Had an appointment but ended up waiting 20-25 mins. Nail service was average. Won't be coming back.

I came here 3-4 times for a regular pedicure and most times have been ok but the most recent visit, the polish didn’t properly dry despite being under the fan for 30+ minutes and I was only given the option of buying flip flops for extra $5. The polish still ended smudging anyways on the way home so the pedi was ruined. It’s also usually a 15-20 min wait despite calling ahead to book a time.

This has been my go-to place for pedicures and manicures over the last 15 years. The ladies are always friendly and welcoming. My sister, mom, and I went for pedicures and the lady working on my feet did an excellent job. Our toes look pretty!

They took me as a walk in right away for a gel mani and regular pedi - the two staff that worked on me were diligent, attentive, detailed in their work and did an all around amazing job. I genuinely think this might be the best manicure i've ever gotten!

The staff continue to do very well! But to call them for an appointment nowadays is terrible.nobody's answering calls. You're not allowed to walk in without appointment. I've always walked in without trouble. I'll go somewhere else if this keeps up.

I took appointments for 11: 30am today. They accepted my appointment for fake nails, pedicure, gel polish and eyebrows, After waiting there for 2 hours, they told me that are out of fake nails. It’s so unfair and unprofessional. Why did they took my appointment. I have a lot of patience. Today I ran out of it. No one apologized. I will never go there in my whole life. I called the owner she didn’t answer the call. It’s height of rudeness. While I was waiting they only had 2 people working I kept waiting I had to remind them to do my nails. They ignored me. I had to remind them to give me service. It was awful.
