The exterminator was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even texted me to answer what the pictures I sent him were on his day off. He helped me to have peace of mind. Thank you so much!

I have been treated for bedbugs 4 times now. 3 out of 4 times there is 0 evidence that my bed has even been touched, and the one time that It was actually lifted from my bed frame I could still see live beg bugs, babies, and eggs in very visible parts of the bed. I gave orkin the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it’s my building management failing to pay for proper treatment, but after 4 treatments and talking to customer service I believe it is pure negligence from the technicians. Customer service representative told me she would call me back for information about the procedures the technician took, and I never got a response. That has happened twice. Orkin fails to leave treatment indicators on my door (when I can enter) etc. I don’t understand why this is such a highly rated company. If you’re getting treatment from orkin through a landlord then I suggest getting a public health inspector to properly evaluate the place, that’s when they (hopefully) get it properly done.

I was impressed with the service I got from Chris, he was very thorough, spent an hour and half at my house, explained everything he was doing. You could tell he knew what he was doing when he found a couple places ants were entering the house and showed me so I could see for myself. He treated several ant nests outside and sprayed the parameter of the house. As a landlord I need the ants gone and feel confident that Chris was able to get a handle on the situation! I felt it was worth the cost!

When I called Ian (your Representative) he responded immediately and made an appointment within two days. He is familiar with my home and checked everything with very little requirement for input from me. I trust his expertise

I did not have a great experience with Orkin in Prince George but was very impressed with the response from the company after my complaints.

They were good. The people at the office were friendly. They gave me extra information and answered my questions.

They were very good at communicating with me about arrival and costs associated. The visit was quick and some rodents were caught within minutes of them leaving. I'm very impressed with the service and costs associated.

I did not catch the name of your worker who came to our house this morning but he was SO gracious to help us, fitting us into his schedule when he could, despite being booked fully for the day. What amazing customer service!

Jennifer from the Orkin Canada - Prince George came because of a really bad wasp issue. She was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job exterminating our wasp problems. She was fantastic.

Very happy with the service. Eric was on time and communicated well the details of the extermination. Was proactive in recommending another visit based on his observations of extensive colonisation.

The person who came to our house did not listen to what we had to say about where we were finding the mice. We were told on the phone that traps would be set in our ceiling tiles as that is where we heard the mice however, the person who came to our house wouldn’t open the ceiling tiles. We were also told over the phone we would have a 20 point inspection, which was not completed.

The only positive was that when we called to complain they apologized and said they would send someone else to our house.

Chris was amazing, he came in and explained what he was doing, was extremely thorough, did treatment at the same time, and went over corrective actions

The team based out of Prince George is great to work with on the admin side of things! It’s quick and easy to correspond via text, they are professional and handled my request promptly.

Josh was our techcian and he was absolutely incredible. Really thoroughly explained the process that would need to happen to get rid of our bed bugs and mice in our rental unit. On top of that he went above and beyond by capturing 3 live mice with his hands, it was incredible to watch. Overall he seemed like a pro and we were super impressed with his service!

Lots of crawlers in the basement, One service and it was immediately resolved! J was prompt and made sure we knew everything about the service he was providing. Will absolutely call again if needed.
