Excellent service with great results. The weight of my overhead shop doors changed, and opening was getting difficult. Very nice to work with this company. They can get any size springs you need. I bought 4 springs from them for my garage door. Unfortunately, 1 spring broke after 11 months but the company replaced it with no hassle. I would definitely order from them again.

I found these guys while searching for garage door remotes. I had settled on a 1 button version I seen on amazon but noticed ODP had the same one at half the price. Damn! Snagged two - one for my vulcan and one for my foreman. Shipped in no time and packaged well. Now just to figure out how to mount them and keep them dry. I bought a replacement board for a Liftmaster L400 gate controller. I had some issues that turned out to be related to the in-place wiring installed by another dealer.

Brian was very patient and at first it seemed like we had a bad board so he replaced it (this took a few days for shipping). The second board had the same strange programming issue, and he walked me through a process of removing all the other wires not required to run the gate until we found the fault was in the old wiring. The gate had worked for 2 years, but earlier this year the board had burned out.

Brian knew the product and was able to translate that into easy to follow instructions to work out the problem.

My garage door springs Broke on New year's Eve. I sent an email not thinking anything would happen until probably Monday or tues. To my surprise Brian emailed me back and Helped me get the parts I needed right away. He offered to have them shipped to my house free of charge. But I asked if I could pick them up even knowing the probability was slim to none. Brian said sure he was going out but left them outside the door for me to pick up. Was able to get everything fixed on New year's Day. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Brian provided us a great service installing the liftmaster hardware for our security gates. We are totally satisfied with the job, and found him to be conscientious with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend him.

My overhead doors suffered from lack of any maintenance and care over the years and had pretty much seized up. Brian discovered the problems and the doors are working great now.
