I leased a 2023 Ford Escape from Orchard Ford in December 2023 and from start to finish it was top notch service. They make you feel like family and make sure you're taken care of as such. Josh Brown is the ultimate salesman, 10/10 recommend to see him if you are in the market for a vehicle! Thank you all so much for everything!

Took 5 hours to get an oil change. I was told they needed truck for 4 hrs. When I inquired, One of the lube guys was sitting in Service bay stool, with a oil filter in his hand visiting with a service writer. I think management better look at the overall efficiency of their system. Seems to be a lot of visiting going on. In the future I am going to lube bay to do my oil changes. Only to Ford if there is a problem.

I went to pick up my car after a recall repair and the service tech told me to wait because they were washing my car. Looks like my car was rinsed but not washed. I contacted the service department and my thanks to Tom Talbot for making it right by offering a full detail. Thank you.

Had a window issue (automatic window wouldn’t close) on my Explorer. Took it to Kelowna Ford and they didn’t know how to fix it (and said it wouldn’t be warranty). Dropped into Orchard Ford and Dave the service manager said no problem. Fixed it in 10 minutes with no charge!

Very disappointing experience here. I brought my 370z in to sell to Orchard Ford because I thought they had a decent reputation but after it was said and done, the whole transaction felt very dishonest to me. What a shame! I will never go back to these guys again.
UPDATE after receiving a response from Orchard Ford:
It is unreal to me that the Owner himself can even write this generic response because I already spoke to a couple of Managers BEFORE putting out this review and still nothing was resolved. The worst part of this was that my husband purchased a car from these guys years before which is why I chose to go here and yet they still decided to treat me this way. Terrible customer service.

Unsure why the booking of a service shuttle is so difficult. Three appointments in a row (two with work trucks, which will be recommending we go somewhere else with). Was told - despite booking a very clear shuttle time - that would have to wait over an hour "due to delays they can't control", and because it's a courtesy that it is first come first serve.

Well, that defeats the purpose of an appointment doesn't it? They used the company line of "your appointment is with the advisor, not the shop or shuttle". This is an unfortunately common line dealt with through multiple "advisor training" programs - it is 100% a sloughing off of responsibility.

Well - I've ran a service department and we had no problem with it. It is not that difficult to anticipate basic traffic patterns and needs.

Was then told they have 48 appointments, and if it's an emergency we should book a cab.

Spoke to he service manager and he is unapologetic. Kind, but we have firmly differing views on what customer service should be and what they're offering.

Tough one, guess they're okay losing the fleet and future businesses over what other automotive shops - independent or dealer - are able to easily navigate. Lesson learned here.

Updated - for the past year, (half of 2022 and half of 2023) Tony has been regularly calling me to let me know the status of a part that is in short supply. It has now arrived, Pandemic issues it seems. Just a steady update to let me know I have not been forgotten. Quite appreciated. 5 stars now!

Adam Boast was absolutely amazing yesterday. I knew what vehicle I was interested in and he was so quick to give me a walk through and test drive. He was fun and amazing through the entire process which is one of the quickest that’s ever happened to me. He made sure I knew all the features of the vehicle and got the cross bars and snowboard rack included in the financing. I’m so happy to be done with Hyundai (especially Kelowna Hyundai) and be in a Ford. Also bonus points for getting good angles for the pictures.

Dan Tellier goes above and beyond for his customers. 4 1/2 years after our purchase from Dan I called him for information about a problem we had with our Ford. Dan went out of his way to look into it and found a simple solution for us. This dedication to customers from the past is very hard to find in today's marketplace. Thank you Dan!

On our drive up to Westbank from the lower mainland, our F150 experienced some mechanical issues. I called Orchard Ford Service in the hopes that we could have it looked at before we made our trip back home. They did not have an opening prior to our departure date (completely understandable) however the lady I spoke to (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) told me i could bring it in and they could run a scan on it to see if anything popped up. We drove to their location and spoke to Julius at the service desk. From the onset he was very professional, friendly and helpful. He managed to get our truck looked at by one of their technician's Dave, who not only ran a scan on it but also took it for a test drive.

While we were waiting, my wife, our 2 kids and I walked around their car lot looking at their vehicles. That is where we met Barry Folk from their sales department. We spoke to him and mentioned what we were dealing with and that a family member was looking for a used vehicle. We toured the lot with him for a short time and noticed a few cars of interest. He was extremely thorough and honest about each one we saw and gave us very good advice regarding their condition etc. He was also great with our kids

Dave, who was clearly very busy, caught up with us personally and told us what the scan showed as well as his test drive observations. We were nervous about driving it home now knowing what the potential issues were with our truck.

It was then that Barry took it upon himself to personally check into the status of our truck. He went above and beyond his duties to help ensure our drive home was as safe as possible which we are extremely grateful for.

We cannot say enough good things about what the Orchard Ford staff and, in particular Barry, did for us.

We highly recommed this dealership.

Truth be told, this is the very best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Everything from the prompt response to my inquiry, managing all my emotions of trading in my "used to be favourite truck" and accommodating all the test drives for me to find the right one for our family, I can not say enough good about our Sales guy, ADAM. He is honest, professional, and made us feel truly valued as customers. He genuinely cared about what we needed and was dedicated and consistent throughout the entire process! My partner and I are both business owners and we were blown away by his customer service. The entire team impressed us. Everyone greeted us with a smile and supported the process. Its a wonderful environment and I feel confident in recommending anyone to deal with Orchard Ford.
If there were 6 stars, Id give them all.

I want to thank Josh Brown for all the help he gave me with our Ford Escape. He programmed the Bluetooth and explained, in detail, how to the other ECU's function. His advice was invaluable as this vehicle is fully loaded. Further, he was friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend both Josh and the staff at Orchard Ford Sales. We will consider purchasing a vehicle here in the future.
