Renting with orca was the WORST experience we've ever had with a rental. We've been renting for years, have great references and have never had a problem. The lack of communication was the biggest issue. They also hire contractors whose work is poor at best. One of their contractors tried to say the mould problem was our fault (not the inappropriately wired fan, blocked soffits and failing windows). It was a nightmare to say the least and we will NEVER engage with this company again.

Your website is brutal to use as a renter trying to find available properties. The map function is buggy, you can’t hide the unavailable properties, and there is no way to filter by rooms/size/price. I’ve looked at your site many times over the last couple years, you should fix it!

It was great experience with the Orca realty, especially with Kamil, the property manager.
He was really professional, competent, and communicative. I highly recommend to work with Kamil and the Orca realty if you want to find a good realty company.

Occupying those limited street parking resources with your AD cars is the worst marketing idea. I do see more than one car (Orca 2,3,4,5?) left on the free street parking for weeks

It’s a pleasure working with Orca’s Property Management team. They have great knowledge of the market, and their service is friendly and flexible to work with customers hours. I would recommend Orca Realty for any service that is applicable to your needs. My requirement was for Orca to find me a tenant; however, my property was sold before a good tenant was found. Overall, the service was excellent throughout the entire process.
