Super friendly service, the manager was so kind and made me laugh.

This is my sister and I’s favourite spot to eat at! The place is always so clean and the food comes fast.

I recently tried Osmow’s Shawarma and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were exceptional, the shawarma was perfectly seasoned, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Osmow’s Shawarma for anyone craving authentic and mouthwatering shawarma. The prices are reasonable and value you get for your buck is unreal. A must-visit spot for food enthusiasts!

Y’all have to do something about this worker making the food at night. She’s already been posted here by “Shaddad” and others on here for her unprofessional behavior and I’m unfortunately ran into her and am surprised she was still doing the same things.

My shawarma was suppose to be medium spice since I can handle spice but for some reason was made very spicy and hard to eat, and like another said, wants to charge extra for sauce even though she barely put any in the first place. She also gives less food compared to how much other workers usually give out. It’s like she doesn’t g.a. F.about her job

Went to try osmows. Tried their wraps they were really good suggested by their supervisor. Great experience and great service.

Daily specials are pretty good and affordable. Service was good. Supervisor did her job best to provide good food and service.

I ate here yesterday and the shawarma is really good very juicy, the meat is good and you can mix them if you want which is not in the menu. The veggies are fresh and not bland. I hope more and more branches shows up in the lower mainland.

0 stars if i could.have tried this location many times (giving it the benefit of the doubt) thinking maybe it’s just a bad day for them but no.the meat is always dry and hard as hell.rice is also so dry and hard.the worst location i’ve ever been to and this will be my last time eating there.

They told me they can not up the size for coke in student plan and i have to order it on side. But told them i usually order it like that. And the supervisor told that there’s no option in their computer to do that. I have the picture of the order in student plan and my this order is also from same osmows. Todays date is
01-04-2023 and the time is 2: 30 Pm Saturday.

If you are ever in streetsville within Mississauga Ontario, the original location, phenomenal. I jave to say they jave the tastiest hot sauce.

Went to have lunch with my friend. Was really hungry. Fully satisified with the portion size. Worth the quality and quantity. Staff did a fabolous job at coustomer service. Will be back with family for dinner night.

Deep and Noor were great and very helpful as it was our first time here.

They tried to explain to us how their menu works, and even cautioned us to not order too spicy if we haven’t tried before. One of my friends ended up ordering too spicy, and they noticed right away and offered him extra sauce and some water to help him out. Even their interactions with each other and the delivery drivers was super genuine and the atmosphere inside was great.

10/10 service! Would DEFINITELY come back again

Wow first time having Osmous, finally! And what a great experience. Their quality of food and price was very satisfying. We had the OzBox chicken on rocks (rice) with the salad and taboulleh sprinkle on top (extra).

I will definitely be back very more times, & the quantity is overly satisfying. Yum yum.

Today I was at Osmow's. Two lady was working there. One lady named priya she were bangle and her bangle get contacted with food every time she was making sharma. When I mentioned her instead of be careful she told me I know it touching the food. My owner allows me. They don’t have any problem if it touched the food. And this not bangle, this is kara. It is religious you should learn. Omg her attitude like seriously it is not about religious. It is all about hygiene. Other girl keep saying sorry but she keeps arguing. I am just wondering people who wear jewellery if their jewellery keep contacted with food their is no rules for that? For me it is a big no.

I came here because of all the ads during Raptors games. The workers are doing their best and they are good people. There can be a wait when it’s busy but the food is consistent.

I like the generous amount of sauce and the fat on the beef doesn't bother me too much. Sauce is delicious. Paid $10.17 for a Regular beef wrap after tax; reasonable for the amount of food I think. Veggies are fresh. Good level of spice*, even on the lowest level.

Leave the macho bravado at home and be honest with yourself… start with “a little spicy” unless you can handle Nando’s medium spicy or more

Having grown up in Streetsville near the original Osmow’s I was so excited to see them do well and expand across Canada…. Until I went to this location. The Schwarma’s were TINY and under whelming and the fries which looked like they had been fried 3 times were STONE COLD. We told them about the fries and they almost put the same ones we had already eaten from, back in the deep fryer! When the fresh ones came they were so bland it wasn’t even worth it. Barely a meal to fill us and it cost over $25. So disappointed. Also, all the tables for in-resto dining were dirty, gross

- In response to the owner: Thank you for your reply. I don’t think it’s quite fair that because you ran out of the Osmow’s pitas, we got fed smaller ones for the same price. Not to mention, your team could have at least filled them - they were VERY empty. Even if it wasn’t COVID, if your employee hadn’t stopped his colleague from putting our eaten fries back into the fryer, it would have been a major health violation. I’m sorry but spending another $26 on another full price meal is not something I’m willing to gamble with again after today’s experience.

