Ask For Brandon the bartender for amazing one of a kinda custom cocktails, he made us a watermelon cucumber infused gin drink, plus few others, absolutly worth trying. *AMAZING

Amazing food and drinks, always worth checking out.

Good food and atmosphere, but slower service, especially when they are only 2 tables here and lots of staff. Not checking on quality of food, don’t offer drinks refills, or bring water after asking them multiple times.

This restaurant has wonderful food and amazing service but we cannot even have a conversation in there as the music is always SO loud! One time we asked the server to turn the music down and she said "It's operated from head office" which I do not believe. The last time we went there we asked for the music to be turned down and the server said "we can turn it down a little" she also told us that "SO MANY people ask me to turn it down" We would love to go here more often but we just can't take the noise level.

Food was great just a little over cooked on the steak. No biggie. Server was great. The cars were a little loud on the patio.

Took my sister and family out for lunch while I was visiting. This place has a real vibe to it.fun and interesting. The menu has plenty of selections across the board. I had one of the favourites. Carolina pulled pork sandwich. It came with a couple of sides and all was great. Generous helpings, cooked perfectly and not too sloppy.my idea of a great sandwich. The others had salads and burgers and all were very happy. The service deserved the generous tip.well done.

Nice place to drop into when in West Kelowna.

We had a craving for hot wings and fish & chips and it was on point. We had Kirsten serving us and she was excellent. Attentive, friendly and fast service. Will definitely be back.

This is a really nice place, the waitress was as nice as they come. But the hamburgers we tried were SO bland! My wife had a pineapple burger, my son had a ACE burger and both said the same thing: the burgers taste like nothing. DId they forget to add the teriyaki? I had the buffalo wings poutine and i gotta say, the blue cheese was hardly there and they went WAY TOO HARD on the franks red hot. Its swimming in it! We'll come back and try something else because the restaurant itself comfortable.

This was our first time coming to this location. We love Original Joe’s and have been to a few other locations. The server was friendly and did the best job he could based on them being short staffed. The food came out fairly quickly. We needed to wait for a little while for our drinks. The rice was not fully cooked. The sandwich and burgers were absolutely delicious! We are looking forward to coming back again.

This place deserves no star rating. This Friday Jul 15th met our friends here for dinner and when they arrived we found we couldn’t hear each other so we asked to have the “music”turned down which they only did imperceptibly we asked again and then one supervisor acted shocked when we ask for our bills as we had decided to eat elsewhere as this guy had some attitude and is a total failure in the hospitality business. Hope it closes soon. Give this one a pass.

Had a problem initially when food was served but was dealt promptly by the very nice staff

Had an amazing experience, a very nice place to go out for dinner. The servers are awesome! They usually get my order right, although, if I ask for say, no tomatoes they may forget and give me tomatoes.

Other than that I love Original Joe's

Alissa was amazing! Her recommendations for food and drink were spot on and she treated us like we were longtime friends. I highly recommend visiting, we had a great time.

Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in West Kelowna. Took about an hour to get our food and 15-20 minutes to just get water which was never refilled after. My beef dip came soggy and with the wrong side. When corrected, the wrong soup came and it was cold. I can’t even blame the waitress because she was absolutely swamped due to all the skip the dishes orders. I felt bad for the poor girl. I still tipped her because I would hate to be in her shoes. Staff definitely needed more support.

It didn’t seem like any of the people dining in the restaurant were priority looking around. No one came to check on us while we had our food. People who came around the same time had their food coming just as my party was leaving. Just left feeling disappointed. I’d always had a good experience previously when I’d came but now I doubt I will be coming back. With the growing number of restaurants in West Kelowna, give somewhere else a try on a Friday night.

Food is consistently good! Service always good. This was our go to place while in Kelowna. Same amazing experience on all our visits.

I had my wedding reception/dinner here the other day and the manager and staff were of the utmost amazing ever. They accommodated everything for my after wedding gathering and we’re so genuine and kind to all of us even though we were a bit of a mess. I would recommend this establishment 100 times over. I hope they are rewarded greatly for how amazing they have been. Food was really amazing too, Thanks again!

I gotta say I’m very disappointed. Food wasn’t bad but the service was terrible. She didn’t offer anything like a drink or desert to my daughter on their $12 kids meal. We got charged extra 1.50$ for Shirley temple but it was on the kids drink menu: told it’s a new menu. It’s for sure not about the money but felt salty in my mouth. Overall 2 star is being generous and only because wings and ribs was not bad.

Today was my birthday and I was going to try and have French onion soup which used to be the best there. Today. It was some sort of glob of overseasoned thick, almost like a gravy that you would need to add water to. I sent it back and ordered a salad. However nothing was said and I thought maybe half the price of my bill. Nope nothing. I've been going there since you opened and sadly I'm not recommending you to anyone. I don't know what has happened with your place.

We had really great service last night. The food and drinks were all delicious and our server was attentive. Dry ribs were a hit. Crispy chicken sandwich was a definite win too.
