I have been seeing Dr. Naidhu for a while now. She listens to your wants and guides you based on what suits your facial composition / needs. I've gotten my fillers and Kybella injections done here, and will continue to return for different services:)

They've been our family's goto clinic. Very accommodating and patient with customers. Would recommend them highly.

Excellent Botox and Laser Clinic!

If I could give ZERO star, I would. I just called to ask if they accept walk-ins as their business appeared on Google search as a walk-in clinic around our area, and the receptionist was VERY VERY rude saying that they are not a walk-in clinic and hung up on me without even goodbye. Would be best if she just quit her job if she’s tired of answering calls and inquiries. She should not be a receptionist if that is how she would answer their calls.

I had the Aviclear treatment done at Orchid Medical and I love the results! Dr. Naidu and her staff are very friendly and do an amazing job at making you feel comfortable. They listen to your concerns and do their best to accommodate to your needs. I also love that they follow up with you post treatment to make sure your healing is on the right track. I have noticed such a big improvement in my acne and the texture of my skin. And there was no down time whatsoever! I am looking forward to seeing how my skin continues to clear up over the next few months!

For years I have been wanting to treat some of the blood vessels pn my face, but couldn't find a clinic that offered the treatment until I got an email from Orchid. The treatment was brilliant, it was almost painless and I got immediate results. So very happy with my outcome and very much looking forward to continue other aesthetic treatments on the clinic.

Dr. Naidu is an amazing doctor. Her AviClear treatment cleared up my acne really well. Slay.

Hey! I’ve received 3 treatments of AviClear for active acne so far. The pain is minimal and decreases as the treatment proceeds since your skin gets really cold and less sensitive to the laser. I’d say the pain is stronger where you have active surface acne. In my personal experience, I have had acne purging around 2 days after my treatments, allowing everything that was trapped underneath to come out. Painful cystic acne has decreased a lot with treatments and new ones are less painful. I’ve also realized that my previous deep purple coloured acne scars have become both less deep and pigmented! As for the team, they did an amazing job, assuring I am comfortable and even provided me with a stress ball to relieve my anxiety during the treatment! Highly recommend this treatment at this clinic!

Dr. Naidu has been one of the best doctors our family has ever had, so caring and friendly and talks to you like a friend not a patient.

I go to this clinic for medical care, Dr. Naidu is such an excellent doctor! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also the clinic is always tidy and organized.

I get my botox done here and I am always pleased with the results! They also offer a variety of other cosmetic procedures and products! I am planning to get lip filler done next visit.

Completely disrespectful with clients! Receptionist Veronica didn't mention there is a waiting time around 2 months for new patients, and I emailed them explaining my situation. They told me, only after 2 weeks, I should look for another clinic because the were full! Worst place ever!

Reception was so rude on phone didn’t even say hi or by. And the tone of voice was not kind either. And I’m not sure if they’re supposed to do it but they don’t accept anyone who lives outside of new west.

This is by far the nicest medical clinic I've been too! The waiting room has tall ceilings creating an open and friendly environment not like those older, small, cramped doctors offices that I'm used to. Dr. Naidu and her staff went above and beyond for my consultation and saw me promptly without any waiting. Best of all it was free! I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a doctor who is up to date with the latest cosmetic technqiues and equipment to give this office a call. She also sees patients for general family medicine which is a double bonus!