Waited over 30 minutes for my to-go order today and they got my item wrong. Ordered the "Everyday Special" and received a Falafel Plate. Terrible.

Food is good but service is slow. Expect to wait longer if there is a lineup. There was 2 people ahead of me, took 15 mins to get my order.

Great spot for lunch. Clean excellent size portions. Preparation took a little longer than I’d like but I can appreciate staff are still learning. I will definitely be back.

Honestly.was pretty dissapointed with my first Osmow's experience. The rice looks NOTHING like how they advertise it. Was soggy, bland and nearly unedible. The meat was ok. I ordered a greek salad and they gave me a caesar. Safe to say I WILL NOT be going back. Don't let the commercials, FFV and Powell confuse you, it's trash.

I visited the Store for the first time. It was an amazing experience. I had Chicken on the rox, One of there employee, Nikil suggested me. It was too good and tasty. Will surely visit again.

My friend recommended me to try the beef platter. I do not eat beef though, so I tried the chicken wrap which was excellent. The garlic sauce is exceptionally good.

Ate couple of times here with my brother and we both found it at the same level in terms of food quality as we had it in Ontario. Portions are good and enough. Chicken wraps and chicken on the rocks/stix is best. Can’t get enough of spicy levels they offer. For spicy lovers I would recommend level 6 or 7 (hottest) and you won’t regret it. Only turn-off is the wait times but that is understandable due to them being a brand new location and having staff still getting up to speed. Fingers crossed on getting speed up soon in future. Definitely will recommend for 2-3 visits atleast a month.

The sandwich, in general, is tasty, well made and are well wrapped. The big problem is that the menu is very confusing. It doesn't explain the differences between the different types of the sandwiches/saj. And the computer system that asks what you need in the sandwich (toppings and sauces) is not consistent across the different types of sandwiches. The staff needs more training in order to be able to answer questions accurately from the first time. Ordering different types of sandwiches took like 15 minutes due to the confusions throughout the ordering process.

Both the beef and lamb were incredibly dry and tough. Falafel was okay, but overall not worth the trip.

Don't know what happened tonight. Uber drive was waiting at the restaurant for a very long time to get the order. Food arrived cold. And the portions were very small. I don't know if that's normal or they were just rushing and slapped something together but I was not impressed.

Got the lamb shawarma and a 5 Falafel side with garlic and hot sauce.

Meat is well marinated and fresh!

Good food with reasonable pricing if you get their specials.

1) this isn’t shawarma, so stop calling it that. This is some fast-food type of twist on an otherwise easy to make and iconic food.
2) it doesn’t taste very good.
3) got sick after eating it.

Don't order through Skip the Dishes! They are probably way better in person, we ordered from work for 5 different people and nothing was labeled and most of them were not made as ordered. Tasted good, but not worth the hassle to have it delivered.

I ordered 3 Shawarma wraps (pita bread, Halal chicken shawarma, lettuce and pickles + their special garlic sauce), chicken was tender and very tasty, three things made it special: first was the generous amount of shawarma in the sandwich and second was the toasting of the sandwich and third was the tasty garlic sauce, service was slow because they were busy, price is reasonable although they advertise for an offer but unfortunately they don’t apply it in store. My next visit I will try their beef Shawarma.

Ordered Chicken Shawarma Platter today. The chicken was soso and the rice is very soggy. Still i will give it a try in the day time.

I got the Monday special today and there was little meat and a lot of veggies, maybe a little bit more meat

MANMOL is great and ready to offer his recommendations and assistance when needed. I love this place, I love the food and service, I wish they open more locations in Vancouver

Terrible experience. I ordered 4 schawarmas and it took 25minutes. When I arrived there was no one in line or waiting for food, so I don't know why it took 25m. I patiently waited on my phone. They forgot my fries twice, so I had to go back twice and the ones I received were still semi frozen and soggy with oil. Probably only fried for 20 seconds. I didn't catch that until I brought my coworkers their lunch. See photo. They wouldn't let me upgrade my lamb schawarma to a super and they didn't use pita bread when I asked for a schawarma. It was lettuce, tomatoes, onion on all wraps and the amount of lettuce we received was like five flakes of shredded lettuce, almost no tomatoes and two slices of onion.

When my coworkers got their lunches we were all floored. We heard great things but were severely disappointed. I will not be visiting ever again and I will not recommend osmows to anyone.
