Staff is always friendly and efficient and the environment is always clean. Pharmacy and pet supply store is conveniently located in same building and the staff there is very helpful also.

Took my ferret to see the exotic vet for an ultrasound and the team took very good care of my pet glad to have a caring exotic vet in pg that can see my business so I can make sure they are good being new to PG I really needed to have that help line close!

Always a wonderful and caring experience! The Staff are all so great to talk to and always smiling and kind. Highly recommend Ospika Animal Hospital.

I've been going to Ospika Vet since I was a kid, taking my dog and cat there. They've always been amazing! Now as an adult I take my pets there and they are still amazing. Love that they have an exotics vet!

I felt completely robbed when I put in at least $17,000 with all my animals and have stuck with them for 14 years and I just put down my dog not even a year ago and they refused to see if my cat has an uti because they haven't seen her before even though I just paid them $400 they said they wouldnt take my cat as a client but they don't care that YOU dedicated and stayed with them for 5 and they drained my back account over the dumbest tests that weren't even close to necessary but still charged me as a suprise extra that I didnt have a choice in and told me to pay for things that were not even close to what they charged that should of been from other places. **I can't believe the way their system works all together how they treat people who stayed with them even though they are not what they are hyped up to be **
also charge $700 JUST to have an appointment on holiday is insane and that's just for the appointment not even the cost of what they need to do! I will never give them a cent of my money ever again. I'm so disgusted with them!
I talked to the manager about ever thing and point blank she said she didn't care.

Hope this helps before you make them your time long veterinarian clinic because they LITERALLY don't care.

My 6 year old border collie Bandit recently developed a very stinky ear, and some other weird symptoms of infection, ospika got him in the day I phoned. My boy is usually an example of calm behavior at the vet but for some reason was anything but calm during this visit, he hid from them as if he were scared and didn't let them touch him. Ospika staff were so calm and reassuring to both my Bandit and my partner who was a little frustrated and vary worried. They allowed Bandit space to calm down and provided anti anxiety medication and saw him two days later! My stinky cheese ear boy is now on the mend at home and we are so grateful for the care they took with him. After 2 visits and three different prescriptions I was sure id be looking a very large bill, however I was happily surprised to see our bill being a lot less than I expected it to be! Thank you ospika vet!

They used to be amazing but ever since Covid they have gone down hill substantially. Good luck getting in to see a Vet and even if you do have an appointment they will cancel it on you once you have already taken the day off work to make it.

After months of waiting to see a vet and being told to come back next week and take another day off or book an appointment later in the day over a month from now (after already waiting 6 months) I am done! But after calling 2 other vets in town and being told they can't take clients trying to leave Ospika it seems I'm stuck.

Stay away if possible because since Covid you do mot matter at all to Ospika.

I was nervous bringing in my cat for her shots. The staff were very calm and welcoming. They handled her carefully and their actions eased my fear and even my cat seemed to relax (a bit).

Terrible. I have been coming to this vet for 20 years and they refuse to take my rescue kitten that I adopted from the Humane Society for his second set of shots. I have been referred to every vet in town and no one is willing to take "new patients" which I don't think we are a new patient if our family has been coming to this vet for 20 years with our cats and because this is my vet I cannot go anywhere else! Am I just supposed to not care for my kitten?

Ospika Animal Hospital has been amazing! They have taken excellent care of my two puppers at their routine check ups and in emergencies.

Dr Swift is awesome! All of the staff were super friendly and personable. Everything was kept very simple and straightforward. It was much appreciated.

Terrible service and only looking for money. After fifteen minutes past my scheduled time, they relocated me to the examination room, and I had to wait for another fifteen minutes. “Dr. ” John Vu looked at my dog’s problem for about five seconds, and immediately left to get an estimation (which is all he ever care about.) I waited for another twenty minutes to get a four-item total, during which I saw him causally waiting in the back. He was extremely vague about the details. Costed $100 for nothing; the problem was not fixed at all.

Also, my dog had to get more than a dozen teeth removed because of decay. A month before the surgery, we went for an annual examination, and Vu said the teeth were looking great, even when I had noticed many symptoms of oral disease. Clearly, he was lying.

I would switch to another vet, but unfortunately, Ospika and all of its sister clinics do not accept new clients. You can expect extremely difficult and frustrating experiences.

Great personal service and attention to my dog. A quick response when booking and arriving at the clinic.

Went there for my dog Annie & her two babies. All of our daughters love this place to Best in PG if you ask me:)

Compassionate, thoughtful, intelligent.three words that comes to my mind when I had to bring by cat in as an emergency. All of the staff treated me so well, answered every single one of my questions thoughtfully. I'd give more stars if I could.
