Our Community Bikes

I went to the OCB open workshop yesterday and it was brilliant, Kyle and all the staff were really knowledgeable and helpful and there are lots of good quality used parts available for fairly cheap

Valery was very kind and helpful at the Mount Pleasant Business Improvement Area event. My bike felt great after she lubed the chain. A great organization, too!

Staff is always so friendly and helpful and always ready to help you look for parts. I appreciate that they cab talk openly about parts and not make me feel bad for not knowing about bike components.

They say community but they dont even let me use their allen key to replace my saddle which i bought from there. Also they are not cheap at all. I already pay for the supply then they charge me with the supply fee.

Always helpful and their work shop they run at Oppenheimer park twice a week is above and beyond a true life line to every one that uses the service

I was in a bind & took my bike to community. Miguel was awesome! He was so helpful, patient and was able to complete the work super quick. Thank you so much Miguel for incredible service.

I had a great experience when I brought in a fixed gear bike to get rebuilt a few months ago, so I thought I'd give this shop another try. I phoned and asked if I could bring in my 2 bikes which need new tires. I was told, "We're too busy today, but you can come in Wednesday at 11am". Unfortunately, I work during the day, and I asked if I could bring the bikes in around 4-5pm. The fellow on the phone said they cut off assessments at 5pm. I asked if there was any other time and the fellow responded with, "I don't know". I asked if I should try and find another bike shop to take my bikes to, and he said, "Yeah, probably". So, that is what I'll be doing and will encourage my large community of fellow cyclists to do the same. Maybe this won't make a difference. I understand places get busy, but literally telling people to go else ware seems like backwards customer service. Good luck!

This place has saved so much bike junk going into a landfill. They are helpful, reasonable and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them higher.

Love this team! I've gotten my bike serviced at their Oppenheimer park clinic a few times. I appreciate them taking the time to always explain how they fixed my bike and what I can do if there is a similar issue.

Used to be decent place to find used parts, but no longer. Everything is at retail price but used now. Hours are spotty. You wouldn’t know if they are open or sudden closed till you are there.
