Very friendly service, very professional. Reception staff excellent.would recommend this dentists to anyone.

The woman working on my son was very rude and seemed uncaring. She barely spoke to my son while proceeding to do her work. He's 7 and at a dentist and was nervous and would appreciate some communication before shoving things in his mouth. Towards the end of the session my son said he was tired and wanted to leave. The dentist put on his file that he is a difficult patient and she recommended he be sedated for future work. Pfft. His new dentist has remarked at how well my son does during his sessions despite a lot of work being done. Do not go here unless you don't have a choice. Terrible service

I was at a loss when my regular dentist passed away (he really was the absolute best). His replacement was a nightmare so I was rather TERRIFIED to try another but the techs and dentists at Otter Point Dental were/are fabulous!

Dentist was so thoughtful & attentive to my comfort (I did not even feel her injecting the freezing!) highly recommend this friendly professional group

I went in for a cleaning and the new patient process and it was great. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional, they were great at answering any questions I had and were also willing to adjust chairs/ schedules so I could finish my appointment without having to rebook.

It was my first time at this dental office since moving to Sooke and while I typically dislike ever stepping foot into a dentist office, this one was so easy to move through the appointment, get quality service and leave feeling like my business was valued. Otter Point Dental consistently provides welcoming and professional service from the moment you walk in the door, and throughout services by Dental Hygienists and Dentists. Dental visits are among my least favourite experiences but Otter Point does a great job of building my comfort level. 5 star standards and services.
