Owner is very helpful and allowed me to continue my ride when I had a mechanical. Went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. Great bike shop and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome pros working here! I gave Nico and Aika my bike that has been trashed and they gave it a new lease on life!
Not only that, I can actually ride it without serious neck pain. They took the time to consider my riding style and made it way more comfortable. These guys are gems and a service to the community!

Nico went above and beyond. We rented some e-bikes to tour around the island, he was so helpful and even came in on his day off.

Amazing experience at OutSpokin!
I was bikepacking on Salt Spring and my tubeless tire hit a puncture that the sealant couldn't remedy. I was leaving in a couple days and the shop was super busy but they understood my situation and was able to prioritize and expedite my tire within a couple hours.
I regret not getting his name, but the employee I spoke to was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The bike shop is well stocked with a variety of e bikes and accessories.
I highly recommend this local bike shop and will definitely drop by again in the future.

They bailed me out with some parts and tools. Nico was super helpful, patient and friendly. Awesome place.

Such great customer service! We were only staying one night, in the marina, and they rented bikes to us even on a day they were closed!

Unfortunate to have to give a bad review because the staff are great for everyone I've talked to everyone. I can't tell what it is but I always get treated rudly and feel belittled. I don't look broke or like a "parkie"
