Orchid Dental

I had a dental hygienist appointment today and the hygienist did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I had got her name so I could mention her here.

They were incompetent in informing me of extra charges not covered by my insurance ahead of time and then they lied to my face saying that the technician had mentioned it during the service.

My very honest review without holding back is that I received a messy and sloppy cleaning/scaling treatment by the technician. I think she was new - which is fine but like I mentioned I am not holding back.

The receptionist was 'very' aggressive when I tried to inquire about the charges. I understand it's not an easy conversation to have.

It was dishonest as they straight up lied to a client. We dont do that in North America.

I have been going here for 2 years and things were great overall except for my very recent experience as I believe some personnel have changed.

A judgement free environment with upbeat, friendly & understanding staff. Instantly felt comfortable.

Good experience. Didn’t even feel a pinch when I got the freezing. Explained everything beforehand.

My husband and I have been patients at Orchid Dental since we moved here 7 years ago. Staff are friendly and caring and Dr. Violet one of the gentlest dentists we’ve ever encountered.

The staff on the front desk are very nice, friendly and easy to work with. The staff behind the front desk are very professional, explain everything so you understand and do a great job. I love this dentist office.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, Dr. Ross-Kasza is very good. They have a great team all around, would highly recommend!

The dental visit was nice, quick and thorough. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The only criticism I would have is when the cleaning was done and the dental floss was being used, it was much, much too aggressive. It was fairly painful.

Excellent cleaning experience as usual at Orchid. Friendly front end staff and were kind enough to be aware of my time as I had several appointments booked same day. Gentle cleaning with an excellent hygienist and dentist!

I called with dental pain and was given an appointment right away. I was treated very kindly and professionally. Highly recommend orchid dental. Also the receptionist was helpful and friendly.

The staff is so lovely and they do an amazing job at taking care of my teeth. I drive out of my area to go to them specifically. Would highly recommend!

They spent a long careful time bringing my teeth back to white after three years of neglect. No lectures no judging. I feel so good to be able to smile all out again.

Thoughtful, kind, gentle, positive experience for me and my family. The staff are consistently attentive, warm, and friendly! For someone who has experienced dental trauma as a child, the entire team has helped me overcome my anxieties to the point where I can feel good about giving my daughter the best and most positive dental experiences without projecting any of my past fears.

The personal is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Extremely clean and always have answers regarding insurance or dental problems.
