After the owner change DO NOT GET A SYSTEM from them. They hire staff that have no clue what is going on and the reception keep trying to hide from solving your problem. In order for this company to service you they need to fire half of their staff.

Orca was the worst experience ever. All these other reviews are them posting. If you want a smart home, do yourself a favour and run as far away as possible from this company. Hire someone else. The worst installers ever that have no experience at all.

Since Orca Security has changed ownership, I've been utterly wowed! In the past I had to wait 6 to 8 weeks for service calls, which was ridiculous, but didn't want to switch companies because others wanted me to rip out all existing components, when what I already have is pretty top notch. The last service call booked by Omar took place 2 days after my initial call! And the bill to replace all the batteries in my smoke detectors and mobile backup, and the service call were very reasonable. Their service technician Arlen was also very polite, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Bravo to Orca for putting customer service at the forefront, and I will gladly recommend them to everyone I know for their security needs.

When we first met with orca on our new home build, we were promised the world from them. When the house was near completion we were shocked and completely disappointed by how over sold we were with the equipment that we were told was top of the line. After being in the house for months our remote gate still was not working and it was impossible to have any calls returned from orca. After a year of almost no contact from Orca we hired a new contractor who had solved all of our electronic problems and was shocked by the work and equipment were originally set up with. Orca was unprofessional, unorganized and a the worst company we have worked with in my career of developing homes. I would never recommend this company.

Outstanding inhouse costumer service! Anytime I have an issue with either my home or my Mother's home I knew I can make one call and professionally walked through any issues. Mary Chan is a valuable asset to the Orca Security head office. To be honest some of the onsite service can be a bit vague and not very personable but Mary can troubleshoot an issue over the phone and save on any onsite visits.

I highly recommend them based on Mary's costumer service alone.

Joffrey connected and re-programmed our home security. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Joffrey connected our garage security to the main system, something that our previous security company said was not possible. Not only were we very satisfied with the service that he provided us Orca Security Corp.should be very pleased to have Joffrey as an employee.

One of their alarms is going off in my neighbourhood and although there is a phone number posted, there appears to be no way to contact them about it without an account ID and password. After twenty minutes of noise, no one has showed up to check in or turn it off. I would rather talk to them about it directly, but this seems to be the only way to reach out to them.

I've used Orca Security a few times for installations and alarm resets. I recently had a couple of clients who bought homes where the original owners did not know the alarm codes. The friendly folks at Orca where able to walk us though the process of creating new codes without even billing us! Super friendly and service oriented - thank you!
