Scammers with beautiful cars!
They sold me a car 2 years a go saying the car has clean title and that everything is fine with the car. I paid 43000$ +tax.
Just found out my car has been 3x in a car accident. Since I have my car im always in mechanic shops. They didnt fix or help me with anything!
Applewood is a dodgy dealership that should be closed down for sure!
I paid them so much money for guarantee that they will fix my car with whatever may be wrong with my car and they never did. Stay away from this dealership I know they have nice cars but its not worth jt with these scammers.

Travis (+ the multiple techs that took a look at the truck!) is the goat, brought my 2005 duramax by to find a ticking sound that i couldn’t figure out for the life of me.they found a leak in the egr and decided that it’s likely the cause of ticking!

I just wanted to share my experience with Applewood Nissan/Infiniti parts department. I spoke with Kevin Purdy over the phone and he is very professional and super knowledgeable. He asked for additional info about my car and was able to locate the part in no time. Applewood you have a great asset working for you. Thank you very much Kevin for all your assistance and shout out to Mitchell as well.

Highly suggest avoiding this place. My husband bought a $200,000 car here and instantly started to have issues. Nobody helped him. Called multiple times but never got anywhere. Truly bad business and the manager he dealt with had a major ego. Yet the only reason the manager has a job is because people like my husband spending a lot of money. Not a good business model. I highly suggest not even bothering. My husband spent a lot of money and things like “the brakes, Cracked rim, Blown transmission” all things over looked when they inspected the car and sold him. We’ve had to file through VSA to even get something done. Bad bad business and extremely shady management. I hope the owners see this and fix these major flaws.

We went to look at a car they have advertised for a couple months and once we arrived we were told the GM has been using it has his “promo car”. It was unavailable to look at as it’s at his house parked in his garage. That left a really bad taste in our mouth. Not only is the GM using this Porsche has his personal car, wracking up Km on it while it’s listed for sale but also, it was not available to look at.

I went searching for a Honda Civic Type R and they delivered. They found a way to make it affordable for me. They touched up the car to my specifications. Mariano, Scotty and Alex were helpful and I feel like an ongoing customer they never stop caring for. Excellent above par service.

Accidentally stumbled across a beautiful, red 2020 Toyota GR Supra at this location in Q4 last year and just couldn't say no.

I knew that car was the one, right away, given the fact I wanted to sell my EV at the time, when the demand and prices were at their highest.

Spoke with my fantastic salesman Mariano R.in regards to this vehicle and the rest was history! Mariano was fantastic, and couldn't of asked for a better salesperson.

There was some miscommunication between the sales side and the financing department, but after a few days, things had been straightened out. (You should always go thru your contract, details by detail, to make sure everything is correct, before signing in the dotted line.because that was not the case here)

Mariano was always attentive to my needs, accomodating on what needed to be done with the car and would highly reccomend seeing him again, for any of your, [or my] vehicle purchasing needs! Keep up the good work, pal

Five star service at Applewood Performance Centre from Connor, who called me straight away to invite me in and view the beautiful 2019 Mustang in great condition that I was interested in.
Connor and the team were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and non-pushy.
Connor was super forthcoming with costs, coverage, and all the details, and I drove out (in my new Mustang) super happy both with the car and with the financing deal.
I don’t leave reviews but these guys deserve it. 10/10 would buy more cars from them.

I had a great experience dealing with the Scotty and the Team at Applewood Performance Center in Langley.

I met Scotty several months ago while having my GT R built and tuned there.and even though he was not directly involved in that particular process, he took the time that day to make sure I was taken care of and he was very professional and personable and his attitude and customer service is hard to find these days.

With me living on Vancouver Island and having limited access to certain types of performance vehicles, I knew that I would likely need to shop on the mainland, and when I thought about the way Scotty and the Team had treated me in the past, it was an easy decision to check in with him during this process, on what I was looking to do.

Sure enough, Scotty came back with numbers on my trade in that far exceeded any other offers I had, AND he also was able to get me a great price on the vehicle I was looking for.

I did not like their customer service. I called to book an appointment for a test-drive, and they told me they would prepare a car for me. I went there, they waste my time with asking a lot of questions, and then I understood that the car is not there. They had sent it for safety inspection and they did not tell me. So, I could not test a car.

Had an easy and happy trade deal at APC. Even I made the deal back and forth due to my situation change, but sales/managers/finance/insurance all works nicely and efficiently, best experience I have had. From now on I definitely will set this dealer as my new standard to rate a 5 star, when I'm shopping my next car around. All dealer have cost to run the business, I think they are pretty good at hiring people who deserve a 5 star! I could mention the names, but all the people I met, are great!

They are not very trustworthy, they give youu wrong information. Online they display wrong info.
Recently they displayed 47790 km on Audi q7 but actually odometer reading is 79000.
And selling it on high price.
It's a bad strategy of selling vehicles.
I do have pictures for it too.
Mr. Manager you need to check this before asking money. Really felt bad, after waiting my time.

Bought a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta, through Matt Burnett. (March 31,2021) I was told prior to delivery that the car had gone through a full detail, everything was mint. Car shows up in my driveway with empty baby food under the passenger seat. Several pamphlets in the glovebox. Not to mention the chip in the windshield that cost $500 to replace. I paid $2500 for delivery and can't even get a detailed car / reimbursed for a cracked windshield. Terrible experience.

Just to add: I've reached out to Matt multiple times just to be ignored. Still in the hole for the windshield replacement/detail that should be a dealership standard.

Very unpleasant dealings with this dealer. The sales lady Talia, asked me a ton of questions about my financing application. Like what type of vehicle and payment I’m happy with. Then absolutely silent, nothing for two days. I then received a email from the Manager, saying can we please earn your business? I see that you are marked as not interested.

Well I never said I wasn’t intetested? Anyways, I email back and then the sales lady messaged me of course, and acted like our convo wasn’t left for two days with no response.

Unprofessional and I’m not happy. Anyways, if management sees this, your welcome to finance me personally on a vehicle. Other then that, I’m not interested

I would of liked to say that buying a car from this dealership was good but unfortunately it was not. I am leaving my review to warn other people to stay away from this place. I purchased a 2017 Corvette here and I truly regret it. I am still in shock of the events that took place here. I wasn't able to transfer the car in my name right away because it was from Alberta. I asked for my car back until the appropriate paperwork was there but instead I was convinced to drive the car home on a demonstration plate. I started getting a bad feeling about the transaction and that is when it all went bad. The sales manager refused to return my car after I went back the next day saying my car was sold when it was still in my name and I had my plates still on it. I decided to get advice from a lawyer but it sounded like it would be too costly. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Vehicle Sales Authority but I am doubtful anything will happen. I purchased this car Monday but I wish I had of contacted the Authorities and pursued legal action. On Monday when I left in the car they were not even able to install a simple licence plate bracket. This place is a poor excuse for a car dealership. I inquired about the rear spoiler left in the back of the car but decided if they were not capable of a simple licence plate bracket. I was probably better to cut my loses.

I have dealt with matt burnett alot over the years. He has always been professional, curtious, and understanding. I recommend matt for all your car needs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I DID THE MATH WITH AGENT JOHN JUBENE (before signing papers) AFTER I SIGNED THE PAPERS I WAS GIVEN A TRUCK WITH TIRES THAT ARE NOT GOOD FOR WINTER. I will have to pay over $1,000 for new tires come October 1. I was also mislead about the insurance, it was $60 more than I was told. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!
