The worst facility to unload! Non understanding, rude, arrogant people work here! They don’t even deserve 1 star. Heard so many stories from different people and I 100% agree with all the negativity they have gained.

Good reception staff, but very slow people, always take 5 to 6 hours to offload, even you have 2-3 skids

The work is great and the store is very good and everything is in one hand

Only my second time here
But in and out in a timely manner
Really good people at the receiving desk

Bad experience than ever, you need to wait for 5-6 hours to get the door, then 1-2 hours for getting green light even after you got your papers and departure number

Wow amazing I’m last night there I enter the building at 23;30 and exit 03: 00 am. They take three and half hours to find out about my appointment.they asked me my license as I’d they don’t have any right to ask your license I d. So they see my name. Nobody have right to asked about your license. I refuse then they said give us something to verify I said email my company and they can verified. After few minutes she said go to door near 02: 45 she called me and said she cannot take my load come back in afternoon. So this is the service at overwaitea ‍?
