chance asking only to repair my frame because I had lost a screw. They simply sabotaged my frame putting a crew way larger than the original.now my frame won't stay on my nose at all, the arm can't be tighten at all anymore. Have to buy a new frame. Avoid at all costs

I wanted to add a review from my visit today because it seems that the ratings for this place are being dragged down by bad experiences with the optometrists (potentially at other locations). I came by just to browse frames today and the staff were very helpful and friendly without being overbearing. They checked on me once in a while but didn't hover, so I never felt pressured. They also helped me hunt down some styles to try on, again, without hovering as I tried on. I probably spent nearly an hour in there. They also have pretty good deals on offer (Groupon PLUS buy 1 designer get 1 non-designer free). The prices are probably average/a little pricey if you don't use the deals though (e.g. If you only want 1 pair). They have a large comfortable space with a large collection of designer and non-designer glasses. Also 2 minute walk from Canada line station, very convenient.

I had a really unexpected and unaccepted experience with the service received from the Optiks International Coquitlam.
I had an appointment with the optometrist for the annual eye exam and got the new prescription for my glasses.
Then I ordered the new prescription for my glasses (from different company) and after that contacted the doctor for re check after around a month since my eyes did not get use to the new
prescription and I cannot see properly and the doctor moved to different place as the Optiks International Coquitlam closed permanently.
The doctor moved to new company and they asked me to pay to visit the doctor and I called the Langley branch of Optiks International Coquitlam to visit by the doctor
who is in their office to not to pay extra money which I should not pay and they check with manager and they told that they are not responsible for that and this will the doctor responsibility however
I think this is the Optiks International Coquitlam responsibility as the doctor has not own office and working for different company and they asking money to visit.
I really regret that I had chose Optiks International in the past as well and purchased the frame and glassed from there and took my family for the eye exam there.
I never suggest this company.
