Incredible service even when they're busy, they will make you feel welcome. Then will do everything they can to accommodate you. Highly recommend this place if you need new frames or glasses even just servicing and cleaning your existing pair. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I am so thankful for Dr. Darren Hatchard, he helped determine a previously undiagnosed issue with my vision and I am so thankful.

I have been extremely happy with the service at OoB! From the optometrists to the opticians, service is first class. I'm especially grateful to Doreen, the optician. She really goes the extra mile (and beyond) to find ways to give her clients the best service possible. I've been wearing glasses for nearly 60 years; this is the best optometry/optical store I've ever dealt with! I'm sure other clients are just as satisfied as I've been; Doreen will see to it!

This place was amazing. Quick to get in for an appointment, Doctor was so friendly and easy going, staff were also hilarious and so personable. Glasses selection was great as well.

Twice as expensive $130 for a eye exam than Strawn & Co. $69. Won’t be going back. I would rather save $61 and drive to West Kelowna which is 18 mins away.

Excellent service! Travelling from ontario and lost my glasses. She went above and beyond to get me fitted in new prescriptions.

Amazing service, I lost my glasses on vacation and Doreen took my prescription and got me sample contacts and supplies in 5 minutes (and I was a random drop in). She also and didn’t charge me a dime. Highly recommend giving her your business!

This was by far the best eye doctor I've been to with my kids. The doctor was so nice and was very good at what he does. But Koodoos to Doreen who is the most sweetest, friendliest hands on women. My kids had the best experience here. Highly recommended.

Awesome place. Just popped in here while I was waiting for my takeout at Mad Mango and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Hatchard was so personable and enlightening. Answered all my questions and I felt completely taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!
