Orane International College

The instructor didn’t check in once with the student stylist. The student hit my head with the blow dryer, scratched my face with their comb, put the blow dryer directly onto my hair with out any heat protector, had no idea how to use a round brush, cut my curtain bangs unevenly- about a half inch difference between each side, and left my hair wet and unstyled- then asked me how I liked it without showing me a mirror to see the back. The instructor at no time stepped in to assist the student, and then they tried to charge me more than double for my appointment. They ceded and let me pay for the price I’d booked in at, but I will definitely not be going back. I understand nervous and unskilled students, but the instructors behaviour was wild. They sat in a chair on their phone and didn’t look up and only came over when I started styling my hair myself because the student had no idea how to blow dry using the round brush. I feel bad for the students. Also, be aware a cut does not include a wash or style, and you will be charged additional fees for length of hair after your appointment, and not notified until it comes time to pay.

Terrible experience, didn’t do what asked for at all. They untangled my hair very roughly, didn’t pain that much in my whole life! Literally, I had tears in my eyes due to the pain that they caused during untangling my hair! Not recommended! Zero stars!

My hairdresser was very kind but clearly nervous to be doing my hair. The instructor did nothing but yell abuse at the hairdresser. Non of his criticism was constructive and he did nothing to guide his student.
In the end my hair was fried to death after the bleach being left on for over an hour. The result looks as bad if not worst than if I had done my hair myself.
Not to mention it cost $130 and if I’d gone to a salon it would’ve only been $20 more.
This was not the students fault at all as he should’ve been receiving guidance.
In the end I was holding back tears. When I asked the instructor if we could tone or blend my highlights better he was completely dismissive and told me this is what I asked for. This was not what I asked for.
The experience was uncomfortable and I would not return.

I went in thinking "it cant be that bad". I havent ever really had a good haircut, i usually trim it myself but I wanted to really change my look. I went to find the person I sheduled with cancelled, fine, but the person cutting my hair wasnt ready to be doing that. The teacher did 90% of the cutting, and was very bossy and uncomfortable to be around. I showed them multiple photos showing the exact style I wanted and all they got right was the simple undercut. The entire rest of the hour long torment was the teacher trying to tell me what I actually wanted done to my own hair, and kept telling me I was making a big mistake by cutting my length off. I wanted bangs aswell, tried to tell the teacher multiple times what i wanted, and he then just did basic straight cut bangs, i wanted much different ones. The teacher also misgendered me 3 times, asked "oh is it he or she" i reply "she" and he goes on to use he like 2 more times. 0 stars, i knew i shouldve never gone here for what I wanted done because now I have to wait months and go spend 100$ I dont have to get it done properly. I hope the teacher who cut my hair feels bad, you destroyed my confidence and put me in a hat for the summer

It’s a very friendly place and I enjoyed the massage scalp! Was a very relaxing experience. Definitely thinking to go back again:)

It's a good experience in orane institute, to know the new things, and learn new skills which is different from others, faculty are good and helpful towards there students

I had joined the institute 3 of march 2019 in ghaziabad India branch and my course is of 2 and half months and still the 80% of the topics are not covered and they told me according to my log book course is almost completed but the topics which are covered with me that was only engagement and reception demo i did not even practiced that and advance makeup and basic and advance hair class was not even started by me and I have paid the entire fees to them. I first complaint to manager that already 4.5 months completed and I am not able to continue the classes due to financial issues then manager told me he will provide me the conveyance charges from company I need to come for 1 months more only I agreed. After one month I asked for which was promised by him but I only received lies from him. Then when I complaint higher department via email then I got to know that there was no such policies of paying the travel allowance to the students and I shared all the proofs via email but nobody solved my issues. Then after sometime I also complaint and visit to orane international preet vihar to meet HOD of delhi/NCR Mr. Gaurav still not resolved my issues. After meeting with Mr. Gaurav I visited ghaziabad branch and talked with manager Mr. Shailesh and I asked for my log book via email they manager of that ghaziabad branch told me that he sent the email which i did not received so I asked for a screenshot and he did not shared the same. Also when I visited him he was talked with me so arrogant and rude and misbehaved with me also I shared the recording with HOD but did not get any sympathaies response from anyone And everytime I complaint everybody told me visit the same branch and meet the manager Do you think it make sense to go to that person again who lied to me from past 1.5 years. Now I am humiliated by the entire orane international because my hard earned money was lost also my job was lost because of them and I did not recommend anyone to join this institute. They are liars when they got the fees after that they did not even listens to you they did not even bother to take care of your issues. Also they are not sharing my logbook with me via email which they had committed that they will share also my fees slips they are not sharing. They are not listening reading my messages but not replying. They have given the job guarantee I can laugh surely on that as they are not able to complete the 3 months course in 2 years do you think they can provide you jobs big liars don't fall in there sweet sweet talks you will definitely regret after that i have all the proofs of there fake commitments and and misbehavior and i will share it in all over if i did not got my entire money back + compensation of harrassing me from past 1.5 years.

Honestly the best makeup and hair school in town! Got my certificate from here. Got to learn a lot of tips and tricks from amazing teachers. The process was seamless and it was definitely worth my time and money.

Students may get detailed knowledge of cosmetology while taking admission. It’s a great opportunity that Orane is now spreading its branches all over the globe.

Orane is a wonderful place to learn your trade. If you are thinking of taking professional makeup, skin, beauty and hair courses, i can't recommend a better and affordable school than Orane. Orane is very good at making their students feel comfortable while they learn. The staff are extremely professional and also very attentive and helpful. The studio environment is great with plenty of room and perfect lighting.

Hands down to such an amazing place. The staff was highly informative and gave a lot of information. Best place for learning new tips and tricks regarding makeup and hairstyling. I would recommend this place to people keen on getting the best information possible.

I could not be more pleased with my stylist. I have been twice, once for a corrective cut, which was skillfully executed, and a second time to initiate a sustainable style to grow out a short pixie. I am again delighted with the results! Definite recomend!

Jess was my hair stylist. It was an aweful experience. My hair cut is the worset I have ever had. I have short hair, after her work left side of my head is totally diffenet than my right side. My right side is 2-3 inch longer! Its very messed up. I came home and my mother tried to fix it. Its terrible, also it awefully messy. I don't think she has any training.

Absolutely the worst school I have ever been to.
Very unprofessionally run. The owners make me uncomfortable. I highly recommend to save yourself the waste and go to a globally recognizable school.
