I just wanted to say this is best clinic/doctors office I have ever been too. The MOAs are always kind and professional and all of the doctors go above and beyond. I am so pleased every time I call!
I just want thank everyone there for everything they do <3

Thanks to Dr. Livingston top excellent dr I saw inOrchard park walk in clinic can’t thank him enough for the fantastic care and provided requisition for tests to be done if it wasn’t for him for his service I believe I wouldn’t be around.

Make sure to arrive before opening as they reach capacity fast. Wait time was long, but you can leave and come back once you are given an estimated time as to not take up your entire day. Dr. Bintley was wonderful and I was able to book a follow-up appointment with him, eliminating the wait for next time.

Front staff is very helpful and polite! Dr. B is funny and insightful. Highly recommend this clinic but be mindful that this clinic only has 3 doctors and it can get very busy.

I love this walk in clinic, I recently moved to kelowna and I am having difficulties finding a family doctor, but when I need a prescription filled all the doctors here are very helpful in refilling them.

This is an amazing walk-in clinic, this was my first time to this clinic and I did wait around 3.5 hours but I also overheard there was only 1 doctor that day taking walk in appointments. The receptionist staff was kind and were busy the entire time I was there. They dealt with several entitled people who showed up late then became angry with them for not being able to be seen right away (which they did not deserve but handled well). I did not feel rushed once I saw the doctor, he took the time and answered all my questions despite the clinic being extremely busy.

Staff are respectful and kind. Best walk in clinic I’ve gone to. The wait isn’t very long and the doctor actually listens to you.

The reception here is amazing! They are so patient and friendly. They were so busy, I sat waiting for over 3 hours. They faced several frustrated patients and were asked the same questions over again. They stayed polite, understanding and patient when most people were be curt and annoyed. 5+ stars! Thank you!

Recently saw Dr Livingstone here and overall happy with my experience. Wait time given of 30 minutes was mostly accurate, people are nice and communicate well. Take the negative views with a grain of salt. If you've worked service you know how fast it is for some people to lose their marbles over stupid stuff.

Staff are great, the nurse that takes you in is the best. Very nice and
compassionate. The Doctor that I see is friendly but the follow up care
is really terrible. In my humble opinion they are burnt out.

I have been to this walk in clinic twice and now they said I’m not in the system. I sat in that walk in clinic for 6 hours! I know that I am in your system. As well they have recently repeatedly not had a doctor even in. I simply wanted to renew a prescription not have to fight someone on whether or not I should be allowed an appointment.

Brought my friend here, his English isn’t very good and he had to communicate through a translator.
The staff and doctors were very kind about it, and gave him guidance and a sense of direction of the situation. Definitely coming here more often!

I reached the clinic at 7 45am on a Friday. There were already around 11 people ahead of me. Had to wait for 3 hours to finally see the doctor but that is totally understandable because of the imbalance between demand and supply these days. Dr Tim was excellent as was the Reception staff. The whole process was smooth and systematic.

Went to see a dr but at 9am there is a sign on the door saying it's full for the day To reply to the response. I am fully aware of the dr shortage as I am u able to get any help for a variety of things because you need a dr to refer you etc.hence why I came to your clinic. If the shortage effects the clinic so badly it may save people such frustration and waste of their time if you don't go to phone in for a appointment time.

Worst case for waiting time been here since 855 am and still waiting 1157 never coming back. When we arrived were told about a hour wait.someone doesn't have any sense of time.

Was waiting so long sat there for like 4 hours then waiting in another two rooms as well. I don’t understand anything. Even though i came there at 9: 00am.

Had an appointment today to see Dr. Livingstone about a knee injury that was bothering me. Previous doctor at Mission Medical really didn't seem to care, or listen, or do a thorough exam. I felt Dr. Livingstone's exam of my knee was much more thorough and he genuinely listened to me. Asked if I would like a stronger medicine for my pain, and recommended a place for physiotherapy. Whereas, the other doctor didn't even follow up after my x ray, I had to call them for the results. Or offer me anything for the pain. I must also say, the phone was ringing off the hook the entire time I was there and the receptionist was great. She works really hard! Best experience I've had at a doctors office.

The place is clean and the wait time that day wasn't long, around 20/30 min. Doctor was great.

I called in the morning at 10 and asked for the checkup. They told me to come before 1pm anytime. When I walked in at 12.20 pm they said we are closed.

I am very unimpressed with the careless and ignorant attitude of the doctor who should be concerned and considerate about his patients. I have been to this clinic a number of times, and have been consistently poorly treated. I felt very rushed and always left unsatisfied. Not to mention, the rude tone Dr. Livingstone shockingly uses. Each time i have been to this clinic, i patiently wait for my turn, and when i eventually get in, i’m out within 2 minutes, and am told it is just viral. Luckily, my family doctor goes more into depth and is in no hurry to care for her patients and do her job properly. Turns out each time i’m told it’s viral with little consultation i have strep throat or a more serious case. I do not recommend this clinic and urge others to find a clinic who will take the time to help you and be more considerate.

Front staff was friendly. I waited maybe 20 mins to see Dr Livingston (stone?) anyway he was great. I would definitely go back.

Favourite clinic. Great doctors and staff. Wait times are relatively short especially in the afternoon compared to other walk-ins in Kelowna.

Front end staff pleasant enough but absolutely no privacy.doctor Livingstone stood at receptionist area and wanted to discuss my condition and when I requested privacy stated I had to pay to have that. Bear in mind it was not an examination or assessment, just a private space for us to determine the next step and he flatly said no.pay or take your business elsewhere and stomped off. This was a follow up visit. Not used to this type of rude and insensitive service.

It can be hard for someone to go see a person they dont know and explain what is wrong with them, it's even harder when the Doctor chuckles at one of your symptoms. I've been on waitlists to get a family doctor and I have to go to clinics in the mean time and I understand clinics see a lot of people, but that is what you signed up for when you went to medical school. This clinic could act like they care 10% more and it would be a drastic improvement. It's hard enough to go and talk to someone and now it feels even harder.
